Supreme Court Rules Against South Dakota Newspaper Looking for Food Stamp Fraud Data

The decision “effectively gives businesses relying on taxpayer dollars the ability to decide for themselves what data the public will see about how that money is spent.”

(Maribel Wadsworth, President USA Today Network)

In a case that has been working its way through the court system for at least eight years, a majority ruling by the Court decided in favor of businesses and the government and thus says the government does not have to release to the public any information that would shine a light on possible food stamp fraud by the thousands of small stores that participate in the massive federally-funded SNAP program.
food stamp fraud
I can’t believe that I am on the same side as Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the mainstream media in a case involving the Freedom of Information Act.
The Supremes led by Justice Gorsuch ruled that we, who pay for the food stamp program, have no right to know how much of our money is going to businesses that participate.
(See my posts here and at RRW about egregious food stamp fraud cases).
The Trump Administration argued for the right of businesses to keep their government funding secret.
I’m not a lawyer, but wonder if the ruling would apply to the refugee contractors and those big companies caring for ‘asylum seekers’ or any other business that lives off of taxpayer dollars!  Will they now have a high court decision that would prohibit us from learning about their pipeline to the federal treasury?

Syrian Muslim Plotted to Bomb Black Church! Where is the Outrage?

“Mustafa had never been an American. He had always been a citizen of the ISIS Caliphate.”

(Daniel Greenfield, Frontpage magazine)

Daniel Greenfield, writing at Frontpage magazine has more details about how Mustafa Mousab Alowemer got into America, how his family lived isolating themselves from their black neighbors in Pittsburgh, how the ‘robust screening’ process for refugees missed him, and gives more details on how the plot would have been carried out.

Pittsburgh bomber
Mustafa was one of Obama’s Syrians!

Alowemer had even planned to set a timer and get to his mosque before the bomb exploded, thus providing himself with an alibi.
My posts on the foiled Islamic terror plot are here and here.
See what Greenfield has to say and see my research on the number of Syrians Obama actually admitted to the US in his last full year in office.
It is worse than I thought. And, by the way, Pennsylvania ‘welcomed’ the fifth highest number of Syrian Muslims to the US.

'Refugees' from Australia Not Doing so Well in El Cajon, California; Others Ask to Go back!

This story from a couple of months ago exposes again a big lie that the Open Borders Left never mentions—not all ‘refugees’ are thrilled to be in the land of opportunity.

australian detainees
Detention is an illegal alien deterrent!  Australia’s detention camps for mostly Muslim (refugee wannabes) are on Nauru and Manus Island.

Since 2007, when I first became aware of the Refugee Admissions Program, I have heard stories like this one and continue to be amazed that the virtue-signalling do-gooders, who promote refugee resettlement in American towns and cities, don’t ever seem to ask themselves if what they are doing is really good for the ‘refugees’ involved.
We know they don’t consider if the wholesale movement of third worlders to the US is good for Americans!
Before I give you the story, I assume most of you know about Obama’s “dumb deal” (that is what Trump called it when he first learned about it.)
Trump and Turnbull
In a 2017 phone call with then Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, Trump is alleged to have called the refugee deal a “dumb” one.  He went along with it nonetheless.

If not, then briefly, Australia instituted a policy of sending anyone trying to break into their country by boat to offshore islands for detention. It was an excellent deterrent once the word got out!
But public pressure by the Australian Left forced the government to find a home for these mostly Muslim men.
Enter then President Obama who told the Aussies in 2016, just as he was leaving office, that we would take a few thousand of their rejected asylum seekers to America.  Trump (foolishly in my opinion) went along with the deal and said we would take 1,250.
However, so far, we haven’t brought in nearly that number (hard to find any reports on exactly how many). Today’s story says we took 500 and this one says we rejected 300.
Today’s post is about an unhappy family of Sri Lankan Tamils (they are not Muslims) who were placed in Arabic-speaking El Cajon, California by a US resettlement contractor—the International Rescue Committee.

Minnesota Millionaire Proves that Food Stamp Program is Seriously Flawed

Yesterday I told you about yet another food stamp fraud case and a reader sent me this news about how generally flawed the program is.
The story, also published yesterday in the Washington Free Beacon, is amusing (and concerning).  Hat tip: Richard at Blue Ridge Forum.
This must be Minnesota day at ‘Frauds and Crooks’ (see my earlier post about St. Cloud). The whistleblower who exposed lax food stamp requirements is from this same county in Minnesota!

The Dems are having hissy-fits because the Trump Administration is proposing changes to SNAP that will tighten requirements for those seeking food stamps.

New York Times Writer does Hit-Job on Americans in St. Cloud, MN

Well, I should say a hit-job on white Americans; the Somalis there are pure as the driven snow.

Astead Herndon
Reporter Astead W. Herndon.  Too funny! He made news this week when he labelled segregationist Senators as Republicans.  https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/06/20/new-york-times-reporter-falsely-labels-segregationist-senators-republicans/

But, did anyone expect anything other than a hit from the New York Times?
Anyone who raises any questions about how many migrants we should admit to America or asks what it will cost taxpayers, or any other sensible question is a racist, Islamophobic xenophobe especially if a reporter can link critics of uncontrolled migration to Donald J. Trump.
For the record, I don’t respond to requests from the likes of the NYT, the Washington Post, the LA Times etc. for an interview because no matter what you say, biased reporters will cherry-pick your words and paint you in the worst light as obviously reporter Alstead W. Herndon did here.
He went to St. Cloud with an agenda!
Herndon proves once again that Donald Trump is right about the media.
But, it isn’t all bad because a whole lot more people in America now know there is a big problem, a social upheaval going on in St. Cloud, and maybe they will think twice about putting out the ‘welcome’ mat to third world refugees.
