Texas: Their Mothers Were Murdered!

Imagine thinking that your elderly mother died of natural causes in a senior living facility where you thought she was safe and well-cared-for only to receive a call two years later from the police telling you she didn’t die peacefully, but was likely murdered by Billy Chemirmir, a man who should have been removed from the US years before!

This is an update on my series of posts about the man I simply call the Kenyan Killer.

And, this is a story the national news is not touching!

Imagine the pain of knowing that this is the last face your dear mother saw on this earth.

As we left off back in July the Kenyan Killer was behind bars in Texas awaiting trial for the murder of the last in a string of murders (more under investigation) that could make him the most prolific serial killer in Texas.

Why did these vulnerable senior women and one elderly gentleman die?  He wanted to steal their valuables, especially their jewelry.

Most were allegedly suffocated to death with a pillow.  He was a clever killer.

Reporter Charles Scudder at The Dallas Morning News has penned a two-part series on the case featuring some of the daughters who today suffer from enormous grief and anger over the deaths of their mothers—many of whom might not have died if the police and medical examiners had been sharp enough to see a pattern that might have emerged if, at least in some cases, the assisted living facilities had not been quick to assume death by natural causes.

The tip-off to some family members that something didn’t add-up was that their mothers’ jewelry was missing—one guardian angel necklace in particular.

The fabulous two-part series is behind a paywall.  It is an important paywall because it funds indepth journalism like this story.  Part 1 is here and Part II here

The two part series is entitled:

Guardians

Nearly two years after her mother died in a Dallas senior living apartment, Shannon Gleason Dion got a shocking call from a Plano
detective.

Her mother had likely been murdered, he told her, by a man who could be among the most prolific serial killers in Texas history.

Here is a bit of how reporter Scudder sets the scene in his opening paragraphs of Part II.  Shannon got that call:

Her 92-year-old mother, Doris Gleason, had died nearly two years earlier at The Tradition-Prestonwood, a luxury senior living facility in Far North Dallas. “Old age,” the death certificate had said.

No one could explain why jewelry was missing from the apartment. No one knew why Doris wasn’t wearing the guardian angel necklace she never took off. But Shannon had done her own sleuthing.

She’d learned that jewelry had been stolen from the apartments of other residents who had died.

Scudder’s story is riveting….

Wanting something good to come out of their suffering, five daughters have launched a new group!

SOSS stands for Secure our Senior’s Safety

And, this is what they say about their initiative:

Some of us are wives. Some of us are mothers and grandmothers. Some of us are sisters.

We were daughters.

Now we are friends. Joined together by a shared tragedy.

We lost our mothers to a knock on a door.

To repeat – a knock on a door. He shouldn’t have been able to walk down their hall and knock on their door.

We thought they were safe. We paid for oversight. We thought they were safe. They were not.

We are daughters who have lost their mothers. We are working so you don’t have to live our tragedy. We don’t want this to happen to another family.

Many of us have been in the situation of having to place a loved one in a care facility, and if you haven’t,  then you may very well be burdened with that decision in the future.

Texas: Nigerian Student Arrested after Being Found with Dead Mother’s Body

The story is over a week old, however, I checked this morning to see if he has been charged with murdering her yet and only see that he is still being held on a million dollar bond.

And, although I’m late on reporting the news (thanks to reader Gail for sending it), it really doesn’t matter because I suspect that unless you follow Texas news, or LOL! Nigerian tabloid news, you haven’t seen this elsewhere in America.

Our media doesn’t mention that the obvious ‘new American’ is Nigerian, but I’ve noticed that news media in Nigeria is always quick to identify their own. See here.

Once again we have a criminal from Nigeria.  Why on earth do we have so many of them living here?

Here is KVUE (ABC):

AUSTIN, Texas — A University of Texas student has been arrested as police investigate the cause of his mother’s death at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Downtown Austin.

20-year-old Eyitoluwa Olayeye University of Texas student arrested.

