Turn Off Fox News and Read

I am overwhelmed, as I guess you are too!   I could turn this whole blog over to posts on election fraud, if I didn’t want to have a life!   But thankfully there are some excellent sources of news on the subject after you have turned off Fox News!***

70 Million Americans gagged when they saw this screen. Biden is not the next President until the vote is certified a month from now.  The Constitution doesn’t give Fox News or any of the other mainstream media mouthpieces the right to decide the election.

 

Many America Firsters are calling their cable companies to find out if they can get Newsmax and One America News.

A reader sent me a link for a news aggregation site geared entirely to the 2020 Election Fraud issue.  Update!  Looks like this site might not be going anywhere—no new stories posted today.

And Clarice Feldman writing at American Thinker gives readers some important facts about the potential illegal activity happening in key states and what the Constitution prescribes for election certification in a post published yesterday.

A Little Civics Lesson

On Saturday, when rallies were scheduled to take place in key battleground areas to demand only legal votes were counted, the major networks announced Biden-Harris were the winners. Apparently, they are under the impression that they decide election results. They don’t. On December 14, electors chosen by state legislators cast their votes. No one else but the state legislators have that right. (Article II, Sec. 1,§2 of the Constitution). Certainly not the press, nor state boards of elections, secretaries of state, governors, or courts.

If they have reason to believe the elections in their states were unlawfully conducted and the results fraudulent, they can act to override them. (You can see a detailed history of this section of the Constitution in this fine article by Daniel Horowitz.) The Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, and Pennsylvania  legislatures are majority Republican. At first glance these states — particularly the precincts in Milwaukee, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia — are the most suspect.  [Not Atlanta?—ed]

Is there ample evidence of fraud sufficient to have altered the will of the legal voters in these states? It sure looks that way.

Read on for a summary of where things stand as of yesterday, and pay attention to her closing line:

How (and Why?) was Veep Joe Biden Mucking Around in Central America?

Jim Simpson writing at American Thinker has pieced together a convincing account of Joe Biden’s nefarious involvement in the affairs of the Guatemalan government and his role in advancing the Communists’ agenda there.

(Remember when we assumed Obama picked Joe so Joe could act as a figurehead to attend boring funerals and such!)

The story is long and convoluted, but puts out a whole NEW set of allegations against good ol’ Joe that includes another possible pay-to-play scheme. 

For readers here you don’t need convincing that Joe Biden will damage US security if elected, but if he is elected this week (or in weeks to come!) consider this news as another avenue for patriots to pursue as the resistance to his presidency grows.

For naïve people who think America will calm down with Biden/Harris in the White House nothing can be further from the truth.

Joe Biden’s Hand in Corruption, Subversion and Crime in Guatemala

In 2014 and 2015, then-Vice President Joe Biden traveled to Guatemala three times to pressure the government to maintain a United Nations body known as the International Commission Against Impunity in Guatemala (CICIG).

CICIG was established in Guatemala in 2006 under the pretext of prosecuting “crimes committed by members of illegal security forces and clandestine security structures,” during Guatemala’s long civil war. Instead, CICIG — an international body unaccountable to Guatemalan law, worked with Guatemala’s Justice Ministry to arrest and jail the left’s opponents. Many remain illegally detained to this day without trial. Two prominent doctors and a Guatemalan congressman died in jail. All suffered ill health, did not receive proper treatment and were detained much longer than legally allowed. None got a trial. All were absolved following their deaths.

Biden met with then-Guatemalan President Otto Pérez Molina, who did not want to renew CICIG’s charter. The Obama administration had promised a $1 billion aid package to Northern Triangle countries (Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador), but Biden made the aid and upcoming trade agreements contingent upon renewing CICIG’s contract. First cajoling then threatening, Biden finally announced, “The CICIG is staying, period.” Biden used this same tactic in Ukraine, where he bragged about threatening to withhold loan guarantees until the Ukrainian government fired the prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden. Biden also sought Pérez’s help in extending CICIG’s rule to El Salvador and Honduras.

