Boonsboro, MD: Black Lives Matter and Leftists’ Dirty Tricks

Earlier this year Dan’s Restaurant and Taphouse became the central organizing location for Black Lives Matter in Washington County, Maryland.

Update below!

Boonsboro, Maryland is a small rural town in conservative Western Maryland. It is near where I live and for the last 35 years I’ve visited friends there, gone to doctor’s appointments there and shopped in its small shopping plaza. It is a town where one could live a peaceful life—until now.

….Until a few obviously Leftwing activists associated with internationally famous and now wealthy author Nora Roberts (whose birth name was Eleanor Marie Robertson), began a campaign in support of Black Lives Matter.

Charlotte Aufdem-Brinke told interviewer Bernadette Wagner that she wanted to see “progressive change come to Washington County” saying she was modeling for her children. Watch the whole interview beginning at the 22:40 mark here: https://primetime4women.com/show-10-in-season-2-with-marie-hawse-and-charlotte-aufdem-brinke/

In June, after George Floyd’s death in Minnesota, Roberts’ daughter-in-law, a co-owner of Dan’s  Restaurant & Taphouse, Charlotte Aufdem-Brinke and the restaurant became the central location for Black Lives Matter organizing.

(Aufdem-Brinke is Nora Roberts’ first married name. Charlotte’s present marital status to her son Dan is not clear and doesn’t matter.)

Fine and dandy, Ms. Aufdem-Brinke is free to voice her opinions, organize for Progressive causes, and model her political views for her children.

However, it is what happened next that has many in the community outraged.

She apparently was a lead organizer behind a billboard that was placed prominently in town funded via a GoFundMe account where Aufdem-Brinke is the first donor listed ($500).

(The image below is the ‘corrected’ second billboard as the first one credited “the people of Boonsboro” for paying for the billboard.)

If you want to read the Battle of the Billboards by controversial local agitator Ryan Miner, see it here  but just know that he calls local, long-time residents of the community “hayseeds,” and “Boonsboro’s finest happy-go-lucky hubcap shiners.”

Calling names is a universal trait it seems for Progressives pushing their agenda.

By the way, Miner was not always on the Left, but that is a story for another time.

This is what you really need to know—Progressive Dems cheat (duh!)!

Del. Parrott is a decent and honorable man, no wonder he would be surprised someone would play this dirty.

Aufdem-Brinke and fellow Progressives can put up all the billboards they desire, but somehow these Leftists who “model for their kids whose hearts are so pure” can’t seem to not cheat  as we learned in October when it was discovered that someone affiliated with Black Lives Matter and Nora Roberts’ daughter-in-law, listed well-known local conservative Republicans as donors to the billboard fundraising campaign including 2020 Republican Congressional candidate Neil Parrott founder of the Hagerstown Tea Party.

From the Herald Mail less than two weeks before the November election:

Several Washington County Republicans’ names falsely listed as supporting BLM fundraiser

Several prominent Washington County Republicans say they have been falsely associated with donating to a Black Lives Matter fundraiser.

Washington County Republican Chair Jerry DeWolf sent an email Thursday morning to Washington County Sheriff Doug Mullendore stating he and several others were fraudulently listed as donors on a GoFundMe fundraiser to put up a Black Live Matter billboard near Boonsboro. He requested the sheriff’s office begin an investigation into the fundraiser organizers and “others who may have participated in this fraud.”

The email also was sent to The Herald-Mail, Maryland Republican Party Chair Dirk Haire and Maryland Republican Party Executive Director Corine Frank.

In DeWolf’s email, he said he assumed the act was a “politically motivated attack designed to harass and intimidate,” and he would “personally be interested in pressing the maximum charges available should (the sheriff’s) office find it warranted to do so.”

Of course, the sheriff found nothing criminal. Didn’t this raise identity fraud legal questions?  (We have a weak sheriff here in Washington County.)

Del. Neil Parrott, R-Washington, who is a candidate to represent Maryland’s 6th Congressional District in the U.S. House, was listed as donating $50. He said Friday the donation was not made by him. He said he was made aware of the donation in his name and was surprised that someone would do that.

We must get it through our heads that playing dirty, cheating and lying is how the Left plays this game!  The stolen 2020 Presidential election is a prime example of how far they will go.

Others listed as donors have confirmed the legitimacy of their donations, such as Charlotte Aufdem-Brinke, co-owner of Dan’s Restaurant & Taphouse. Aufdem-Brinke, who was the first donor listed, said Thursday that the donation for $500 was legitimate.***

Aufdem-Brinke said she liked the fundraiser’s message, saying it aligned with the Taphouse’s stance on inclusivity and ending a “hateful mindset.”

More here.

Message to local readers:  No “hayseeds,” as Aufdem-Brinke’s pal Ryan Miner calls you, should spend a single dime at Dan’s Restaurant & Taphouse in Boonsboro, Maryland.

Message to national readers:  GoFundMe can easily be manipulated by devious Dems who appear to have no moral compass and who obviously believe that the ends justify the means.

***See the GoFundMe account for the Boonsboro Black Lives Matter billboard and see who the legitimate donors are (after the Republicans were able to remove their names).  How many are actually from Boonsboro?

