Remember this guy?  He and his family members worked for the House of Representatives doing who knows what with vital US secrets.

Well, the Democrats have quietly paid him off for his pain and suffering at the hands of the “right-wing media.” (Ha! Ha!)

Democrats Pay Off Intrusive IT Man Imran Awan

And Biden taps Awan’s collaborator Xavier Becerra for HHS boss.

“Congress Pays $850,000 to Muslim Aides Targeted in Inquiry Stoked by Trump,” reads the November 25 New York Times headline. According to the story, the previously unreported settlement is one of the largest to resolve discrimination or harassment claims, in this case by people who “lost their jobs and endured harassment in part because of their Muslim faith and South Asian origins.”

Reporters Noam Scheiber and Nicholas Fandos give no date for settlement and do not explain why it was “previously unreported.” Congress reportedly made the payment but the only House member quoted is Florida Democrat Ted Deutch, a leading figure in Democrats’ charge that candidate Donald Trump was guilty of collusion with Russia and a vocal proponent of impeaching President Trump.

“It is tragic and outrageous the way right-wing media and Republicans all the way up to President Trump attempted to destroy the lives of an immigrant Muslim-American family based on scurrilous allegations,” Deutch told Sheiber and Fandos. As they explain, the settlement was also “an attempt to bring a close to a convoluted saga that led to one of the most durable — and misleading — story lines of the Trump era.”

What started as “a relatively ordinary House inquiry into procurement irregularities by Imran Awan, three members of his family and a friend, who had a bustling practice providing members of Congress with technology support, was twisted into lurid accusations of hacking government information.” That side of the story could use more detail.

Of all the IT people in all the IT firms in all the world, House Democrats thought Imran Awan was best man for the job. Sometimes working from his native Pakistan, Awan and his family team accessed the computers of some 40 Democrats, including those on the intelligence and foreign affairs committees. Without their consent Awan and his team stashed the Democrats’ data on a server controlled by Xavier Becerra, chair of the House Democratic Caucus.

Capitol Police wanted a copy of the server but the one Awan produced turned out to be a fake. In February, 2017, Awan and his team got booted off the House computer network, but Becerra had already fled to California where Gov. Jerry Brown made him state attorney general. Becerra had nothing to say about Awan’s IT intrigue, and he got additional protection from federal judge Tanya S. Chutkan.

I wonder if there is more information about this case that the President might see fit to declassify?  With the public no longer trusting the FBI/DOJ you never know what they might be hiding.

Texas: Three New Murder Charges in Kenyan Killer Case

Things seem to be moving now in the case of Billy Chemirmir alleged to have murdered 24 vulnerable seniors in a killing spree that could have been halted early on if investigators hadn’t been so quick to dismiss family members concerns about missing valuables.

Chemirmir, an immigrant from Kenya with questionable legal status, is alleged to have smothered his victims with pillows before stealing their jewelry.

A few days ago we reported that People Magazine became the first major news outlet outside of the Dallas Morning News to give this horrific story the attention it deserves.

Here is Charles Scudder, the intrepid reporter at the Dallas Morning News with the latest.

I sure hope Mr. Scudder is working on a book!

Three more capital murder charges filed against Billy Chemirmir, bringing total indictments to 17

Medical examiner records indicate that investigators think the serial murder suspect in April 2016 also killed Catherine Probst Sinclair, bringing the suspect’s list of potential victims to 24.

A Dallas County grand jury on Tuesday handed down three new capital murder indictments against Billy Chemirmir, the man accused of smothering elderly residents of North Texas senior living facilities and stealing their jewelry, cash and other precious items to sell at Dallas-area pawn shops.

There is no evidence so far (that I know of) about where all the jewelry was pawned.  A knowledgeable reader told me that he would have had difficulty moving that much jewelry in the Dallas area and would likely have needed an accomplice or accomplices in other locations.

Chemirmir has now been charged with 17 counts of capital murder and two counts of attempted capital murder in Dallas and Collin counties. He has also been linked through medical examiner reports and civil case filings in seven other deaths, bringing the total to 24 deaths in North Texas.

If convicted, Chemirmir could face the death penalty. He has said he is innocent and is in jail in lieu of an $11.6 million bail.

The new charges against Chemirmir, who turned 48 on Tuesday, are in the deaths of Joyce Abramowitz, Doris Wasserman and Margaret White. All three were killed at The Tradition-Prestonwood, a luxury senior living complex in Dallas, and all had been previously identified as possible victims through civil lawsuits against the complex.

Abramowitz died in July 2016. In April, she reported to police that several pieces of jewelry had been stolen from her jewelry box while she was on vacation. After she died, her son reported that a safe was missing.

White died in August 2016. The executor of her estate, Paul Wright, noticed her apartment was missing her fine jewelry — including a wedding ring.”

