Feds Confiscate BLM Activist’s $90,000 in Payments from Cable New Outlets

DOJ Seizes $90,000, Charges Black Lives Matter Supporter Allegedly ‘Stormed Capitol,’ Sold Footage to News Outlets

The Department of Justice (DOJ) seized $90,000 from a Utah man who sold footage of Ashli Babbitt being shot during the Jan. 6 Capitol breach, according to court filings filed by federal prosecutors.

John Earle Sullivan, a political activist who reportedly attended Black Lives Matter protests last year and who allegedly agitated rioters inside the Capitol, was also charged with new weapons charges, according to the documents unsealed last week.

So far, more than 400 people have been charged in connection to the breach, which occurred as members of Congress were voting to certify the 2020 presidential election.

According to the court documents, Sullivan portrayed himself as an independent journalist who was reporting on the chaos, but he actually encouraged other participants to “burn” the building and engage in violence.

Sullivan is accused of having a conversation with others who breached the building and allegedly told them: “We gotta get this [expletive] burned,” according to court documents in his case.

“There are so many people. Let’s go. This [expletive] is ours! [Expletive] yeah,” he allegedly cheered after he and protesters entered the Capitol, the DOJ documents said. “We accomplished this [expletive]. We did this together. [Expletive] yeah! We are all a part of this history,” and “let’s burn this [expletive] down.” The documents accused him of calling on others to burn the Capitol down multiple times.

At one point, he’s also heard saying, “I am ready bro. I’ve been to too many riots. I’ve been in so many riots,” the documents said. “It would be fire if someone had revolutionary music and [expletive],” prosecutors said Sullivan told others on Jan. 6.

Sullivan sold that footage to several news outlets for a total of $90,000, according to a seizure warrant. The news outlets were redacted from the warrant.

After the breach in January, Sullivan appeared on several corporate media outlets including CNN and MSNBC.

And then get this—something you won’t be seeing in the corporate media because it doesn’t fit the Left’s narrative:

Using the nickname “Jayden X” online, Sullivan tweeted just days before the Capitol breach that the system should be burned to the ground while adding Antifa, anti-capitalist, anti-Trump, and Black Lives Matter hashtags.

And on Jan. 2, just days before the breach, Sullivan’s account wrote: “[Expletive] The System – Time To Burn It All Down. #blm #antifa #burn #[expletive]thesystem #abolishcapitalism #abolishthepolice #acab #[expletive]trump.”

Marxism in America: Two Authors Explain its Roots and its Spread

Last week you could hardly have missed the news about the controversy swirling around the firing of a Space Force officer who promoted a self-published book about how the US military was succumbing to Marxist methods to root out “extremists” and push the military toward the political Left.

Space Force officer fired after criticizing Marxism, critical race theory in the military

A Space Force commander was fired last week after public comments made while promoting his book criticizing Marxist ideals in the military.

Military.com first reported that 11th Space Warning Squadron commander Lt Col. Matthew Lohmeier was fired over “a loss of confidence in his ability to lead” after he joined L. Todd Wood’s “Information Operation” podcast to promote his self-published book, “Irresistible Revolution: Marxism’s Goal of Conquest & the Unmaking of the American Military.”

 

Lohmeier’s book is an Amazon best seller. Keep it going!

A Space Force spokesperson told Military.com that Lohmeier’s firing was “based on public comments made by Lt. Col. Lohmeier in a recent podcast,” adding that “Lt. Gen. Whiting has initiated a Command Directed Investigation on whether these comments constituted prohibited partisan political activity.”

On the podcast, Lohmeier – a former fighter pilot and instructor – criticized the military’s expanded diversity and inclusion training and focused mission to root out extremism in the ranks – efforts spearheaded by Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.

He said the policies are “rooted in critical race theory, which is rooted in Marxism” and impacting the culture of the military. Those changes “will divide us, it will not unify us,” Lohmeier said.

