Florida: Illegal Alien Steals Car, Leaves Handicapped Dog to Die

You may have seen the sad news, but I wanted to be sure I had it archived here at ‘Frauds and Crooks.’

He stole a car and left a disabled dog to die in the back seat, authorities say

A 19-year-old man has been arrested in the death of a disabled dog after police say he stole a Volvo and left the beloved canine trapped inside the car to die of heat stroke.

Jephthe Jeanfrancois [some news accounts split this name making it Jean Francois.—-ed] was arrested on 15 charges including multiple counts of burglary, grand theft and causing suffering and death to an animal, records show.

Jeanfrancois appeared in court Thursday representing himself and declining the services of a public defender. Assistant State Attorney Eric Linder said in court Thursday that when Jean Francois broke into the car, the handicapped dog was in the back seat.

“He stole the vehicle, he discarded the vehicle, leaving this dog stranded to its own devices locked in the car,” he said. “When the car was later found, the dog was found unfortunately deceased and what I can only imagine greatly suffered.”

Linder said when Jeanfrancois was caught, his GPS monitor — from previous charges from a separate case — placed him at the parking lot when the car was stolen.

Wanda Dushan Ferrari said her dog, Zorra, went missing Oct. 3 from a shopping plaza in Oakland Park off North Andrews Avenue. She said Zorra was a 13-year-old Husky-Shepherd mix weighing 45 pounds. Because of hip ailments, the dog was paralyzed in her rear legs, and used a pink dog wheelchair.

Ferrari said she had run inside a Dollar Tree to get cash because a nearby gas station’s card reader was broken. The windows were down and the engine was running, according to a Sheriff’s Office report. Her faithful companion since the dog was 2 months old was patiently waiting. When she returned after 10 minutes, the car — and her dog — were gone.

“Zorra was my world, my heart, my soul. I don’t know what I’m going to do without her.”

“I can’t take this,” she said crying.

Open Borders, Inc. loves to tell heart wrenching stories about migrants at the border suffering at the hands of our President because they want to reach uninformed Americans through their emotions. We really need to do a much better job of telling stories like this one and many many others I’ve posted here at ‘Frauds and Crooks.’

In fact, if I were the President, I would tell a couple of stories like this one at every rally he holds and showcase some of the dreadful people who are among us thanks to groups like Church World Service demanding access to America for every creep in the world.

International Law Enforcement Cooperation Leads to Brazilian Takedown of Significant Human Smugglers

Earlier today, extensive coordination and cooperation efforts between United States and Brazilian law enforcement and prosecution authorities culminated in the Brazil Federal Police (DPF) conducting a significant enforcement operation to disrupt and dismantle a transnational criminal organization.

The human smuggling organization targeted is alleged to be responsible for the illicit smuggling of scores of individuals from East Africa and the Middle East, into Brazil, and ultimately to the United States. The enforcement operation included the execution of multiple search warrants and the arrests of three prolific, Brazil-based human smugglers on Brazilian charges: Abdifatah Hussein Ahmed (a Somalian national); Abdessalem Martani (an Algerian national); and Mohsen Khademi Manesh (an Iranian national).

“We commend today’s efforts by our Brazilian counterparts to take decisive action under their recently enacted human smuggling laws against criminal networks that threaten the national security of Brazil, the United States and other nations,” said Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “Such collaborative efforts with our foreign law enforcement partners show our collective resolve to hold international human smugglers to account to the fullest extent of the law.”

Assistance provided by U.S. authorities was coordinated under the Extraterritorial Criminal Travel Strike Force (ECT) program, a joint partnership between the Justice Department, Criminal Division’s Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section (HRSP) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).The ECT program focuses on human smuggling networks that may present particular national security or public safety risks, or present grave humanitarian concerns. ECT has dedicated investigative, intelligence and prosecutorial resources. ECT coordinates and receives assistance from other U.S. government agencies and foreign law enforcement authorities.