“Medical examiner records shared with The Dallas Morning News show that investigators think Chemirmir also killed Catherine Probst Sinclair, a potential victim who hadn’t previously been named by The News. Her death was in April 2016, meaning that officials suspect that the killing spree began at least a month earlier than previously reported.”

When you look at the timeline created by the Morning News it makes this sickening case even more disgusting.

Sinclair is now believed to be the first victim (that we know of) smothered by Chemrmir on April 8, 2016 at the Edgemere.

Phyllis Payne was murdered there on May 14th and Phoebe Perry on June 5th.

On June 28th, 2016 Chemirmir was arrested at Edgemere on suspicion of criminal trespass and sentenced for some other outstanding crimes to 70 days but was released in 12 days.

Upon release, he picked another senior living facility to continue his killing spree.

On July 18th he murdered Joyce Abramowitz at the Tradition-Prestonwood, followed by another seven victims in a row at that location.

His spree continued until his last victim’s body was found and he was arrested on murder charges in March of 2018.

The Dallas Morning News editorialized about the case yesterday as Texas lawmakers start to make noises about changing laws in the state to make it safer for residents of senior living facilities.

The title of the editorial refers to the fact that one family was not notified that their dear mother might actually have been murdered long after the medical examiner had determined she died of natural causes.  The family learned from a friend who saw her mother’s name on Facebook as a possible victim of a serial killer.

Credit the determined daughters of Chemirmir’s victims for keeping a fire lit under this investigation.

And, if you have a beloved relative in any kind of senior living facility or nursing home, this case should be a wake-up call for you to keep a very watchful eye on your loved ones no matter what state you live in!

Read about the daughters who created a website to get their message out that  changes in the law must be made so that this could never happen again to anyone’s beloved senior.

And, finally it is shameful that the mainstream media is not reporting this story. I believe that is because it involves white women murdered by a black man who should not have been living among us in the first place. Flip the script and this story would be in your faces every day!

Presidential Inauguration Committee Shows Some Gumption; 26 RINOs ready to throw in the towel

Three Republican leaders have refused to begin planning for a Biden/Harris inauguration and that has the Leftwing media throwing a hissy fit again.

By the way, it will be interesting to see what kind of inauguration will happen on January 20th in light of the COVID ‘crisis’ social distancing requirements.

Surely if its ol’ Joe and Kamala they will place circles on the Capitol lawn to keep the crowds (ha!ha!) down, but who would bother coming out under the circumstances.

Here is Yahoo News insisting Biden won and so how dare the Republicans refuse to start planning:

Republicans on the Joint Congressional Committee on the Inaugural Ceremonies voted on Tuesday against a resolution stating that the committee was preparing for the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.

One more little stunt by Pelosi and Hoyer for the lapdog media to run with!

Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.; Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Mo.; and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., all voted against the resolution. The three Democrats on the committee, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., who introduced the measure; House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.; and Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., voted in favor. The measure, which would have recognized what Democrats and some Republicans say is obvious — that Biden won the election — failed to pass on a 3-3 tie vote.

“The extent to which Republicans are refusing to accept the outcome of the election and recognize Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as our next president and vice president is astounding,” Hoyer said in a statement released after the meeting of the committee. “Their continued deference to President Trump’s postelection temper tantrums threatens our democracy and undermines faith in our system of elections.”

The presidential inauguration traditionally occurs on the Capitol steps, although, owing to the coronavirus pandemic, plans for the ceremonies on Jan. 20 are in flux.

And as if we didn’t already know….

Hoyer’s motion to recognize Biden and Harris as the winners was basically symbolic; the joint committee has no power to decide who gets inaugurated.

But there was one useful thing in the Yahoo story and it is this.

It directs us to a Washington Post survey of Senators and Members of Congress where we learn The Post attempted to survey all Republicans to see who was willing to say that Biden has won.

Most never bothered to answer.  However, a handful did and of the 26 lawmakers identified as either saying outright that Biden won, or The Post  found comments they made in support of a Biden win and thus created this list of 26.

Now this is a very handy list for you!  If one of the 26 represents you (even if they are retiring), get on the phone today and let them know that you are not happy, that you are in fact pissed.

If the their office claims they were erroneously placed on this list, then tell them to get the list corrected by calling the Washington Post.

The headline in the WaPo says 27, but when you actually go to the list there are 26 named.  I’m guessing they originally fingered 27 and someone complained, but the story was never corrected.

Just 27 congressional Republicans acknowledge Biden’s win, Washington Post survey finds

Just 27 congressional Republicans acknowledge Joe Biden’s win over President Trump a month after the former vice president’s clear victory of more than 7 million votes nationally and a convincing electoral-vote margin that exactly matched Trump’s 2016 tally.

