Kenyan Killer Case Drags Out in Dallas due to COVID Excuse

Billy Chemirmir

I am sure the media and Texas officials who dropped the ball are hoping that the case involving the creep from Kenya who allegedly murdered nearly two dozen helpless seniors (almost all women smothered with pillows), in either assisted living facilities or in their own homes in order to steal their jewelry and valuables, disappears down the memory hole.

Correction: One of the daughters tells me that they were not assisted living facilities but “active living establishments with the promise of “monitored surveillance security and cameras throughout””.

The victims’ daughters aren’t going to let that happen as they report regularly at the website they created in hopes of keeping the case alive and to urge elected officials in Texas to place more regulations on facilities for seniors so that someone like Chemirmir won’t have access to vulnerable loved ones ever again.

Here is an e-mail update from the daughters whose website is called Save our Senior’ Safety (SOSS).

Update: Glenna Day’s cause of death (October 15, 2016) has been amended to homicide. This is the 5th homicide at The Tradition Prestonwood between July 18 and October 29, 2016.

We are adding Dr. Catherine Probst Sinclair to our victim timeline. Her family was suspicious of her death in April of 2018 as reported in the news.

https://www.wfaa.com/amp/article/news/crime/family-believes-aunt-was-murdered-by-suspected-serial-killer-billy-chemirmir/287-534360963

This news story was the last we heard publicly about Dr. Sinclair. We have privately continued to support the Probst family as they work to seek justice for their beloved Aunt Cathie.

Medical Examiner Barnard

We Did Not Know We Needed to Raise the Roof – We Are Raising It Now

Dr. Jeffrey Barnard, Dallas County Medical Examiner told the Dallas Morning News that “If it was my parent, I’d be raising the roof.”

https://www.dallasnews.com/news/courts/2020/06/26/pandemic-causes-delay-in-investigation-trial-of-serial-murder-suspect-billy-chemirmir/

We did not know May 2016 to March 2018 we needed to “raise the roof” about lack of security, lack of sharing information where our loved ones lived, and they were murdered. We have learned a lot in the last years and we are not staying quiet any longer.

Dr. Barnard stated in the same article that the Chemirmir cases are “on the back burner” and he would work to clear the cases by the end of July.

Dr. Barnard’s investigation should be timely and thorough. Our loved ones’ cases deserve the truth. There are at least four cases where families are waiting to hear if their loved one was murdered. We have been told the police investigations have been closed. There is no new information. The families are waiting for the Dallas County Medical Examiner to amend the cause of death if it was murder. The families with cases that result in homicide amendments get to join other families awaiting trial.

Pre-COVID, the trial was scheduled to begin early April 2021. The Texas Supreme Court has issued an emergency order stating no jury proceedings may be held before October 1 with few exceptions. This is not the first delay mandated by the Texas Supreme Court. Jury trials in Dallas County have been suspended for 6 months as of this writing. Logically, this would delay the murderer’s trial to October 2021. If there are more delays, we may be looking at a 2022 trial date.

When we inquired about a trial date in late 2019, we were told we had to be patient and wait our turn. This is the way the justice system works in Dallas County. The trial date (April 2021) was scheduled in January 2020. We want to be clear. We will work within the boundaries of the system. But we will not be put on the back burner.

This is a capital murder case by one of the most prolific serial killers in Texas history. He targeted a vulnerable population that we all hope to safely be a part of – our beloved elderly, trusting, loving family members.

Other states have started jury trials carefully with guidelines to protect citizens from COVID. Texas needs to work to do the same.

We recognize these are turbulent times with COVID, economic challenges and social unrest. None of these will go away soon. We want to work for justice for our loved ones as solutions are sought for the other issues.

Notice in the timeline the daughters have posted that Chemimir had spent a short time behind bars in 2016 for trespassing at one of the murder scenes, but went right back to his gruesome work with a vengeance a week after his release. He simply chose a facility other than the one where he was caught trespassing.

Dallas police arrested him June 28, 2016 for trespassing at Edgemere. He was given a 70-day sentence and served time at Dallas County Jail. He was released early, 14 days later, on July 11, 2016. One can only imagine that some of those murdered during a period he should have been behind bars might still be alive and enjoying their families today.