Lohmeier said he was given a 70-page booklet on extremism training “talking points” with which to train his squadron. Among those talking points were examples including the Jan. 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol as an act of extremism.

An author well-known to readers of my blogs, our friend James Simpson, just last week published his own book on how Marxist ideology has taken root in Joe Biden’s America.

It seems extraordinary to me that we would have to educate or re-educate Americans to the threat of Communism.  It was only a few decades ago that no one in respectable political circles used the C-word (or the M-word) if they wanted to be taken seriously.

Now, one must get comfortable using those words and discussing the subject.

Biden Tasks Harris to Find “Root Causes” of Migration Because He and Barack were Stumped for Eight Years

This is an Op-ed published at the WaPo earlier this past week that gave me a chuckle.

Veep Harris has the most difficult job of her lifetime— a job Biden failed to accomplish when Obama designated him as the point man to solve the “root causes” of migration during the years he and Obama put a lot of kids in cages.

Their intentions are good (Trumps were bad!) and who knew that all they need to do is to get some refrigerators down to those Northern Triangle countries of El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala and they will have a good start on solving the “root causes!”

If only those Romans had a few refrigerators to give away, the world would look a lot different today!

Opinion: Kamala Harris is confronting the challenge of a lifetime

Here is how columnist Greg Sargent sets the stage…

On Monday afternoon, Vice President Harris met with members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus to brief them on what may be the most complex challenge she’ll face in office: the effort to address root causes of migrations from Central America.

If Republicans had their way, our entire conversation about the migrant influx would be about the border. They say former president Donald Trump’s “toughness” at the border was a smashing success — never mind the humanitarian disasters it unleashed — precisely because cruelty deterred more migrants from seeking asylum, an inherent good in their eyes.

But this analysis largely erases from the equation the actual causes of these migrations. Whatever failures we’ve seen in the Biden administration’s handling of immigration, there is a sharp contrast here:

They are trying to address those root causes in a systematic way, which is the job that President Biden has tasked Harris with.

It is all about trying for these Socialists especially when they do it with good intentions and in a systemic and robust way!

“This work is difficult and important,” Harris told Democrats, per her prepared remarks, citing hurricanes, pandemic, drought, extreme food insecurity, corruption, violence, poverty and climate change. “And progress will take time.”

Just how difficult this work will be continues to go underappreciated.

Just think, if B and O  had put in the time to stem the invasion a few years back, maybe they would have avoided four years of Trump in the White House (and likely another 4 years coming soon).

Send them refrigerators!

Now you are talking Nancy’s language! Send them refrigerators!

Sargent talked to the man with the answers.

He spoke with Ricardo Zúñiga, the State Department’s special envoy for the Northern Triangle.

He laid out the challenges in remarkably vivid terms.

Yup, people are poor, and the countries are crime ridden, but if over the long term we send them stuff like refrigerators they might stay in politically corrupt “s*** hole” countries.

In the short term, Zúñiga said, our best hope is that a robust humanitarian response can start meeting immediate needs. People who are leaving because they don’t have refrigeration or food, he noted, might be persuaded to stay if those shortfalls are made up.

But, while we are sending them stuff (to see if American money and appliances can turn those countries around) we have to make it easier for them to get into the US!  Of course!

Two conclusions…. Let them in or they will keep coming anyway! Huh?

All this leads to two conclusions. The first is we should be making it easier for people to legally migrate from the region into the United States, by expanding guest worker programs and refugee resettlement, among other things.

The second is that cyclical spikes in migration are going to continue, creating future political challenges for the administration.

Wait!  Didn’t he say sending them stuff would keep them home?

Our friend Leo Hohmann, who has been investigating and reporting steadily for months about the connection between the Chinese virus, The Shot, and more globalist control of society, tells us to fight back.

If you love this country and the freedom and liberty that has been our birthright, and even if you have been ‘vaccinated,’ do not take the easy way out and ever give your vaccination status as a price of entry to anyone for any reason. Your health decision choices are still yours and yours alone.

