Petition Seeks to Impeach Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib

Screenshot (895)You may have noticed I have a category here at Frauds and Crooks entitled ‘Politicians as frauds‘ where I archive stories like this one.
I suspect that most of you are news junkies who have seen this story from last Monday at Big League Politics (if you aren’t already following Big League you should!), but am posting it just in case.  (hat tip: Joanne)

Rashida Tlaib Haunted By Fake Residence Scandal As Nearly 300k Sign Petition To ‘IMPEACH’ Her

Democrat Michigan congresswoman Rashida Tlaib is haunted by a fake-residence scandal as the petition to impeach her closes in on 300,000 signatures.
Congressman Jon Bumstead of Michigan confirmed to Big League Politics through an intermediary that state representatives in Michigan are legally required to live in their districts. But Tlaib lived in suburban Dearborn while she was falsely representing a district in Detroit. Tlaib lied about her address on her voter registration — a crime — and kicked off her entire political career with the lie.
The Change.org petition, started by MRS. AMERICAN CITIZEN, focuses on the fake-residency claim against Tlaib, and has 282,518 signatures as of this writing. Tlaib infamously vowed to “impeach the mother—” President Trump.
Michigan Democrat congresswoman Rashida Tlaib registered to vote from a false address, and represented a state House district that she did not actually live in, according to credit score and property records obtained by Big League Politics.
Tlaib’s own father even said that Tlaib “lied” about her address in order to run for office.

More here.

Don’t miss the video of Tlaib celebrating with her ‘new American’ mama on election night 2018:

The issue of residency for members of Congress should be a no-brainer.  The person we send to represent us should live in the district.  In Maryland it is permitted to live in one district and run for Congress in another and it galls me to be represented by a rich big city Democrat while living in a rural red county.

question markWhat is the law where you live?  If it’s like Maryland, maybe you can work to change that and the outrageous gerrymandering that goes on to make it even easier to disenfranchise rural/conservative voters.

Colorado Pharmacist on the Run after Bilking Medicare/Medicaid out of Nearly $8 Million

The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office made former pharmacy owner George Sackey one of its featured fugitives of the week.
George Sackey

I did do some digging about Sackey and although nothing about his immigration status and nationality came up, there are many many Sackey’s originating in Ghana.
Here is a bit about Sackey and his “community” pharmacies at LinkedIn,

Free consulting services to the Colorado African population and the general public as a whole.
My goal is to provide as much help as possible to the underprivileged who otherwise may not be as fortunate and blessed as I’m (sic). It is also a way to give back to the community.

My suspicion is that Sackey is a ‘new American’ entrepreneur who has now apparently skipped the country after cutting off his ankle monitor.

New Scam: New Jersey Man Pleads Guilty to $220,000 Social Security Disability Fraud

Social security fraudWell, it is new to me anyway.  The ‘new American’ scammers must take training courses in how to rip-off US taxpayers!
By the way, I laugh whenever I see headlines like that one because I immediately think of Ann Coulter and her book ‘Adios America’ in which she mentions that descriptive phrases like “New Jersey man” are meant to distract from the immigration status of criminals like Fernando Solaris (1973), aka Fred Raul Solaris(1984), aka Fernando Solares(1989).
This is from the Inspector General’s Office of the Social Security Administration outlining how Solaris scammed us by using three social security numbers. At least they caught the cheat, but what took them so long?

An Essex County, New Jersey, man today [Monday, February 25] admitted defrauding the Social Security Administration (SSA) of more than $200,000, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
Fernando Solaris, 63, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Jose L. Linares in Newark federal court to a superseding information charging him with Social Security disability fraud and theft of government property.

no-phot-avail
As usual!

According to documents filed in this case and statements made in court:
After immigrating to the United States in 1970, Solaris applied for, and received, three Social Security numbers (SSNs). He did so by slightly altering the personal information he provided on the application for each new SSN. In March 2002, using one of his SSNs, Solaris began receiving Supplemental Social Security Income and Disability benefits by claiming that he had constant pain in his back and left leg, which precluded him from working. He did not disclose to authorities that he had two additional Social Security numbers.

Okay, so why aren’t we being told where he immigrated from?

Really annoys me when they do that, so I went searching and found the information in the US Justice Department‘s case file.
What! Are we protecting the sensibilities of all people from Uruguay?