Maybe the Prez is already doing it, but he should be trumpeting news like this at rallies and on Twitter.

The average American has no idea that his Administration is making some headway in the area of law enforcement—whether that involves the opioid crisis as I reported yesterday here, or big Medicare, Medicaid and Food stamp fraud busts that I’ve been reporting on regularly here at Frauds and Crooks.

Taxpayer-Funded Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society Sending Immigration Lawyers to Border so More Migrants Can Get In!

Recently I told you that the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service and Church World Service were both either promoting or outright offering sanctuary to illegal aliens.

HIAS, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, another of the nine federal contractors employed by the US State Department to place refugees into your towns and cities, is focusing on hiring lawyers for the law breakers at the southern border. [For new readers, see nine contractors in this post.—ed]

HIAS receives more than half of its income from you via your tax dollars to take care of legal refugees who were selected and screened, and yet they are working feverishly to be sure the illegal aliens on the southern border have legal representation.

Recently they sent out an appeal for financial help. Mind you! financial help for an organization that got $24,493,702 directly from the US Treasury in 2016 (according to its Form 990 here)!

Why is our money going to a group promoting a progressive political agenda that large numbers of Americans oppose (if they only knew!)?

Now let’s have a look at the most recent Form 990 available for HIAS.

Below is the page showing their federal grants. Notice that their privately raised dollars that year amounted to $17,361,702, less than half of their income.

I think the fact that they can’t raise enough private money for their ‘good works’ signals that the general public just isn’t that interested in their mission.

If you go to page 9 notice that if they weren’t getting federal funding they would die.

Salary and employee expenses amounted to $20,686,120 and their office expenses, rent and travel amounted to another $7,106,664 while they only took in just over $17 million in private dollars.

Again, if they weren’t getting federal funding they would most likely die. Or, they would have to slash staff or significantly cut the high salaries of top brass!

Have a look at their top salaried positions.

And, btw, let me say that if they were a truly private non-profit (or a for-profit) their salaries would be none of our business, but they aren’t.

They are effectively a government agency which means they can’t keep this information from the taxpayers who pay a significant portion of their salaries!

This is a story the national news is not touching!

Billy Kipkorir Chemirmir who is now behind bars and with an ICE enforcement hold on him is on his way to becoming one of Texas’s most notorious serial murderers, but most Americans will never hear of the case.

billy-chermirmir-1 — **Kenyan Billy Kipkorir Chemirmir** is believed to have smothered his elderly victims with a pillow and stolen their valuables.

Why is that? Because the man charged in twelve deaths (so far) of vulnerable senior citizens and suspected now in seven more (mostly very elderly women) is African (all but one of his alleged victims are white) and is here illegally.
And, because his crimes are so heinous I believe the media doesn’t want Trump to know about it as immigration continues to climb in importance in the run-up to 2020.
Think about it! Women, like the latest possible victim, would be alive today playing with her great grandchild if law enforcement had removed this creep from the country years ago.

Another vulnerable senior citizen dies at the hands of an illegal alien, this one from Guatemala.

Marroquin-Colley — Illegal alien Esdras Marroquin Gomez gets 22 years behind bars for the murder of Lois Colley. Then what! Where do we release him to?

He smashed her face in with a fire extinguisher in the laundry room of her home. Her husband of 65 years tried to save her with CPR when he found her in a pool of blood.

2020 Presidential candidate Julian Castro on crimes by illegals. Ho hum “crime happens.”

There are lots of lessons in this tragic story that I hadn’t seen until reader Joe sent it my way yesterday.
Although the story was published by Fox News two weeks ago where Fox called the victim a “Cuomo-linked socialite,” Joe sent me the story from the Epoch Times.
As Leftwing Open Borders agitators pump out sob stories about a few accidental deaths at the border, we need to be pumping out the horror stories about violent crimes by ‘new Americans’ to counter them!