But even more importantly help keep this horrific story from going down the memory hole.

If you know anyone at Fox News please try to bring this story to their attention because you know the mainstream media is only too happy to see the politically incorrect story hidden forever because it goes against the entire Black Lives Matter narrative they are pumping up these days.

This post is filed in my category ‘Down the Memory Hole.’

I have been following the sickening story since it began.  See my tag for ‘Billy Chemirmir.’

Texas: Egyptian Father Believed to have Killed Daughters in Honer Killing (finally) Caught

I remember the horrific story well.  It happened in 2008, only a year after I began to investigate the US Refugee Admissions Program and its connection to Islam. It was a pivotal event in my understanding of what had been unleashed in America.

Two beautiful teenage girls were becoming too Americanized, so allegedly their father had to shoot them to death in what can only be characterized as an honor killing.

Amina and Sarah have been dead for 12 years. They were found shot to death in their father’s cab. He must have had many accomplices who kept him hidden all this time right there in Texas when it was assumed he had left the country.

The bare-bones news story is here at CBS (hat tip Judy), but be sure to see Jihad Watch where Robert Spencer asks the important questions that of course will be categorized as Islamophobic!

Here is Spencer:

Texas: Son of Muslim who murdered daughters denies it was honor killing, says ‘Religion has nothing to do with it’

Down the Memory Hole: Whatever Happened to the Muslim Candidate’s Complaint that She was Getting Death Threats?

Remember the story from April.  I posted it here.

NJ: Muslim Candidate for Congress Says She is Getting Death Threats

In another in my series of posts I’m calling ‘Down the Memory Hole’—forgotten because the media doesn’t really want to report anything that doesn’t fit their ‘world view,’ I wondered whatever happened to Congressional candidate Amani al-Khatahtbeh.

Back in April she complained that someone called her home with a message:

On the evening of April 21, Al-Khatahtbeh reportedly received a phone call from an unknown number threatening to kill her and her family. She received the threat shortly after a virtual town hall she hosted on Instagram.

The caller said in part: “Your parents live at [address]. I will f**king kill them and. . .I will torture them and feed them bacon and f**king pork…As soon as you get off the phone, I’ll f**king go to his house…“Ni**er, you’re Muslim, you f**king ugly Arab Muslim. You terrorist.”

The candidate’s website appears to be deserted. You can bet if some evil-doer was identified and he was on a certain side of the great American political divide, the website would have trumpeted the arrest. http://amani2020.com/

Not only did CAIR jump on the bandwagon with its Islamophobe dog whistle but she garnered the support of dozens of prominent women who came to her defense.

Whatever the truth is about the death threats, it didn’t help her win the primary election where she received only 2.8% of the vote.

Yesterday I went to see if I could find out whether the perpetrator of the death threats had been identified and guess what I found—NOTHING!

Not a mention that I could find about whether there was even any investigation of the allegations.  But you see it almost doesn’t matter if the call even happened because it was planted in the minds of those following the story that there was such a despicable person (and he surely must be a redneck Trumpster!).

Maybe I didn’t look hard enough, maybe you can find the truth about whether hers is another hate crime hoax, but in the meantime down the memory hole it goes…..

Fugitive from Justice Charged with Kidnapping Likely in Somalia

“I don’t want her remembered as the woman in the suitcase that was just thrown away.”

(Megan Bailey)

The other day I said I would post a few stories that have gone “down the memory hole” mostly because they don’t fit the media narrative when it comes to ‘new Americans.’

Do you remember this story from last summer when a former Tyson Foods meat plant worker, a Somali by the name of Mahamud Tooxoow Mahamed, was found to have kidnapped three little girls after their mother went missing?

Mahamud Tooxoow Mahamed, 37, a Somali national most likely skipped the country.

I found only one story that was posted after the initial flurry of news about the discovery of Jessica McCormack’s body which had been crammed into a suitcase and flung into a ravine.

Mahamed is still a fugitive from justice.

