Diversity is Beautiful Alert! Man from Micronesia Grabs Girl at Her Florida Home

Lucky for the 11-year-old, her Dad was home and quickly chased the intruder away from their patio door.

Steven M. Hasugulgum, 21, was arrested a short time later.

Steven M. Hasugulgum, 21, a citizen of the Federated States of Micronesia.

Of course the big question for me and others of my readers is what the heck was a creepy man from Micronesia doing wandering around Daytona Beach?

We don’t take refugees from Micronesia, well except for those rejected asylum seekers who had been placed in detention by Australia on the island of Nauru.  Surely he couldn’t have been one of those we foolishly took to America as refugees when Australia didn’t want them. Could he?

We will likely never know unless some enterprising local reporter can pull his immigration status out of the local police.

There are many articles, mostly in Florida media, about the Christmas Eve attempted kidnapping.  Thanks to reader Janet for bringing it to my attention.

Here is Fox News:

Man chased from Florida home after grabbing girl, 11, in Christmas Eve break-in attempt

A man was arrested after forcing his way into a Florida home on Christmas Eve, nearly snatching an 11-year-old girl before he was chased off by her father, authorities said.

Steven M. Hasugulgum, 21, was standing outside an Ormond Beach-area home around 6 p.m. Tuesday when the girl opened a sliding door and walked outside, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office said. Hasugulgum advanced, putting his fingers to his lips and telling her to “shh” as he forced her back inside.

The family’s security camera caught the intrusion.

Hasugulgum followed her and grabbed her hand, trying to pull her toward him, but the girl’s father, Derek Kloepfer, was able to chase the intruder away, deputies said.

“If I would have grabbed him, I’m sure there would have been some consequences,” Kloepfer told FOX35 Orlando.

See the Fox35 video here.

The incident was caught on home surveillance video, and deputies immediately began tracking the suspect.

But just 40 minutes after fleeing, Hasugulgum tried to break into another home in the area, deputies said.

A woman told authorities he tried to turn the knob on her front door, which was locked. She said she opened the door and saw Hasugulgum “acting erratic and holding a hammer.” He then tried to break into her SUV but was scared off after the woman hit the vehicle’s panic alarm, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies eventually arrested the 21-year-old when he reappeared near the first house less than an hour later.

Hasugulgum lives in Daytona Beach, but is a citizen of the Federated States of Micronesia, a country comprising more than 600 islands in the western Pacific Ocean, the sheriff’s office said.

If any of you learn more about this man from Micronesia and how he came to be in America in the first place, please let me know!

'Refugees' from Australia Not Doing so Well in El Cajon, California; Others Ask to Go back!

This story from a couple of months ago exposes again a big lie that the Open Borders Left never mentions—not all ‘refugees’ are thrilled to be in the land of opportunity.

Detention is an illegal alien deterrent!  Australia’s detention camps for mostly Muslim (refugee wannabes) are on Nauru and Manus Island.

Since 2007, when I first became aware of the Refugee Admissions Program, I have heard stories like this one and continue to be amazed that the virtue-signalling do-gooders, who promote refugee resettlement in American towns and cities, don’t ever seem to ask themselves if what they are doing is really good for the ‘refugees’ involved.
We know they don’t consider if the wholesale movement of third worlders to the US is good for Americans!
Before I give you the story, I assume most of you know about Obama’s “dumb deal” (that is what Trump called it when he first learned about it.)
Trump and Turnbull
In a 2017 phone call with then Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, Trump is alleged to have called the refugee deal a “dumb” one.  He went along with it nonetheless.

If not, then briefly, Australia instituted a policy of sending anyone trying to break into their country by boat to offshore islands for detention. It was an excellent deterrent once the word got out!
But public pressure by the Australian Left forced the government to find a home for these mostly Muslim men.
Enter then President Obama who told the Aussies in 2016, just as he was leaving office, that we would take a few thousand of their rejected asylum seekers to America.  Trump (foolishly in my opinion) went along with the deal and said we would take 1,250.
However, so far, we haven’t brought in nearly that number (hard to find any reports on exactly how many). Today’s story says we took 500 and this one says we rejected 300.
Today’s post is about an unhappy family of Sri Lankan Tamils (they are not Muslims) who were placed in Arabic-speaking El Cajon, California by a US resettlement contractor—the International Rescue Committee.

City of Minneapolis to Pay Family of Australian Woman Killed by Somali Cop $20 Million

Wow!  That sure was a fast settlement!  Why was that?
Well, it seems the family was suing for $50 million and no matter what the mayor says, I think the city saw that it could be a lot worse for them and cut a quick deal.

Minnesota: Mohamed Noor Found Guilty in Death of Australian Woman

And, according to CNN’s report of the trial’s last day yesterday, Australian media packed the courtroom along with many family members and friends of the murdered woman.
My earlier report on the trial is here.

Example of Fraud in US Refugee Program: More of Australia's Rejects Headed to Your Town

He said scores of the refugees are suffering serious mental health problems after being held in indefinite detention without trial for so long.

(Ian Rintoul, Australian refugee advocate)

When President Trump took office he did not have to honor Obama’s offer to take off of Australia’s hands ‘asylum seekers’ that Australia did not want to bring to its mainland.
But, he did extend the offer and now we see that we have admitted 500 (so far!), mostly young men, that had been living for several years in detention on offshore islands.
This is a completely fraudulent use of the international refugee system that requires that asylum seekers ask for asylum in the first safe country they enter.
It would be like us saying to Australia—hey Aussie’s! how about you take a couple thousand of the caravan migrants we have rushing our southern border.  It is laughable! Right?

Manus refugees
Some of the ‘new Americans’ headed to your neighborhood!

From Radio New Zealand,

More Manus refugees bound for the United States

Twenty-two Manus Island refugees left Papua New Guinea yesterday to be resettled in the United States.
[….]
He said including about 300 refugees from Nauru, a total of about 500 from Australian offshore detention have so far been resettled in the US, under a deal struck in 2016 to take up to 1250.
Mr Rintoul said the US deal is “glacially slow” with about 1000 people still left on Manus and Nauru without a future after almost six years.
He said scores of the refugees are suffering serious mental health problems after being held in indefinite detention without trial for so long.

More here.
See many, many posts on the Australian “dumb deal” at RRW by clicking here.
You, the American taxpayer are paying for all of this—the cost of resettlement and the cost of mental health treatment!
And, the government (even the Trump Administration) is counting on citizens forgetting about these outrages!

question markWhat do you do? Tell the White House again how much this deal stinks and make sure that you use every means possible through social media to keep this issue alive!
