This is a follow-up to my recent post in which I discussed whether you should consider moving in order to live in a community whose members share your values and ideals.

Well, to help you make that decision, The New York Times published this week news about a site where you can type in your address, or the address of a home you might be considering, and find out just who your neighbors are—politically that is!

America is increasingly politically polarized. How politically diverse do you think your neighborhood is? Do you think your neighbors are mostly Democrats or Republicans? Do you think you live in a partisan bubble?

However, all Republicans are not equal.  Tomorrow I’ll post on the 100 RINO elitists who plan to break away from the Republican Party if the party continues to support Donald Trump, the “radical” who supports us—the deplorables.

Besides the people, consider this when buying rural property….

When people mention to me that they are looking for country property there is another major consideration.  You must find out if the federal government adjoins your prospective property.

I found that out the hard way in the late 1980s, but it’s been quiet lately. For a number of recent years the greedy feds have not been out in a big way seeking to expand control or outright ownership of land for parks and forests etc.  Unfortunately that monster is likely already rising as the extreme Left expands its power.

It is all part of their communist dream world!

Do not buy rural property that shares a property line with any federal, or state-owned land, for that matter.

Baltimore: No Arrests Yet in Murder of Israeli Man a Week Ago

One hundred and eight people have been murdered in Baltimore so far this year.

Israeli Efraim Gordon in town for a cousin’s wedding murdered in Baltimore.

They say they have video of the thugs wandering the neighborhood and one of them approaching Efraim Gordon before he was killed, and a reward has been posted for information, but no arrest yet in the young Jewish man’s murder.

I didn’t post this last week because I wanted to report the arrest or arrests and assumed that within a day or so arrests would have been made in a case that Gordon’s family in Israel and the Israeli press are watching closely.

As of this morning no news of an arrest, so I will update this post if and when the killer or killers are found.

Community Devastated After Efraim Gordon Murdered While Visiting Baltimore, Volunteers Hand Out Flyers

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Community members are both angry and concerned after an Israeli man was murdered in Baltimore.

Members of community walked several blocks to hand out flyers informing neighbors of a $30,000 reward in hopes that someone will come forward with information regarding Efraim Gordon’s murder.

Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, left, and MD Governor Larry Hogan plan to have a chit chat this week about crime in Baltimore. Yeh, that should solve the problem.

Gordon, 31, was murdered Monday near aunt and uncle’s home on Fords Lane and residents continue to express their frustrations with the city’s high crime rate.

“It’s not just about one man, it’s like this is a pattern,” said a man, who also brought his children along to help hand out the flyers.

“This has just devastated the entire community,” said Councilman Yitzy Schleifer, ”and you have a lot of people taking off of work to go door-to-door hanging up signs to make sure those responsible for this murder are brought to justice.”

Gordon was from Israel and was visiting Baltimore for the first time for his cousin’s wedding. His sister spoke with Israel National News.

“Nothing was stolen. He had his watch, his passport, his ID, his bag of money,” said the victim’s sister, Ella Gordon. Detectives say they will review camera footage in the area for possible leads.

Baltimore’s crime problem has been a big talking point for politicians this week. Ninety nine people were killed at this time in 2020 compared to 108 so far in 2021.

Governor Larry Hogan and Mayor Brandon Scott exchanged words on Twitter addressing the issue of crime in the city.

And, here is a brilliant idea from three days ago….

Defund Baltimore’s police department! That should solve the crime problem!

Pollster Frank Luntz Says Trump is Fading Fast and Increasingly Irrelevant

That would be the now laughing stock Republican pollster Frank Luntz who Tucker Carlson exposed in a couple of recent segments on his Fox News program.

But, watch Luntz gain relevance as the Leftwing corporate media uses him to bash Trump and any politicians supporting him.

Frank Luntz says social media bans are Trump’s ‘own damn fault,’ predicts ‘with every passing month he’ll become less and less relevant’

Longtime Republican pollster and political strategist Frank Luntz slammed Donald Trump on Thursday, predicting his influence would quickly fade and arguing that the former president brought on the bans from various social media platforms by his own actions.

Luntz made the remarks while speaking on the New York Times podcast, “Sway,” with host Kara Swisher just minutes after Facebook’s oversight board upheld the platform’s decision to restrict Trump’s access following the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

During the interview, the pollster claimed that Trump, though at the moment still influential, will never be able to affect politics in the same way given his lack of access to social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter, and his displacement from the Oval Office.

