Teen charged with incest, rape after 11-year-old relative gives birth
A St. Louis teen confessed to raping his 11-year-old relative about 100 times after she gave birth to his baby in a bathtub, according to a news report.

Cops were tipped off to the alleged abuse at the hands of Norvin Leonidas Lopez-Cante when his father brought an infant to St. Joseph Hospital on Tuesday and told police someone left the child on his front porch, KSDK-TV reported.
The baby still had its umbilical cord and placenta attached and a body temperature of 90 degrees, the NBC affiliate said.
On Thursday, police visited the father, Francisco Javier Gonzalez-Lopez, and he told them his 17-year-old son was the father of the child and their 11-year-old relative was the baby’s mother — but claimed he had no knowledge of the abuse or the pregnancy until the girl gave birth.
Lopez-Cante later admitted to authorities that he had sex with the girl about twice a week, a total of about 100 times, the report said.
Woman charged after 11-year-old daughter gives birth to baby in a bathtub
ST CHARLES, Mo. — A mother was charged after her 11-year-old daughter gave birth in a bathtub last week.
Lesbia Cante
Lesbia Cante pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. In court Wednesday, her cash-only bail was increased to $100,000 from $10,000.

Gonzalez-Lopez said he did not know the girl was pregnant or that Lopez-Cante was raping her until she gave birth to the child in their bathtub.
After police read Lopez-Cante his Miranda rights, he told police he had sex with the girl about 100 times but did not know she was pregnant. He said he did not know when he first had sex with her but said it happened about twice a week.

