Alma, Michigan Citizens Organize to Oppose Home for UACs in Their Community

Editor:  I am posting this story here and at RRW today because it supports my recent harangue that you must get to work locally!  There is no one coming to your rescue as the Open Borders agitators expand their reach into towns large and small across the country.

They are working day and night to change America by changing the people!

The only hope you have now is to fight against the Progressive Left where you live!  Local elected officials can still be moved through public pressure.  There really is no hope at the state or federal level right now.

Here is a brief report of what is happening in Alma, Michigan where a federal resettlement subcontractor is planning to open a “home” for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) who are not refugees, but have recently invaded the southern border.

See data: mostly teenaged males! And, don’t you dare use the word “alien” says the Biden Administration.

These local citizens speaking up against the plan are doing what you should be doing where you live because I will bet the ‘religious’ Leftwingers are a step ahead of you and have either begun moving ‘new Americans’ to your community or have you in their sites.

Resettlement of Unaccompanied Minors Divides Michigan Town

ALMA, Mich.—A proposal to open a 36-bed residential resettlement facility for illegal alien teenagers in a small central Michigan city has ignited a firestorm of opposition from its citizens.

An estimated 400 people attended the City of Alma Planning Commission’s July 12 public hearing to voice their opinions on the issue. The planning commission is expected to make a recommendation to the city commission on Aug. 4 on whether to approve a request for the conditional rezoning of a recently closed nursing home facility owned by Michigan Masonic Home—also known as Masonic Pathways—a fraternal philanthropic nonprofit organization.

Bethany Christian Services, a nonprofit corporation based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, that would operate the facility, has signed a letter of intent to lease the 6.1-acre property for an annual rent of $385,440, for the purpose of running what it calls “a small group shelter for the short-term care of low-risk youth from 12 to 17 years of age.” Bethany’s goal is to connect the youths with relatives or place them in foster homes.

The Alma shelter, and other such arrangements across Michigan and beyond, are part of the Biden administration’s effort to disseminate the thousands of migrants surging across the United States’ southern border and throughout the interior of the country, and place them in what it calls “influx sites.”

During the month of March, more than 19,000 unaccompanied minors were taken into custody at the southern border by Border Patrol, the largest monthly number in U.S. history.

Bethany Christian Services (subcontractor of Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service*** located in Baltimore, MD) says it doesn’t cost Michigan anything because the feds are footing the bill.  Well, obviously the federal money is our money!

Moving them in secrecy!

Media organizations operating in Texas have reported for weeks that unaccompanied children taken into custody at the U.S.–Mexico border are being flown on U.S. military or other government-supplied airplanes to undisclosed destinations. The locations aren’t being divulged out of “concern for the safety of the children,” one federal official said.

At the public hearing in Alma, a spokesperson for Bethany Christian Services explained how the process is paid for, saying: “Everything is fully funded by the U.S. government.

“This program doesn’t cost the state of Michigan anything.

Bethany plays the Christian card….

“Bethany’s mission is to demonstrate the love and compassion of Jesus by protecting children. It is a moral issue.”

Audience member Dr. Jeff Smith, who strongly opposes the proposed resettlement center in Alma, appeared to take offense at the claim that the issue is a moral one.

“Don’t lecture me about what’s morally right,” he said. “I went to these countries on medical mission trips. I’m not going to be told I am morally bad by people who stand to make millions.”

This is a fascinating tale and the latest news coming from Texas about alleged serial killer Billy Chemirmir’s horrific crime spree (and one the corporate media has successfully blocked from widespread distribution).

Imagine for a minute if a white man had been smothering vulnerable senior citizens (18 at least!) and stealing their jewelry and other valuables.  Imagine if the victims were people of color—it would be front page news every day all day!

This Plano woman survived an attack and led police to serial-murder suspect Billy Chemirmir

The family of Mary Bartel, who died in February of last year, has published a book about her life, publicly acknowledging for the first time her role in cracking the case.

Seven of Mary Bartel’s neighbors had been found dead by the time the stranger knocked on her door.

Jewelry and other valuables were missing from their apartments at Preston Place Retirement Community in Plano, but police and paramedics said their deaths must have been from natural causes, like heart attacks.

And though a stranger had been spotted on the property and fliers were posted warning residents about him, no one suspected he was robbing and killing the women until he visited Bartel.

Billy Chemirmir, 48, was arrested the next day, accused of forcing his way into her apartment, trying to smother her with a pillow and stealing her jewelry. He has since been charged with 18 counts of capital murder in Dallas and Collin counties.

Police have long said a woman who survived an attack in Plano helped lead them to Chemirmir, but they hadn’t identified her publicly, though Bartel’s name appears in court documents identifying her as the surviving victim.

Jan 6 Protester Faces 20-Years In Prison For Standing In Capitol For 10 Minutes – Wife Launches GiveSendGo

After stealing the 2020 election, the Biden regime, the Democrat Party and their agitprop media continue to exploit the events of January 6 to warrant a manhunt on Trump supporters.

Branded “white supremacists” and “domestic terrorists,” scores of Americans who protested the fraudulent election in Washington DC have since been arrested in pre-dawn raids and hauled off to jail.