Pérez reluctantly agreed to renew CICIG’s charter. He was then pressured to resign under accusations of corruption and stripped by the Guatemalan Congress of legal immunity. The day after he resigned he was arrested and thrown in jail. He has remained there ever since, without trial. In a Daily Caller interview from jail, Pérez called these efforts, “a coup without bullets.”

Pérez said that, “CICIG amounts to a new form of U.S. interference in Guatemala’s affairs and that his country has surrendered its sovereignty over its justice system by allowing the unit to operate.”

CICIG’s litany of abuses includes arbitrary arrest, detention and interrogation without charges or trial, fabricated evidence, illegal break-ins and denial of due process, pretrial detention for years longer than allowed by Guatemalan law and many other abuses. Some of the charges it has brought are valid, given endemic corruption in Guatemala. But CICIG’s goal was not to stem corruption, rather to use it as a pretext to dispatch the left’s enemies and install vastly more corrupt individuals who will advance the Communist cause in Guatemala.

Read it all and save it for more ammunition for the resistance (our resistance).

Gov Walz and AG Ellison Fail to Silence Trump in Minnesota; Amplify his Voice Instead

The President organized a “Make America Great Again Peaceful Protest” in Rochester, MN yesterday and the Leftwingers, Governor Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison, who allowed thousands of rioters to destroy Minneapolis a few months ago so that they could exercise their free speech, tried to silence the President by limiting his audience to 250 people.

So what did he do?  He didn’t cancel the event as they obviously wanted him to do and in classic Trump fashion he gave them the middle finger and went to the crowd of thousands waiting outside the tiny venue.

These dumb Dems are no match for Trump; Walz and Ellison managed to give more red meat to the President’s base across the country.  One more rally that might have been lost in the President’s cross country blitz, is now a glaring demonstration of the hypocrisy of the Left for the whole country to see.

Patriotic Minnesotans are fighting for their very existence as the Progressives and the large Somali Muslim population there are working together to make Minnesota the first Muslim state in America. A President Biden will surely let that happen.

The stakes in Minnesota on Tuesday are infinitely greater than its ten electoral votes!

Trump greets throngs of fans outside Minnesota rally after state allows just 250 seats

President Trump greeted hundreds of supporters gathered outside a Minnesota rally venue Friday night after Democratic state officials limited attendance to just 250 socially distanced seats.

A crowd many times larger than the number of people allowed a seat near Trump gathered outside the gates in Rochester, southeastern Minnesota, images tweeted by journalists indicate.

Trump took a motorcade to the overflow crowd rather than the state-sanctioned stage after disembarking Air Force One.

“There are thousands of people all because the governor wants to play games,” Trump said as he approached within feet of the large group of supporters gathered behind a barricade.

“There are thousands of people injured by this,” Trump said. ” I’m going to go back and speak to 250 people… This should be a lesson [for Democratic Gov. Tim Walz].”

When he walked on stage, supporters were spaced out in folding chairs permitted by Minnesota authorities before Trump’s lectern.

The president tore into Walz and Minnesota’s Democratic Attorney General Keith Ellison, a former congressman.

“We’re given a very very hard time by your so called leaders but they’re not very good leaders as you found out during the riots,” Trump said.

Endnote:  In 2016 I took a road trip across America to see for myself what impact the huge refugee flow was having on far flung states like Minnesota.  I wanted to see southern Minnesota, particularly Owatonna a town about forty miles from Rochester where the President was yesterday. 

I learned that Owatonna, MN was one of the first Somali resettlement sites in the entire country chosen by the US State Department in the early 1990s.  We hear mostly about Minneapolis/St. Paul and St. Cloud, but Rochester was an important site over the years as well.

After crossing into the state in July 2016, and as I arrived at a rest area near Rochester, I was shocked to see a group of  Somali Muslim women praying on the lawn of the highway rest stop, butts in the air (an in your face display that one might only see in MN).