“He’ll never engage in the way he did before, because he simply doesn’t have that capability,” Luntz argued. “He can’t hop on Air Force One. He cannot dominate the news coverage. He can get a sliver of it. And he will continue to do so. He’s not going away.

“That said, it just doesn’t move people the way that it used to,” he continued. “And with every passing month, he’ll become less and less relevant.”

Later in the interview, Luntz proclaimed that “Donald Trump has no one but himself to blame” regarding his indefinite removal from social media platforms.

Is Luntz whispering this to his roomy? 

Apparently in that same interview,  propagandist Luntz says that if Trump keeps saying the 2020 Election was a “Big Lie,” that it was indeed stolen, it will cost the Republicans the House in 2022.

Why is anyone listening to looney Luntz?  And, especially why would Kevin McCarthy, the wannabe Speaker of the House, be cohabitating with this weirdo?

How on earth can we trust McCarthy’s judgement after you have a look at the video below.

Luntz, a REPUBLICAN (supposedly), has a million dollar replica of the Oval Office in his California home, and brags about using the cost of the remodeling as a tax deduction.

Luntz’s ego seems to be as fat as his head.  (I don’t make a habit of attacking anyone for their looks and lifestyle, but I am making an exception for Luntz.)

Connecticut: Senior Citizen Raped in Public Housing for Poor and Disabled

Editor:  I have been busy over at Refugee Resettlement Watch these days as news has picked up there now that Biden says he will attempt to move 62,500 refugees from Africa, Asia, and the Middle East to your towns before September 30th.  But, issues involving abuse of vulnerable seniors move to the top of my priority list here at ‘Frauds and Crooks.’

Although the New York Post ran the story, apparently the only corporate media outside of CT to do so, I chose the New Canaan Advertiser report:

‘The whole thing is horrific’: West Haven apartment complex promises increased security after alleged sexual assault of elderly woman

WEST HAVEN — In the wake of the alleged sexual assault of a 74-year-old resident, those living in the city’s Surfside apartments are angry and fearful, and a housing authority official said some immediate changes would be implemented, including increased security.

But residents of the building at 200 Oak St. — apartments for seniors, the disabled and others — say it’s too little too late, as they have been complaining of lax security for years.

Security is being increased at the building and future safety measures are in the works, said Savin Rock Communities/Housing Authority Executive Director John Counter.

“The whole thing is horrific,” he said of the alleged sexual assault. “I’ve got an 82-year-old mother and an 89-year-old father. I can’t imagine the trauma of getting whipped around by a …strongman.”

The sexual assault victim is hospitalized and police said she may have suffered a heart attack as a result of the incident.

Giani Morales is described as a Massachusetts man, but where is he really from? Could he be a ‘Dreamer?’

 

The suspect, Giani Morales, 27, of Massachusetts is being held in lieu of $1.25 million bail per order of a judge in Milford who oversaw Morales’ arraignment.

“This is one of the most appalling scenarios that I have read in a police report in the 25-plus years that I have been a judge,” Judge Maureen Dennis told Morales in court.

Morales is charged with first-degree sexual assault, home invasion, first-degree burglary, third-degree assault of an elderly person and third-degree assault.

According to a police report, Morales allegedly exposed himself to the woman while near the building’s elevators, then pushed her inside her apartment and assaulted her. The woman was hospitalized after the incident, potentially having suffered a heart attack, according to Assistant State’s Attorney Alanna Paul.

As if our disgust with the Washington elite couldn’t get any worse, Tucker Carlson has been exposing Republican pollster and anti-Trumper Frank Luntz, advisor to the movers and shakers of America including as an advisor to big tech, as a weird and powerful character with a home in the DC swamp.

Last night it got even stranger when Carlson revealed that Leader McCarthy “rents” a room in Luntz’s DC apartment.  Read the story here and see the segment with this hilarious meme.

Tucker Carlson reveals top House Republican lives with Google adviser Frank Luntz

Tucker Carlson explained on his show that he received a tip from someone he considered ‘reliable’ that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy was living with pollster Frank Luntz.

Last week, the ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’ host laced into the pollster and questioned why he ‘remained a fixture’ in Republican politics.

TUCKER: Over the weekend, we got a call from a source who said that, in fact, Frank Luntz and Kevin McCarthy are not simply friends, they’re roommates. Kevin McCarthy lives in Luntz’s apartment in downtown Washington. That’s what we were told, and honestly, we did not believe it. The top Republican in the House lives with a Google lobbyist? Come on. Even by the sleazy and corrupt standards of politics in Washington, that didn’t seem possible. In fact, it sounded like a joke.

No joke!
