Texas Brings First Successful Lawsuit Against Biden Executive Orders

Do you remember how the Socialist Democrats at places like the ACLU and the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society et al stopped most of Trump’s efforts to reform immigration and the Refugee Resettlement process (to keep us safe!) and Trump was sued in virtually every effort.

Let’s hope this is the beginning of a trend!

Federal Texas judge halts Biden’s 100-day deportation ban after Paxton challenge

A federal judge on Tuesday temporarily barred the U.S. government from enforcing a 100-day deportation moratorium, an immigration priority of President Joe Biden.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Friday had asked U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton, a nominee of former President Donald Trump who took the bench in Corpus Christi last June, to block the Biden administration’s new policy that pauses most deportations for the next 100 days.

“Texas is the FIRST state in the nation to bring a lawsuit against the Biden Admin,” Paxton, a conservative Republican, wrote on Twitter. “AND WE WON. Within 6 days of Biden’s inauguration, Texas has HALTED his illegal deportation freeze. *This* was a seditious left-wing insurrection. And my team and I stopped it.”

….Tipton said the Biden administration and key federal agencies that deal with immigration “do not have discretion to completely disregard” federal code that says “when an alien is ordered removed, the Attorney General shall remove the alien from the United States within a period of 90 days.”

The case appears poised to make its way to the federal appeals courts quickly.

Wow! 1,008 Deportation Flights in 2020!

Just so you know, the open borders agitators were pretty ticked-off at the Trump Administration as it got so many illegals/criminals deported in its final days, including on these flights to Africa.

Going home were “Somali, Ethiopian and Kenyan deportees.”

To the Socialist Dems, they are all “asylum seekers” rather than criminals….

We told you the other day that the cancel-culture was busy at work and had pressured major retailers to drop My Pillow from its shelves because of Mike Lindell’s support of President Donald Trump.

Big Tech tyranny has led to My Pillow being dropped from Bed Bath and Beyond, Wayfair, Kohl’s, and Kroger. [Kroger is new to the list since I reported on the mean trick being done to Lindell–ed]

Here is what I did today.  I took one of the many 20%-off flyers I get from Bed, Bath and Beyond and sent it back to the company with a note—told them I will never shop there again because of their political views and what they did to Lindell.

Who Shot Ashli Babbitt? Ask that Question and Show Your Patriot Power

No one is talking! What are they hiding?

Before I tell you more about what Devon is asking, evidence is growing that your Patriot voices are not weakening, but are growing in spite of efforts by Big Tech to silence us all so that Biden and the Dems can do whatever they want.

For example, it took less than 24 hours for Patriot social media to explode over the plight of National Guardsmen being thrown out of the Capitol and relegated to a garage for their breaks from duty (why are they still on duty anyway?) for the Dems in power to see the PR nightmare and scramble to invite them back into the Capitol.

Videos posted to Joe Biden’s White House YouTube account are getting flooded with ‘dislike’ interactions from the American public – some even dwarfing the number of likes on a video by over six times.

The data is the latest evidence at odds with President Biden receiving the most votes in any presidential election in U.S. history.

At the time of publishing, of the seven videos uploaded to the account – which now has comments turned off – all have more dislikes than likes. In most cases, the like to dislike disparity is striking.

Patriots, keep up the good work! Keep using your voices to throw them off balance.

Will President Trump Form a New Political Party?

If he does, I will be among its first members.

I no longer care about the argument about siphoning votes from the establishment Republicans and thus allowing the Dems to win everything.

Frankly, the Democrats have perfected stealing elections, so Republicans are going to have a very hard time going forward anyway.  Does anyone in their right mind think there will be another Bush-like Republican President in the White House again?

I was looking for an opportunity to use this Hogan meme making its way quietly around Maryland. You gotta laugh at ’em!  It will drive them crazy!

For decades we have been told we must stick with the Republicans—Republicans like Senator Mitch McConnell and my own Governor and Never-Trumper Larry Hogan (who was the chairman of the National Governors Association)?

We have been told until I want to throw up to stick with the Rs and change the party from within.

No more!

I want to work within a party I feel passionate about. 

So I am definitely cheering for the creation of a Patriot Party (or whatever it might be called).

Not that I needed to hear McConnell’s speech to make up my mind, but it surely was the last straw.

Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said that the mob was fed lies and “provoked” by President Trump and other people in a blistering speech on the Senate floor.

President Trump has talked in recent days with associates about forming a new political party, according to people familiar with the matter, an effort to exert continued influence after he leaves the White House.

Mr. Trump discussed the matter with several aides and other people close to him last week, the people said. The president said he would want to call the new party the “Patriot Party,” the people said.

Mr. Trump has feuded in recent days with several Republican leaders including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.), who on Tuesday said Mr. Trump deserved blame for provoking the deadly Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol. Polls show Mr. Trump retains strong support among rank-and-file GOP voters.

Third parties have typically failed to draw enough support to play a major role in national elections. Any effort to start a new party would likely face intense opposition from Republican party officials, who would chafe at the thought of Mr. Trump peeling off support from GOP candidates. “Chafe!” They would be raging because frankly the Trump base (which he expanded!) is the base of the Republican Party.

A Trump-led party will kill the Republican Party and I am ready for that!  Are you?

The next time you get a fund raising letter from the RNC, or any Republican fundraising campaign for a candidate who turned on us, use the prepaid envelope and drop in one of these.

But, don’t ask to be removed from their list, just do it every time they send you an appeal for money. Add a note if you feel inspired.