Austin Police Department officers responded to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 4:44 a.m. on Wednesday after the caller reported they heard screaming in one of the rooms.

Upon arrival at the room in question, police forced entry and found the victim lying face down on the floor with the suspect on her back.

Police then detained the suspect, identified as 20-year-old Eyitoluwa Olayeye. The victim was identified as his mother, 48-year-old Kehinde Olayeye. She was pronounced dead at 6:12 a.m.

Police reported a bloody pillow was found inside the room and the suspect appeared to be singing in a different language. A witness also reported they heard a female running down the hallways around 4:15 a.m. saying “let me in.” He also said he heard what appeared to be a person being dragged past his room.

Upon speaking with the victim’s sister, she told police they had flown to Austin from Georgia the night before to visit Eyitoluwa. She said she was staying in a separate room from the pair and was unaware of any disturbance between them before she went to her own room.

Police then learned that Eyitoluwa was released from Dell Seton Medical Hospital on Nov. 5, where he was treated for psychiatric evaluation.

While they were still in Georgia, the suspect’s aunt said she heard him rambling and saying, “I pray that God brings us together.” The suspect’s friends had also told them that he was saying he had found his purpose in life and that, apparently, he had touched someone inappropriately at the library on campus and had been asked to leave.

Eventually, the friends called back to tell them that Eyitoluwa was transported by EMS to the hospital. Prior to boarding their flight, she said a doctor called them to ask if they had a history of mental illness in the family, which she said she was not aware of. Later, the friends called again to say that he had been discharged.

[….]

At the hotel, the aunt said he again began to speak about God [which God?—ed] and his purpose, and that he had gotten into an argument with a professor about the economy and how it was not in favor of the poor.  She also said he told them that the hospital was trying to hold him because of a mental issue, but he “just told them what they wanted to hear so they would let him go,” court documents state.

She said he appeared to be “really hyped up” at this point, so she told him to go to bed. She said that she and her sister wanted to bring him back to Georgia. She also said she hugged him before going back to her own room.

There are a lot more details, so go here to read it all.

For new readers:

If you have recently started following ‘Frauds and Crooks’ please have a look at my ‘Welcoming post’ from January first of this year.   I wanted to write this blog as I saw increasingly that the Open Borders Left had launched a national media effort in advance of the 2020 presidential contest to tell the public about all of the joys that ‘new Americans’ bring to our country.

I want to balance that propaganda by telling you about the frauds, criminals, terrorists and murderers in the ‘new American’ population.

You can bet if a refugee from Somalia goes to Harvard, we are told that he/she is a refugee and from Somalia.

However…

One of my major concerns is that even when the mainstream media reports on horrific cases like this one, we rarely learn the nationality of the alleged criminal and almost never hear how the perpetrator gained entry to the country—legally or illegally.

Therefore, we can never judge whether a legal immigration program is flawed and is opening our gates to frauds, crooks and criminals.

Texas: New American sees Medical License Suspended, WTH Took so Long?

Geez, he allegedly stalked at least one underage girl, clearly harassing her even after a court order told him to stay away, and it wasn’t even his first run-in with the law.  He was arrested in 2017 for stalking another woman.

Although no story mentions his nationality, I’m betting on the ‘N-word’—Nigerian.  And, I wonder if he is a student visa overstay, but of course there is no mention of his immigration status.

His mental fitness to practice medicine is being questioned, but how about questioning why he is in the US in the first place!

Here is the story from Dallas News:

Frisco doctor banned from practicing medicine after allegedly stalking underage girl

A Frisco doctor who is accused of stalking an underage high school student has been barred from practicing medicine in Texas.

The state’s medical board suspended Uchenna Okechukwu Aduba’s medical license this week after a panel found that his practice “would constitute a continuing threat to the public welfare.”

