ROCHESTER POLICE: WOMAN BLOODIED AND HOSPITALIZED, 3 ARRESTED AFTER HOME INVASION
ROCHESTER, Minn. – An apparent robbery attempt left a female bleeding from the face and three people behind bars on burglary and assault charges.
Rochester Police said at 9:53 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a home invasion report at 3031 Towne Club Pkwy.
Police say a 19-year-old resident set up a marijuana buy with 18-year-old Nelson Soro. When Soro showed up, 5-6 people, including two with guns, allegedly rushed into the apartment. Police aren’t sure what was taken from the residence.
Police say the female was hit over the head with a hard object and was taken to St. Mary’s.
At least one of those arrested is a new American, a likely Somali refugee or an offspring of a refugee. On a personal note:When I traveled throughout the US in 2016, I was in the vicinity of Rochester on the way to Owatonna (both refugee resettlement locations) and I pulled into a highway rest area and much to my surprise Somali Muslim women were lined up ostentatiously praying on the lawn at the rest area. Needless-to-say, for an easterner, it was a shocking site.
What can you do? Make sure that news like this from Minnesota gets around to your communities especially in the eastern US because most people have no idea about how far gone Minnesota is already!
Okay, okay, that is not a surprise, but what is a surprise is that CNN is reporting it and using the word “sharia.”
If Pamela Geller, Robert Spencer, or Frank Gaffney uttered the following words, cries of “Islamophobia” would be screamed from the roof tops by the likes of Linda Sarsour!
Ben Wedeman, in a CNN storythis morning, reports of his interviews with two Canadian women who followed their men to Syria because of Islamic law.
Canadian women emerge from ISIS’s crumbling caliphate
The first woman quoted is Dura Ahmed, 28, originally from Toronto, Canada:
“Did you hear about the slaughter of Yezidis, of Yezidi women being enslaved?” I asked.
“When I came here, I heard. I haven’t seen one, but…” Her answer trailed off with a nervous laugh. “Well, having slaves is part of Sharia,” she finally ventured. “I believe in Sharia, wherever Sharia is. We must follow whoever is implementing the way, the law.”
The second woman is a 34-year-old from Alberta, Canada:
She, too, came to Syria at her husband’s bidding. “He’s like, ‘it’s obligatory for you to come here. You have no choice, and as your husband I’m telling you to come here.’And as a Muslim wife you have to obey, even though it was really hard for me to do it.” She takes a deep sigh. “I had to.”
Like Dura, she claims she knew nothing about ISIS or Syria before she made the journey here.
Not that it matters, but the woman from Alberta’s first husband (the one who insisted she come to Syria) was killed in the fighting and then she took another husband who also was killed in the fighting.
Read it all here. Will Canada be welcoming home its wayward women?
I shouldn’t get too excited that there could be a few truths sneaking into reports from the likes of CNN!
If you see more bits of news that might indicate a diversion from the Leftwing orthodoxy on Islam, immigration, etc. would you send a link my way? Let me know if you hear the word “sharia” on Fox News or any cable news network!
A reader reminded me a few days ago that I needed to encourage you to not hesitate to send news and comments to the Trump White House.
She wanted to know if I had a line to anyone there and if news that I post here about frauds and crooks ripping off the American taxpayer ever got to the White House.
The answer is—not that I know of!
Make it a centerpiece of any campaign!
As I mentioned in a comment recently, I think that a ticket to electoral success would be available to candidates (Trump too!) if he or she focused on exposing and cleaning-up frauds and crimes against the American people.
Yes, of course, one can daily see that the Dept. of Justice is finding and prosecuting some very large fraud cases involving food stamps, medicare and medicaid, but the big media rarely mentions those stories (is it because many involve ‘new Americans?’).
What have you got to lose? Five minutes a day!
Click hereto Contact the White House. Make it a regular thing! You never know when your comments might break through!
By the way, I notice that the subjects across the top of the site include—economy, national security, budget, immigration and opioid crisis—signifying I assume President Trump’s priorities.
Sure looks like it. Big League Politics posted a story yesterday with a photo that may have been taken down, but was up until the 2018 Midterm elections, they say.
Sheesh, Virginia isfor crooks and cheats!