Starting in or around 1973, after having immigrated to the United
States from Uruguay

The OIG news item continues…

From 2002 through 2012, Solaris used two other Social Security cards to sporadically maintain employment in New Jersey while continuing to receive supplemental income and disability benefits. Solaris defrauded the SSA of $221,364 in Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB).
The count of Social Security fraud is punishable by a maximum of five years in prison, the count of theft of government property is punishable by a maximum of 10 years in prison; each count is punishable by a fine of $250,000, or twice the gross amount of any pecuniary gain by the defendant or loss to any victims, whichever is greatest. Sentencing is scheduled for June 4, 2019.

I’ll try to remember to check on his ultimate punishment when sentenced in June (if he doesn’t skip the country!). I bet it will be no where near ten years!
And, why isn’t deportation an option—save us a lot of money!  Does anyone really think this guy has our money still laying around to pay us back?
If you are interested in more juicy bits about Solaris scam, including a recitation of how he changed his name each time he applied for a Social Security card, go here.
And, of course this begs the question:
How on earth did he prove to Social Security that he was the person in each of his aliases?
Is it that easy to get another number?  Wouldn’t he have to show some sort of documentation of his supposedly legal immigration status in the first place?

A Blog to See: Illegal Alien Crime Report

A reader sent me a link to a blog focusing on illegal alien crimes.
See it by clicking here.

This is a screenshot of a portion of the site’s banner this morning.

Although I do include violent crimes committed by migrants (aka ‘new Americans’) of all sorts here at Frauds and Crooks, this site looks to be a one-stop shop collecting the worst of the worst cases of violence being perpetrated on our country and our people by those who should not be here in the first place!
Yesterday I questioned why the horrific beheading in Seattle never made the news nationally—one more example of why one must read widely on the web to understand what is happening to America.
I think the future of journalism is in the hands of media outlets/blogs on the net, and so, as I have said on many previous occasions, you should be blogging too either on a specific topic that does not get enough attention by the mainstream media, or for a specific location—your town, city, or state!

Imagine if every town or county had a blog or website competing with a local Leftwing small town paper!

Why the Lack of Media Coverage about Seattle Decapitation Murder Involving 'New Americans'?

This must be an example of the *diversity and cultural enrichment* that we’ve been promised by the Democrats….

(Grim, a commenter at the Hal Turner Radio Show)

Reader Kris sent me this story and remarked that there was very little to be found in the news on the early-February murder and the police officer-involved shooting that finished off the murderer, and she is right.
If you go to Hal Turner Radio Show to view the police cam video, don’t open it if you are squeamish.
Kris is right.  Although some of the story is available at the Seattle Times, I had to go to the UK Daily Mail for what really happened.  Why didn’t this story make national news?

Police release footage of the moment an agitated knife-wielding suspect is shot dead by cops after ‘murdering his girlfriend by beheading her’ in a Seattle apartment

A knife-wielding suspect thought to have killed his girlfriend by ‘beheading’ her was shot dead by police when officers stormed the apartment.
Officers were called to a suspected domestic violence incident in Seattle and had to force the door open on February 7 at around 3.30am.

Seattle murderer and victim
Victim Vaquedano and alleged killer Rodriquez.  No mention of their immigration status.

Police found the suspect, named by police as Danny Rodriguez, 34, brandishing a knife and appearing agitated.
Officers soon noticed the weapon and shouted, ‘oh s***, get out’ with the second cop saying, ‘he’s got a knife’, as they peered through the crack of the door and saw the suspect inside the apartment.
Both officers told the man to ‘stay right there, don’t move, we will shoot you’ and ordered him to, ‘stop, don’t touch the knife’, before telling him to ‘look away’ and to ‘get down on the ground’.
They then saw a woman’s body lying on the floor, with one of the two cops saying ‘s***, she’s had her head cut off’.
The victim was later identified as 48-year-old Irma Rodriguez Vaquedano.

The Seattle Police Officers Guild (SPOG) told the Seattle Times in a statement: ‘The suspect acted aggressively and gave the officers no choice but to fire their weapons to stop this threat.’
[….]
…. family members of Vaquedano, who is thought to be from Honduras, told Colombian newspaper El Heraldo, that the pair had been a couple for several years.

I guess it is going to be up to you to make sure this ‘diversity is beautiful’ news gets out more widely!