The Dallas News story doesn’t have a picture of the alleged crazy stalker, Uchenna Okechukwu Aduba, but the local CBS affiliate does. More details too! https://dfw.cbslocal.com/2019/10/17/frisco-doctor-uchenna-aduba-suspended-after-allegedly-stalking-harassing-underaged-girl/

Aduba faces felony charges in Collin County because of allegations that he stalked a high school student, even following her into a classroom. He’s also faced accusations of harassment at an elementary school, Collin College campuses and in his northeast Frisco neighborhood.

It’s unclear whether Aduba was practicing medicine in Frisco, a Texas Medical Board spokesman said. He received his Texas medical license while he was a resident at Houston’s UT Health hospital in 2017, and records show he also held a medical license in California from May 2015 to October 2016.

Since June 2016, Aduba has been evaluated nine times by physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists and counselors, according to Texas Medical Board documents. He has been diagnosed with “serious mental health conditions that affect his ability to practice medicine safely.”

The board temporarily suspended Aduba’s medical license Oct. 10. It will remain suspended until the board takes further action either in a settlement with Aduba or through a hearing during which Aduba can defend himself against the accusations.

What took so long?

The stalking charge is scheduled to go to trial in early November.

[….]

He also is accused of stalking a high school student who lived in his neighborhood, according to the documents. He tried sending messages to her through the Nextdoor app, knocking on her door and sliding a photo of himself under her door with his telephone number written on it.

Aduba followed the high school student in his car while she was on her way to class, according to the documents. He made it into her classroom before the school’s staff detained him. [Imagine how scary this was for the victim!—ed]

At the time he told a Frisco police officer he was a Collin College student who was there to observe the class, and he provided a fake student ID number, according to the documents.

On Nov. 3, 2017, he was arrested on a felony stalking charge. As part of the arraignment on that charge, a protective order was imposed on Aduba to prevent him from coming within 2,000 feet of the girl.

Four days later, he was arrested for violating that protective order after he drove past the girl’s home.

No! I haven’t renamed this blog—it is not ‘Nigerian Frauds and Crooks’ (yet!).

However, just take a look at all the Nigerian frauds, crooks and murderers I’ve written about just since January!

Thanks to a reader for sending this story.  And, I want to thank all of you for sending links to promising stories for Frauds, Crooks and Criminals. Unfortunately there aren’t enough hours in my day to post them all especially as I am now writing regularly again at Refugee Resettlement Watch, see here.

Margery Magill, International Agricultural Development Alumna, Passes Away Unexpectedly

Last night I wanted to see if there was anything new on the murder of Margery Magill.

She was the young woman stabbed to death by a stranger while walking a dog in Washington last week.

Magill
Margery Magill raised Seeing Eye puppies while in 4-H http://guidedogs.blogspot.com/2010/07/puppy-raising-youth-scholarship-winners.html

By all accounts Margery had a lot to give to the world as you can see by the death announcement at UC Davis where she had been an outstanding student.  My headline is their headline—-passes away unexpectedly!

No mention of how she passed away!

No mention of the creep who allegedly murdered her—a refugee from Ethiopia!  Is it because he was African? A refugee? Someone we ‘welcomed’ to America? Black while she was white?

Just like the Texas story about alleged mass murderer, Kenyan Billy Chemirmir, the politically correct powers that be will sweep the uncomfortable news from public view.

Maybe if their weapons weren’t pillows in Chemirmir’s case or knives in the brutal murder of Margery Magill, but they had used guns, the stories might live for a few additional days.

Another vulnerable American woman murdered, another African ‘new American,’ but weapon unknown…

I was checking my list of murders last night and in addition to Margery, we have the case still on-going in Noel, Missouri where law enforcement is searching for a Somali man for questioning in the murder of Jessica McCormack whose daughters he initially kidnapped.

He is apparently still on the loose.  Learn more about Jessica, here.

I’ll do my best to report any news on these cases going forward even as the national media moves on to what? Gun control? Hurricanes? Trump’s evil border polices!