If you read the whole long sad tale published in local media (it is over 2,400 words long), you will see that Jessica got mixed up with some scum who brought her life to an untimely end.

I’m posting the story, not so you can tsk! tsk! over her mixed up life, but because it goes against the narrative the politically correct want you to believe about refugees and other immigrants as supposedly salt-of-the-earth people just looking for a better life.

It is the kind of story that should be told as a warning to other young naive women, but it won’t be told in any big way because it depicts an African, a Muslim, as, frankly, a vile man that got through our supposed screening process coming in, and then got out of the country apparently just as easily.

From McDonald County Press  (never at NYT, the Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC etc.):

Friends Seek Justice For Jessica

Jessica McCormack’s murder doesn’t make any sense. The 25-year-old’s partially-clothed body was discovered in a suitcase near Noel in late July. She was identified through dental records. Since her murder three months ago, her friends continue to search for answers.

Jessica was 25 years old at the time she was murdered.

McCormack was a beautiful soul who brought people together, friends say. Life wasn’t easy for her, but she showed an unending love for all people, said her best friend, Megan Bailey.

[….]

“I don’t want her remembered as the woman in the suitcase that was just thrown away,” Bailey said, “but how she loved everyone. It didn’t matter what race, what religion, she freakin’ loved you.”

McCormack’s death has spurred her friends to fight for justice. They seek answers. They want to know why their beloved friend was taken, leaving behind three young daughters. Bailey said the pain of losing McCormack is still intense.

[….]

“It’s been three months that she’s been gone,” Bailey said. “It still hurts as much as the first day. I still wake up in the morning and think, ‘Maybe I’ll get a message from Jess today.'”

McCormack Goes Missing

Her best friend knew something was wrong right away. The two, who were soul sisters, had known each other for about three years. The two had no secrets.

[….]

McCormack and her children were over at Bailey’s house on July 14. McCormack played with Bailey’s children. When Bailey didn’t hear from McCormack on July 15, she became worried. “(But) murder wasn’t my first thought. I thought she needed to get away.”

McCormack had left for a few days in June, Bailey said. She was simply tired of all the fighting with Mahamud Tooxoow Mahamed, her husband, whom Bailey refers to as “Tito.”

Bailey said the two were not married by law but through their Muslim culture.

However, Bailey said McCormack and Ibraham Akfeen, who is the father of her youngest child, had planned to make a fresh start in St. Louis.  [Honor killing?—ed]

[….]

Ongoing fighting and domestic disputes with Mahamed, however, colored McCormack’s world.

“She told me, ‘If I end up dead one day, Tito is going to be the reason,'” Bailey said.” She wanted to come visit. She was tired of all the fighting. It was an ongoing, everyday battle. Their relationship was very tumultuous. It was hardly ever good.”

Bailey encouraged her to break it off with Mahamed. The ups and downs of McCormack and Mahamed’s relationship took their toll.

Why didn’t she leave?

“She was scared,” Bailey said. “She wanted some sense of normalcy for her girls. She said, ‘I’m going to keep trying because there’s something good in him.'”

[….]

Charges filed

So far, charges have been filed against one man. Those charges only include kidnapping at this time.

Mahamed, 37, a Somali national, was charged in a criminal complaint filed Aug. 13 in the U.S. District Court in Springfield, Mo., according to information provided by the Justice Department. Mahamed is not in federal custody and is a fugitive from justice.

[….]

Mahamed is out of the country and was last known to be in the Mexico and Guatemala area, said McDonald County Sheriff Michael Hall. Mahamed recently posted on his Facebook account that he’s back in Somalia.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Justice Department have said they will not extradite a non-naturalized citizen, Hall said.

[….]

In September, Hall said Mahamed was a person of interest, due to the number of domestic violence calls involving the couple. In McDonald County, Mahamed also still faces two felony charges from 2017, against another woman in Noel. He is charged with one count of sodomy in the second degree and one charge of unlawful use of a weapon.

[….]

Lack of action by the Noel Marshal’s Office actually catapulted the situation into a completely different mode, Bailey said.

“The Noel Marshal’s Office did nothing,” Bailey said. “If they had been proactive, Jessica would still be here. I think they thought, ‘Jessica and Tito are fighting again.'”