If you are not in the habit of reading the Washington Post (I’m not either) then it comes as kind of a shock that there is not even a pretense of reporting straight news. Reporters simply report their opinions as fact.

Those are the findings of a Washington Post survey of all 249 Republicans in the House and Senate that began the morning after Trump posted a 46-minute video Wednesday evening in which he wrongly claimed he had defeated Biden and leveled wild and unsubstantiated allegations of “corrupt forces” who stole the outcome from the sitting president.

In response to the congressional Republicans who have called Biden president-elect identified in the Post survey, Trump tweeted Saturday: “I am surprised there are so many. We have just begun to fight. Please send me a list of the . . . RINOS,” the disparaging acronym for Republican in name only.

See that a few, including Senator Sasse of Nebraska, did not respond and there is no supporting documentation for putting him on the list. Since he is a long-time anti-Trump R, did The Post just assume he is in the Biden-won camp?

Now let’s get to the list of Republicans who have said on record, one way or another (according to the WaPo), that Biden clearly won the election.

Notice that some of these did not respond, so The Post found statements they made and used those as the basis of their placement on the pro-Biden Republican list.

 

 

 

Again, looking for something to do from the comfort of your home!  Call some of these REPUBLICAN offices and tell them what you think—the election is NOT OVER!

I’ll try to remember to go back to the list in a week or so and see how many of your elected officials told The Washington Post that they want to be removed from the list.

Did 80 Million Americans Elect this Man President of the United States?

Did they choose this man to be the leader of the free world? Is he the man they want to go up against China, Russia and Iran?

It defies logic and we all know it!

For those of us struggling with confusion about what we are witnessing, I believe it is now clear!   We are witnessing a coup d’etat, an overthrow of our duly elected government, albeit a mostly quiet one so far.

It is time for us to throw off the yoke of normalcy bias which says everything will work out, we will be fine, America has always been fine (except for that thing called the Civil War), the Commies are not coming, so go back to coping with the Chinese virus and being angry at Fox News, Twitter and Facebook (that will keep everyone busy!).

By the way, normalcy bias kept hundreds from seeking Titanic life boats, and millions from defying Hitler’s destruction of the Jews.

I’m seeing some writers with what I call fanciful (hope I am wrong) theories about how Trump (with Barr) is playing 3D chess, is way ahead of Biden/Harris and the Communists, has encircled them, and is about to pull the trigger on their destruction with the help of the Supreme Court.  I pray that is true.

In the meantime…

One writer who is not stuck in the normalcy bias is my friend well-known filmmaker Laurence Jarvik writing at his blog LaurenceJarvikOnline.

Earlier this year, Jarvik who had lived in Washington DC for 27 years wrote about what he described as the American Kristallnacht near his home.  He saw the future and within months moved from his longtime home in the nation’s capital to a safer state.

Son of a Bitch…Biden Confessed to Rigging the Election — AGAIN.

 

In Joe Biden’s December 2nd interview with New York Times columnist Thomas L. Friedman headlined, “Biden Made Sure Trump Is Not Going to Be President for Four More Years,” the Great Pretender boasted:

“I feel like I’ve done something good for the country by making sure that Donald Trump is not going to be President for four more years.”

Interestingly, Biden didn’t say something cliche, like “the People have spoken.”

Or, “the voters have spoken.”

Or, “Americans made sure Donald Trump is not going to be President…”

Which was unusual.

Usually politicians credit the American People–because they are sovereign under the Constitution and they want to enjoy the blessing of their legitimacy.

Instead, Biden shameless took personal credit for what happened on Election Day.

Coming after earlier statements that “I don’t need you to get me elected” because he had “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,” it is an obvious giveaway  Biden knows that American voters didn’t choose him–he chose for them.

Strangely, in the same interview, he joked about his getting Attorney General William Barr “in the witness protection program for endorsing me.”

Then Jarvik wraps with this:

Generally, when someone has told you what he’s going to do,  then done it, and boasted about what he did afterwards–he’s confessed.

Of course, maybe Biden’s remarks were just a gaffe, or series of gaffes.

But as Joe Biden declared in 2012, “understand that in Washington, DC, a gaffe is when you tell the truth.”

As much as I hate clichés, the one that describes best what we must do, is that we must first think outside the box.

Don’t quickly dismiss theories that seem outlandish and don’t label your friends and neighbors as crazies if they have their own theories of what is happening.  They are all just trying to make sense of what they are witnessing.

The bottom line is that we must not let the normalcy bias take hold because WE KNOW something is very very wrong.  

And, we can’t simply flounder around with our theories for too much longer….

We are going to have to soon organize MAGA forces on the local, state and national levels. Maybe that is already being done.