Malaysian Native Guilty of Installing Camera in Airplane Bathroom

Traveling this Labor Day weekend?  Keep an eye out for hidden cameras!

I liked it so much that my headline is the same one the US Justice Department used on its press release on Tuesday.

I’m enjoying the fact that the Justice Department is getting right to the point these days and telling us if the perp is a foreign national and not saying something like: ‘Houston man pleads guilty.’

(And, in case you are wondering, Malaysia is a majority Muslim country.)

The story reminded me of my posts earlier in the year about what is now being called “video voyeurism” where a ‘new American’ was caught by an eagle-eyed teen filming women in dressing rooms in Virginia malls, see those Mumtaz Rauf posts here.

ABC-13 in Houston has good coverage of this latest story,

Halliburton employee pleads guilty to hiding camera in United first class bathroom

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A Houston man who works for Halliburton has pleaded guilty to voyeurism after planting a camera inside an airplane bathroom and using it to record women.

choon ping lee

Choon Ping Lee was charged with video voyeurism within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

Lee was sentenced to two months in prison and a $6,000 fine.

The incident happened May 5 on United Airlines flight 646 from San Diego to Houston.

Authorities say a first class passenger, who is also from Houston, told them she went to the bathroom at one point during the flight and noticed a device with a blue blinking light.

She claimed it was near the cabinet and wall area, close to a door hinge. The device was loosely hanging, but she said she wasn’t sure if it was part of the plane.

The passenger grabbed it with a paper towel, walked out of the bathroom and gave it to the flight crew.

According to court documents, once they arrived in Houston, the crew gave the item to George Bush Intercontinental Airport United Airlines Corporate Security.

Not only was Lee apparently a sicko, he was dumb as he shot footage of himself installing the camera!

Security, who confirmed it was a video recording device, watched the footage and saw a man installing the device in the bathroom in first class on that same flight.

Officials say they couldn’t see the man’s face, but he wore clothing and jewelry with distinct details. He wore a watch on his left hand and a small bracelet on his right wrist.

He had on a blue, short-sleeved shirt with the letters “NJC” on the back and loosely fitted jeans. He also wore black tennis shoes with black leather on top near the black laces and white trim on the bottom of the shoes.

FBI San Diego had video footage of all the passengers boarding United Airlines Flight 646. A man wearing the same clothing as the person seen in the bathroom video was spotted in the San Diego boarding area. He also wore glasses and carried a black backpack.

Video showed the man, wearing the same distinct clothing, leaving the plane after it landed in Houston.

Houston police then used video footage of the man walking through Bush Airport to help track him down.

He was identified as Lee, a Malaysian citizen. United Airlines Corporate Security confirmed Lee sat in first class on the flight.

FBI Houston recovered deleted files on the device showing another airplane bathroom where at least two women were caught on camera. Authorities discovered that the files were from an Emirates flight, and one of the victims was wearing an Emirates flight crew uniform.

Court papers show the FBI contacted Halliburton, who provided them with Lee’s travel information and that he flew on Emirates for work.

Halliburton also shared a real time photo of Lee walking down the hallway at his job site. He was wearing the watch and bracelet that matched the jewelry seen on camera on the United Airlines flight on May 5.

There is a discussion about how ‘popular’ this practice is becoming, then this,

“They can be as small as a pinhole size, hidden in a ceiling, in a coffee mug,” said Natalia Avila from Central Spy Shop.

In fact, Central Spy Shop has even heard of cases where the cameras were found on cruise ships and airbnbs.

“They could be hidden in smoke detectors, air purifiers,” said Avila.

That’s where hidden camera detectors come in. The devices use a red light to detect a camera lens and it also picks up Wi-Fi.

Are we all going to have to run out and purchase hidden camera detectors?  Yikes!

Lee was fined $6,000, will go to jail for two months and will most likely be removed from the country according to the Justice Department.