If you have not heard of Big League Politics, an on-line news site that says it is much tougher than Breitbart, you need to learn about it. Big League Politicsis responsible for breaking the news about the hypocrites and the alleged sexual aggressor leading Virginia’s present-day Democrat Party. Readwhat the New York Timeshas to say about the site. They charge BLPwith promoting “conspiracy theories”—a favorite line of attack by the mainstream media against on-line conservative media.
Truth be told, it is sites like this that could ultimately finish the big newspapers.
Nowhere is a storyfrom yesterday,
EXCLUSIVE: Sign At Virginia Election Office Says, ‘Responsibility Has No Borders. Vote’
A sign at the Arlington County Department of Voter Registration and Elections office in Virginia gives immigrants a clear message: “Responsibility has no Borders. Vote.”
The sign is in a public area of the office, visible to people at the counter as they are registering to vote or voting absentee. The photo is from 2016, but it was still up in the office during the 2018 midterm election. Our tipster inquired about it and was told that it’s part of a “historical display,” whereas other authorities just ignored it and said there’s nothing that can be done about Arlington County, which describes itself as a “welcoming” but not a “sanctuary” jurisdiction for illegal immigrants. “I’m an Arlington county election officer. Arlington County VA is essentially a sanctuary city for illegal immigrants/noncitizens. These signs are posted at the Arlington County election office. Voter fraud is more likely to take place at the time of registration rather than at the polls, in my opinion,” our tipster told Big League Politics.

For the last dozen years I’ve followed the issues surrounding what the UN calls a refugee crisis (to the UN, it is always a crisis!), but there are now some serious efforts underway to better define the language surrounding migrants-on-the-move around the world. The International Left works day and night to convince the uninformed public that anyone on the move around the world for any reason is a REFUGEE with a right to live in a first world country.
That is just not true! Most migrants are economic migrants seeking employment (or welfare!).
Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini is one of the first European leaders to label most of those trying to get to Europe as “fake refugees.”
That is also the case for those trying to break into America across our southern border.
Here is news a few days ago from NBC Newsof all places:
Europe grapples with distinction between refugees and economic migrants
I’m posting a couple paragraphs from near the end of the story first:
According to the United Nations, a refugee is someone who is “unable or unwilling to return to their country of origin owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted” and has the right to asylum in another country. [Right to apply for asylum says the UN, not a guarantee of asylum!—ed] An economic migrant is generally considered to be someone who leaves their country in search of work or a higher standard of living, not to flee persecution.
It is persecution for race, religion, political view, etc. they must prove, and NOT because there are criminal gangs in their own country, or that they simply want a better life!
Here are the opening paragraphs:
LONDON — With every new storm-tossed rescue ship that hauls drowning migrants out of the Mediterranean Sea, European governments are becoming increasingly reluctant to throw open their ports.
The distinction between “genuine” refugees and economic migrants is being seized upon as countries, weary of playing the good Samaritan, are now pushing to prevent asylum-seekers from reaching their soil in the first place.
Italy and Malta have closed their harbors to rescue ships and are demanding that other European countries share the responsibility or that migrants are taken to ports in places like Tunisia instead. Migrants must claim asylum in the first European Union country they reach. That means the nations closest to conflict and poverty in the Middle East and Africa have been forced to cope with the biggest proportion of new arrivals.
Americans pay attention!
Those caravan migrants from Central America and elsewhere, passing through Mexico to our border, should have asked for asylum in Mexico, at its southern border, if they were legitimate refugees.
But, in fact, they are “asylum shopping” which is a term used to describe those looking for the best deal in a more generous country.
Since last summer, Italy has also clamped down on humanitarian operations by detaining rescue vessels on charges ranging from illegally aiding migrants to not being properly registered. That has resulted in fewer boats searching for people in distress — with no rescue vessels sometimes operating in the central Mediterranean Sea. The language used by some governments to refer to asylum-seekers has also been shifting in recent months. [Shifting to what it is supposed to be!—ed] Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini, who also serves as interior minister and who is a member of an anti-immigration populist party, has railed against “fake refugees.”
What do you do? Pay attention to the language of the Leftwing Open Borders agitators and attempt at every opportunity to counter it. That means if you see a local news story using the word ‘refugee’ loosely attempt to correct it either with a letter-to-the-editor or call the reporter.
Likewise when you see a dumb elected official showing their ignorance about the word ‘refugee’ try to set him/her straight!
Don’t let your friends and acquaintances get away with loose language on the issue of refugees either!