Oregon has gone from a liberal hell hole to 1930s Germany overnight.

The Oregon Health Authority is now requiring businesses and religious institutions to enforce mask mandates by forcing people to show proof of vaccination.

Don’t patronize any business, or even your church, if demands are made for this outrageous price of entry.

They have baited the trap, promising this will be your ticket to reclaiming your former freedoms. All you have to do is submit to this little app on your phone that informs businesses whether you’ve been vaxxed or not. How many will walk into that trap, surrendering their health privacy and eventually all of their personally identifiable information, remains to be seen.

We have a very short window in which to stand and reject this attempt by big business, in collusion with big government, to impose the most invasive, intrusive and coercive measures ever seen on people of the free world since the conclusion of World War II and the Nuremburg trials.

Biden threatened unvaccinated Americans in a speech this week, saying they “will pay the price.”

Biden says the “rule is simple.” Get the shot, or continue to wear the mask.

News flash: This is America. We don’t get up in the morning and check in with you, Mr. Biden, or any other government official, to get our “rules” for the day. That’s just not the way a constitutional republic works.

But if we accept this new normal and submit to health passports, then we have in essence given up on America and its time-honored, bedrock principle that has made this country special, the idea that individual freedom takes precedence over collectivism, which always leads to tyranny. We have taken that grand idea and thrown it in a pile of excrement. We have spit on the Constitution and said we no longer want it to serve as the highest law in the land.

We have conceded to globalist tyranny coming down from the World Health Organization, a United Nations agency funded by Bill Gates and dominated by the Chinese Communist Party.

I guess we will see if Cash Gernon’s life mattered.

We will know the answer if this story lasts for longer than a day or two more.

The horror reminded me of the murder of Cannon Hinnant last summer.

Teen busted for allegedly kidnapping sleeping boy later found dead on Texas street

A teen suspect has been arrested for allegedly breaking into a Dallas home and kidnapping a sleeping 4- year-old boy who was later found dead on a street, authorities said Monday.

The child, who suffered multiple fatal wounds from what police say was an “edged weapon,” was identified Sunday by his grieving guardian as Cash Gernon, WFAA reported.

The “happy-go-lucky” boy was sleeping when a suspect, identified by cops as 18-year-old Darriynn Brown, barged into his home through a back door and kidnapped him on Saturday, his guardian said.

A home security camera shows the minute 4-year-old Cash was taken from his room. Darrilynn Brown has been charged with kidnapping (so far).

 

Brown is now charged with kidnapping and theft in connection to Cash’s death. He is being held on $750,000 bail, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Brown was busted for evading arrest in late April and the case is still pending, the newspaper reported. Court documents show he lived with his parents just a half-mile from where the boy’s body was found.

An initial WFAA report the accused kidnapper was wearing an ankle monitor at the time of the abduction is inaccurate, according to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office.

The boy’s grieving mom said she had no idea what allegedly led Brown to target her son, whose body was later discovered in the street by a jogger early Saturday. The teen suspect did not know Cash, his guardian told the station off-camera.

Surveillance video also captured the kidnapping, the guardian added. Investigators asked neighbors Sunday for any additional footage to help them piece together what happened, WFAA reported. Some nearby residents told the station Brown was regularly seen in the city’s Mountain Creek section.

I have a lot of questions, and I guess you do too.  How is that no adults in the house heard anything?  Was the house unlocked?  They seemed to have enough sense to have a home security system of some sort, so again how does someone walk out of a home carrying a small child and no one notices.

Could this killing be some sort of gang initiation?

Whether you have young children in the home or not—be sure you lock your doors and have a home security system, a dog maybe and a firearm.  Life is not going back to the ’50s and ’60s—a time some of us can remember with some longing for that simpler time.

Spread this story far and wide (the corporate media won’t likely do that), if for no other reason than to make people more aware of the dangers facing us in the age of BLM supremacists.