Bailey said she believes Mahamed was helped by his family and his tribe.

“I think they all helped him get away.”

[….]

Her friends say that comments posted on social media tend to criticize McCormack for having multiple fathers for her three daughters. Others criticize her for being with a Somalian and being a Muslim.

[….]

“No matter what was going on in her life, she was always selfless and wanted to make sure others were OK before worrying about herself.”

Bailey said the young woman had planned to move on. The young Muslim woman, who had converted to that religion on her own accord, wanted to escape her own domestic situation.

“She was just done. She was starting to get her bearings. She was starting to ask questions about Christianity. She was trying to get her footing.”

Rest in peace Jessica.

Down the Memory Hole: Story about Mt. Holyoke Professor nearly Killing Fellow Professor has Disappeared

How many stories have I posted here at Frauds and Crooks over the last year and a half about crooks, criminals and murderers that have completely disappeared from the news because the alleged criminal doesn’t fit the medias’ spin on who could possibly be a criminal and who can’t.

When Japanese-born (new American!) art professor Rie Hachiyanagi nearly beat to death a fellow female professor at the exclusive Massachusetts college Mt Holyoke, the story made an initial splash in local and state media (never made it to the big time that I ever saw).  I reported it here in January.

But, when reader Cathy recently checked to see what ever happened to the story, she found only a piece at Town and Country published in early April and now poof! the story is gone!

I’ve been thinking that I do need to go back and check on crimes I’ve previously posted and see just how many of those that do not fit the Left’s favorite propaganda have just disappeared as if they never happened.

Wikipedia has this description of the “memory hole,” a place where inconvenient or embarrassing information goes to die.

LOL! It is where Brennan, Clapper, Comey and Peter Strzok assumed their corrupt dealings would go once Hillary was elected.

A memory hole is any mechanism for the deliberate alteration or disappearance of inconvenient or embarrassing documents, photographs, transcripts or other records, such as from a website or other archive, particularly as part of an attempt to give the impression that something never happened.[1][2] The concept was first popularized by George Orwell’s 1949 dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, where the Party’s Ministry of Truth systematically re-created all potentially embarrassing historical documents, in effect, re-writing all of history to match the often-changing state propaganda. These changes were complete and undetectable.

I’m making a new category entitled ‘Down the Memory Hole’ and this is my first installment….

Obsession and Assault: The Violent Crime That Rocked Mount Holyoke

In the early morning hours of Christmas Eve last year, the Massachusetts state police were dispatched to the home of a longtime professor at Mount Holyoke College. When the on-duty trooper arrived at the home in Leverett, not far from the college, he found a horrific scene: the professor alive but severely wounded, covered in her own blood. As details of the night began to leak out in the weeks that followed, students returned to campus, but without the feeling of lightness and possibility that normally accompanies a new semester at one of America’s prettiest and most prestigious schools.

So much for diversity is strength! Art Professor Rie Hachiyanagi arrested in violent attack at all the women’s college which brags that it is an “inclusive community of students, faculty, and staff in an environment of mutual respect in which all thrive and contribute to the flourishing of others.”

Instead, there was an almost palpable feeling that something was not right here, and perhaps hasn’t been for some time. Because there was a single fact about the incident that was now widely known: The person charged with committing the violence was another one of their beloved professors.

By March, Rie Hachiyanagi, 48, had been sitting in a cell at the Franklin County House of Correction for months, having been denied bail in late February.

[….]

Mount Holyoke quickly distanced itself from Hachiyanagi, emphasizing that the attack occurred during winter recess and off campus, and that the alleged perpetrator has been placed on administrative leave and is banned from campus. The college produced no representatives to speak about Hachiyanagi. There seemed to be a hope that if no one uttered her name she would vanish that much sooner—a ghastly figment of the past.

[….]

Judge Mark D. Mason decided to hold Hachiyanagi without bail, and she will await trial from the county jail. Her next court date, a pretrial conference, is scheduled for April 22.

There is much, much more here.

Maybe you can find out what happened at that April 22nd pretrial conference, but I couldn’t!