Lopez-Cante was charged with first-degree statutory rape, statutory sodomy and incest. His bond was set at $25,000, cash-only.
Gonzalez-Lopez was charged with endangering the welfare of a child for his role in the incident. His bail was set at $10,000, cash only.
Charging documents said he entered the country illegally and was previously deported.
Look at those bail amounts—Gonzalez-Lopez who has been previously deported gets the lowest bail of the bunch!
I didn’t see any mention of the nationality of these sickos.. Let me know if you do!
Aside from wreaking the girl’s life, the illegal aliens will now cost taxpayers a fortune as their cases move through the criminal justice system. Expensive incarceration will surely follow.
Recently at Refugee Resettlement Watch I reported that Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders was organizing refugee and immigrant workers at meat plants in Iowa and likewise organized immigrant voters in New Hampshire.
Virginia is one of the states where ‘new American’ voters will likely matter and now comes news Sanders has chosen a woman whose supporters include Rep. Ilhan Omar and CAIR’s head honcho Nihad Awad (among others!).
On her own merits, the 24 year-old Abrar Omeish is of little political consequence. She is the youngest person to ever hold office in the state, having been elected in 2019 to the Fairfax County School Board. Her role on the campaign appears to be a Sanders gesture to a more powerful political constituency: the well-organized radical Sunni Islamist networks across the United States. Abrar Omeish’s father is former president of the Muslim American Society, a group identified by federal prosecutors as the “overt arm” of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood.
The elder Omeish is best known in Virginia state politics for having been removed from a Virginia Immigration board by then-governor Tim Kaine, a Democrat, after a video surfaced of Omeish endorsing violent jihad against Israel.
Esam Omeish also served on the board of Dar al Hijrah mosque, a Falls Church, Virginia-based mosque with a long history of ties to terrorism finance. Omeish has also been accused of links to terrorism by a Libyan parliamentary security committee. He is a naturalized citizen of the United States.
There is much much more including links to back-up the reporting. Read it all.
See yesterday’s post on Michael Bloomberg and immigration. But, if last night’s debate performance was any indication, his campaign is likely toast.
I pay fairly close attention to the 2020 campaign news and especially when it comes to the Dem candidate’s plans for immigration should they regain the White House.
But, I think it’s odd that with all the other news about Michael Bloomberg, there is little mentioned about his now decade-long plan to increase immigration as seen in his National Partnership for a New American Economy.
I told you all about it here last November, but I have been writing about it off and on for years.
Now I see that there is a short piece at Bloomberg news briefly summarizing his immigration plans.
But, strangely, no mention of his organization that has been gradually softening up mayors by handing out grant money and praising elected officials for a decade through his New American Economy network.
Michael Bloomberg Unveils Plan for ‘Broken’ Immigration System
Michael Bloomberg proposed an immigration plan similar to proposals from his moderate [LOL!] Democratic presidential rivals that includes reversing President Donald Trump’s policies, creating a path to U.S. citizenship for undocumented residents and allowing “place-based” visas.
Bloomberg’s plan contains many of the same elements as those offered by Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg. They include rescinding Trump’s travel ban, ending family separations at the border, protecting so-called dreamers — young adults who were brought illegally to the U.S. as children — as well as increasing the cap on resettling refugees and updating the asylum process.
The former New York mayor does not go as far as progressive rivals Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, who would decriminalize migration.
[….]
Bloomberg would expand temporary worker visas to address labor shortages and allow certain localities to petition for “place-based” immigrant visas to meet economic or social needs in their communities.
For regular readers of ‘Frauds and Crooks‘ this should give you a chuckle….
He would also allow more opportunities for foreign-born doctors, nurses and other health professionals to address the shortage of health-care workers in under-served areas.
And, now see his platform that includes increasing refugee admissions to 125,000 per year! (Trump’s is presently set at 18,000.)
End policies that run counter to our deepest values as Americans
Mike will rescind President Trump’s disgraceful travel ban, end family separations at the border, establish rigorous safeguards for children, and promote alternatives to detention for individuals and families who pose no threat to public safety. Mike will set the annual refugee resettlement target at 125,000 and also restore fairness and timeliness to the asylum process. And he will honor and protect immigrant service members, veterans and their families.
[….]
Mike will create a federal Office of New Americans to support the integration of newcomers….
Demonstrating to me why the horrific case of Billy Chemirmir, who is not a US citizen, and who may end up being the most prolific serial killer in Texas history, is not getting the national media attention it deserves is because, I think, he represents a massive failure in our immigration system and because major screw-ups likely occurred first at the local law enforcement level.
And, now fear among sanctuary-minded officials at all levels who know that Chemirmir is the poster boy for everything that is wrong with our politically correct media that does not want the public and definitely not the President to learn about the case is driving the story underground.
Chemirmir allegedly murdered 22 senior citizens. One woman was Vietnamese and one was a man. The others were white women, most were smothered with pillows except the older gentleman who was found in a pool of blood. The national media continues to hide from the story. Why?
The latest is this mea culpa from the Dallas Morning News, the only news outlet doing any serious work on the case, walking back earlier suggestions that Chemirmir could have been deported.
And, although reporter Charles Scudder has done a great job, this piece is so convoluted it is impossible to know if Chemirmir could have been removed before the killing spree or not.
However, one line at the end of the piece tells me that someone is hiding something!
Further details about his status are confidential.
Here is a bit of the latest. By the way, I just searched and find that since the newest victims were identifiedearlier this month no major national news outlet has picked up the story.
Read the whole thing, but here (below) are some snips that are sure to confuse you with the immigration ‘expert’s’ doublespeak!
I think you will conclude he should not have been allowed to stay in the country prior to his killing spree and more should come out eventually. The last line that I snipped will likely increase your suspicion that there is more to come.
In the meantime, your job is to help spread this news far and wide!
Try to reach the President with it!
Fact check: Serial murder suspect Billy Chemirmir is not an unauthorized immigrant, ICE says
Billy Chemirmir is accused of killing 22 elderly people in North Texas. His case has been cited by Twitter pundits and media outlets as an example of why the United States needs tougher immigration laws.
The serial murder suspect is a Kenyan immigrant. Some have suggested he overstayed a visa and is in the U.S. illegally.
But Chemirmir is not an unauthorized immigrant. According to a statement from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, he has permanent resident status.
Here’s some of what we know about Chemirmir’s past and his immigration status.
ICE released a statement confirming Chemirmir’s residency status after he was charged with multiple counts of capital murder.
“On March 23, 2019, deportation officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) filed an immigration detainer with the Dallas County (Texas) Jail on Billy Kipkorir Chemirmir, 45, a citizen of Kenya and a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., after he was charged with capital murder,” the statement reads.
Further details about his status are confidential.
Some of the headlines call Moses deGraft-Johnson a “Tallahassee doctor,” but African media doesn’t pull punches and refers to him as a “Ghanaian doctor.”
Tallahassee doctor indicted for more than $23M in healthcare fraud
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) — A federal grand jury has indicted a Tallahassee doctor, accusing him of more than $23 million in healthcare fraud.
According to court documents, Moses deGraft-Johnson owned and operated the Heart and Vascular Institute of North Florida since September 2015. Kimberly Austin – his office manager – was also indicted.
Duel citizen Moses deGraft-Johnson benefited the US economy! NOT!
Federal prosecutors said in court Friday afternoon they believe there were more than 3,600 surgeries billed over the last five years, with 85 to 90% of them being fraudulent.
The 58 count indictment, which was unsealed Thursday, alleges deGraft-Johnson defrauded Medicare and Medicaid by billing them for dozens of procedures that he never performed.
A detailed list shows each of the claims was for more than $21,000. Federal prosecutors said in court that the amount of money that was improperly billed reached $23 million.
A later motion alleges deGraft-Johnson’s calendar showed he performed 14 surgeries in one day.
[….]
The indictment contends deGraft-Johnson wasn’t even in the United States on some of those days, but rather was traveling to Madrid, London and other cities in Ghana and China.
[….]
Culture of corruption? Since we have had so many fraud and crime stories perpetrated by Nigerians, I figured I would use this map to show you where both Ghana and Nigeria are located.
Federal prosecutors requested in court Friday that deGraft-Johnson be detained until his trial, saying the doctor poses a “serious risk of flight.”
Prosecutors contend deGraft-Johnson is a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Ghana. They say he has “the motive, the means and the opportunity to flee from the United States to Ghana.”
According to prosecutors, he has two passports, both showing that he has dual citizenship for the United States and Ghana.
Unlimited hubris!
Prosecutors also contend that deGraft-Johnson has stated his ultimate long-term professional goal is “to be the President of Ghana.”
[….]
Court documents indicate deGraft-Johnson deposited more than $32 million in health care funds into his bank account between November 2015 and August 2019. Prosecutors say that the majority of funds were transferred to other accounts.
[….]
At one point, deGraft-Johnson told federal agents he had no cash that was not in a bank, but agents found $40,000 cash at one of his residences.
“This suggests that there may be other cash hoards in any of Defendant’s five other residences,” prosecutors wrote.
The doctor’s other residences are located in Miami, Manhattan, Hampton and Texas, prosecutors said in court.
Prosecutors also detailed lavish spending, including millions spent on Tiffany and Cartier jewelry, two Mercedes, and the recent leases of a Ferrari and a Lamborghini.
Honestly, I think Trump is making a big mistake not highlighting some of the major Medicare and Medicaid fraud prosecutions his administration is undertaking.
At every rally he should tell a story or two about how they caught some big crooks stealing from middle class Americans!
To be fair and balanced he could throw in a few American fraudsters along with the ‘new American’ ones!
Florida? Texas? Michigan? California? Which state has the most fraudulent medical practitioners?