I’ve created a whole new category here at Frauds & Crooks that I am calling Leftists’ Dirty Tricks.  It appears I will need it going forward.

Update!

Is this what the good folks of Boonsboro are supporting.  This happened in Washington DC yesterday:

Santelli Rants Again! Will he Galvanize America as he did in 2009?

King Joe and Queen Kamala, if crowned in January, will have their hands full.

Do you remember 2009 when Obama and Joe first came to the White House and CNBC Business editor Rick Santelli went on his famous rant credited with being the inspiration for the Tea Party that clearly was the precursor to Donald Trump’s successful America First (MAGA) movement?

Santelli ranted again and this time it was in defense of churches and small businesses like restaurants which are being shuttered supposedly to protect us from the Chinese virus while Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart and the like are somehow allowed to be open with hundreds of customers milling about.

See what he said this time….

We have been focused on the election and the revelations of massive fraud, but I think we need to be looking at what is going on in Europe as a sign of the unrest Joe and Kamala will be presented with if more lockdowns, mask mandates or mandatory vaccinations are part of their governing plan.

Here is what happened in London in October.

I’ve said this before, and you likely will disagree with me, but if Trump does not prevail in his legal challenges to the massive election fraud we know happened, that in many ways it might be much better for him and us that he is on the outside leading a MAGA movement.

Just this morning I’ve been reading one article after another about how the deep state is on steroids internally working against Trump and his people, about how some Republican Senators are already signaling that they want more cheap labor for big businesses, and how many Republican ‘leaders’ are cutting and running to work all manner of deals with the Dems.

Let illegitimately elected Joe (ha! ha!) be responsible for trying to tamp down the growing anger of 74 million Americans who believe the election was stolen and don’t want to be shutdown, don’t want open borders, don’t want lawlessness on our streets, don’t want China influencing anything we do, and are sick of the globalists in both parties running our lives.

Since the days of the Tea Party rebellion of 2009, the movement, now known as MAGA, has grown up as it has grown younger and more diverse. I don’t think it will be easily silenced.

Election Fraud: Is AG Barr Serious, or is His Move a Sop to 70 Million Americans?

Editor:  You likely know all of this news already.  I started this post yesterday, but my internet went down again.

Surely you have heard this news from Monday reported here at Politico (Leftwingers) who suggest that Barr is not serious, but only making this move to appease the President and us.

By the way, it is often much more useful to read the other side’s media than ours sometimes.

Deep Stater Richard Pilger resigns his post! https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8931713/Barr-OKs-election-probes-despite-little-evidence-fraud.html

Whatever the motive, his move forced the director of the DOJ Criminal Division’s Election Crimes Branch to resign his post.  However, you should read this as good news!  I urge you to do a little search on one Richard Pilger who has headed that branch of the DOJ since 2010.

His name will be familiar to anyone who watched the Obama administration’s attack on Tea Party and other Conservative groups attempts to get an IRS determination to be allowed to raise money for their small emerging political action groups.

See one of many stories about him here at Judicial Watch in 2015.

Here is Politico:

Barr OK for election-fraud investigations roils Justice Department

Attorney General William Barr appeared Monday to make a bid to reassure backers of President Donald Trump who have complained bitterly in recent days that the Justice Department was not taking action to combat alleged voter fraud and other election irregularities.

In a memo to U.S. attorneys, Barr authorized them to open election-fraud investigations “if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.”

Barr’s memo broadening the authorities of prosecutors in the election season had an abrupt and dramatic impact: prompting the veteran career official running the Justice Department branch that oversees such prosecutions to step down from his post, effective immediately.

[….]

Shortly after Barr’s directive was released, Richard Pilger, director of the DOJ Criminal Division’s Election Crimes Branchsent colleagues an email saying he was transferring to another role in the department. The 28-year-veteran federal prosecutor also made unmistakably clear that alarm at Barr’s policy shift prompted his exit from the job he has held since 2010.

Sorry to make you sick this morning but they will all be back if Biden/Harris get away with stealing the election!

Angling for something are we?

Vanita Gupta, who served as head of Justice’s Civil Rights Division under President Barack Obama, posted a copy of Pilger’s resignation email online and called it “a testament to how grossly politicized and partisan the Barr DOJ is, in service of Trump.”

Still, the wording of Barr’s memo left unclear whether it was largely a sop to the president’s supporters or whether it portends serious investigations into last week’s election, of which Joe Biden was declared the winner over Trump.

[….]

Gupta suggested the memo was little more than posturing intended to satisfy the president and fuel misperceptions that voting fraud on any serious scale affected the 2020 presidential contest.

“Let’s be clear — this is about disruption, disinformation, and sowing chaos,” Gupta, now president of the Leadership Conference on Civil & Human Rights. “Trump is furious, demanding all ‘his’ lawyers take action. They have no evidence, so they’ll push the PR.”

“Voters decided election & overwhelmingly picked Biden,” added Gupta. “Election was secure & fair. No factual basis for memo. Scaremongering about opening investigations doesn’t change result.”

If I have the energy to continue blogging, it would be fun to feature the Biden/Harris players as they scurry back into government hidey-holes (if they succeed in stealing the election, that is.)