Joseph Hackett, a 50-year-old chiropractor, now faces a 20-year sentence in federal prison after “heinously” stepping in the Capitol Building for approximately ten minutes on Jan. 6.

According to court documents, prosecutors claim Hackett allegedly walked into the Capitol Rotunda towards the House of Representatives on Jan. 6 at 2:45 pm. He then left the Capitol at 2:54 pm.

After the protest, he safely returned home to Sarasota, Florida. But, the ten minutes he allegedly spent in the Capitol building would come back to haunt him months later.

Charter Flights Getting Ready to Fly Thousands of Afghans to American Cities

I’ve been writing about this news over at RRW, but figured that since I have more readers here at ‘Frauds and Crooks’ it is important to mention it here as well.

What has me so annoyed is that virtually no reports I have seen, about the soon to begin airlift of supposed ‘interpreters’ out of Afghanistan, ever mention the fact that we have already brought in 70,000 or so special ‘refugees’ from Afghanistan alone in the last few years. 

The media makes it sound like this 20,000 waiting for their ticket to America is the beginning of the movement of Afghanistan to a town near you.  It isn’t! We will be conservatively upwards of 100,000, maybe more! before Biden is out of the White House.

And, I say supposed interpreters because the vast majority of those coming are the families of interpreters or anyone who did anything for us.

At what point down the line does it stop?

Here (below) is my post the other day at RRW where I directed you to the numbers we have already admitted including the 2,931 who have already come in this fiscal year (448 in June).

And, in case you are wondering, these numbers are not included in Biden’s 62,500 refugee cap for this fiscal year or his planned 125,000 cap for FY22 that begins on October first of this year.  SIV numbers are over and above that!

Biden to Move Thousands MORE Afghans to Towns Near You

Here is NBC reporting that the first flights are coming this month….

Biden admin now plans to evacuate 2,500 Afghans directly to the U.S.

WASHINGTON — A small portion of the thousands of Afghans who worked for the U.S. government will be flown directly to the U.S., while a larger group will be evacuated to third countries or military bases overseas where their visa paperwork will be reviewed, three administration officials told NBC News.

As U.S. troops leave the country, the Biden administration has come under growing pressure from lawmakers, veterans groups and refugee rights organizations to take action to protect Afghans who face retaliation from the Taliban for their work as interpreters or in other jobs for U.S. troops and diplomats.

About 2,500 Afghans whose visa applications have cleared security vetting will be eligible for evacuation directly to a U.S. military base in the U.S., along with their family members, a State Department spokesperson and two Defense officials said.

“Shortly after they arrive, once the medical check-up requirement is complete, their immigration status will be adjusted so they can be eligible for refugee resettlement benefits that will help them and their families with the resettlement process,” the State Department spokesperson said.

The evacuation flights, using chartered civilian planes, are expected to begin within days, two Defense officials and two refugee advocates briefed on the matter said.

Watch for private charter planes unloading Afghans around the US, just as they have been unloading border invaders.

Here they make it sound like 20,000 is the max.  It isn’t at all!  We have already admitted nearly 70,000 Special Immigrant Visas from Afghanistan!

Roughly 20,000 Afghans who worked for the U.S. government over the past two decades have applied for a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV), a program set up for former interpreters, drivers and others who face mortal danger for their association with the United States.

Maybe I should cut the corporate media some slack as they can’t get at the data that I screenshot in 2019 before it was taken down at the US State Department’s Refugee Processing Center.

While we are fixated on the unraveling of Communist control of Cuba, South Africa, supposedly another model of the Socialist/Communist dreamers, continues its downward spiral and serves as another present-day reminder of the fact that Communism’s track record is “not so good.”

I’m interested in the latest news of massive riots and unrest because South Africa, after Apartheid, was hailed as a beacon worldwide for its welcoming socialist nation image after Blacks took the reins of government.

Heck, Barack and Michelle went there to celebrate the achievements of Nelson Mandela.

Call it a cautionary tale!

LOL! The corporate media has been mum on decades of corruption and hatred there (doesn’t fit their biased messaging!), but it could hardly stay quiet as the latest violence is described as the worst in the 27-year history of post-Apartheid South Africa.

South Africa riots: At least 117 killed, over 2,000 arrested amid worst violence in decades

LONDON and PRETORIA — At least 117 people have been killed in ongoing riots across South Africa despite the efforts of heavily outnumbered authorities to quell violent unrest sparked by the imprisonment of former President Jacob Zuma.

The South African Police Service said in a statement Tuesday that many fatalities occurred during “stampedes” as scores of people looted food, liquor, clothes and electrical appliances from shops in poor areas. Other deaths were caused by explosions when people tried to break into ATMs as well as shootings, according to police.

Violence and unrest has gripped parts of South Africa since Zuma turned himself in to police on July 7 to begin his 15-month jail term for contempt of court. South Africa’s highest court handed down the sentence after Zuma failed to appear before an inquiry examining corruption allegations during the nine years that he served as president. Zuma has maintained his innocence, saying he’s the victim of a politically motivated witch hunt, and his supporters took to the streets last week. But the protests appear to have reawakened deep-seated grievances over persistent poverty, unemployment and inequality, some 27 years after apartheid ended.
