Happy New Year and Happy First Anniversary to ‘Frauds and Crooks’

It has been a year and a day since I launched this website with the goal of balancing the news coming from the Left (and most of the media) about how ‘new Americans’ are here for a better life and will bring us the joys of diversity as well as economic boom times to struggling cities.

For new readers, I use this artwork that the Southern Poverty Law Center commissioned of me (and others) that it was targeting a few years ago in its effort to silence anyone who doesn’t agree with their political views.

I noted that the warm and fuzzy immigrant stories (the Left loves emotion-generating stories!) were increasing as the 2020 presidential contest looms.

Yes, many are here for America’s benefits and many will benefit America, but I was sick of the lack of balance and the blatant efforts to downplay stories involving fraud, murder, violence, terrorism and crimes generally perpetrated on us by those who shouldn’t have been here in the first place.

(See my welcoming post from January 1, 2019)

I think in the last year I’ve documented some pretty horrendous cases, most having never been reported on a national level.

We can tell emotional stories too!

LOL! Also when I began this blog, I was discouraged (and bored) by any lack of progress by the Trump Administration to reform the UN/US Refugee Admissions Program which I had been blogging about for 11 going on 12 years.  Refugee Resettlement Watch (RRW) had been retired and tucked into bed (I thought safe there as an educational resource for anyone who was interested.).

All that changed mid-year when the ‘speech police’ convinced wordpress.com to delete RRW.  See here.

Not to be silenced, I had to hire someone with technical skills to recover RRW. Frankly, those who wanted to silence me on the subject of refugees should have left sleeping dogs lie.  Now, I am back to full time writing at RRW and here at ‘Frauds and Crooks.’  And, just in time since the President did make a move to reform the dysfunctional Refugee Admissions Program See RRW here.

I’m continuing as best I can to get news up at both sites every day or every few days at the least.

So, what do you do in 2020?

Put Donald Trump back in the White House for four more years!

Besides educating (read! read! read!) yourselves on the issues, I posted here that the most important goal perhaps of all time for America is to reelect Donald Trump.  I know he is not perfect, but the contrast is stark between Trump’s ‘America First’ view of the world and the view held by the Democrats stable of Socialists.

You might be thinking that the Trump machine is so powerful that you don’t have to do much, but it is only as powerful as you (who stand behind him) make it.

My friend Richard Falknor at Blue Ridge Forum penned a New Years day  piece yesterday that I recommend you read entitled,

So Many 2020 Challenges For Grass-Roots Patriots — But So Little Time!

Here is just a bit of what he advised:

[W]e have watched the president — heroically –achieve much in the teeth of unremitting and planned opposition from the Permanent Government and their allied media and from the toxic bond of hostility of former leaders in the Justice Department and the self-styled intelligence community.

We suggest, however, that all of us grass-roots patriots still have much to do both in terms of realizing immediate goals, e.g., keeping the Second Amendment and controlling immigration, and in how we guard against and confront future perils.

[….]

[W]hat should we grass-roots patriots now be doing day-in and day-out to restore what remains of the Republic, which is the bedrock of our personal freedom and our self-government?

Realize first that we shall have to outwork and out-study the People of the Hard Left for whom shaping a new and likely hostile society occupies much of their daily energy and social life.

This last bit is what makes us different from our adversaries on the Left.  They live to change America while we have generally worked hard to raise families and be good citizens ignoring the dirty business of politics.  You can’t do that this year.

In other words, Papa Trump isn’t going to take care of us all by himself.

While you are visiting the Virginia-based Blue Ridge Forum note the excellent blog roll on the right hand column.  It is a fantastic resource of some of the most important sites you should be accessing on a daily basis to stay informed.

Why wander around the internet for your education, simply see Falknor’s essential reading list.

Finally thanks to all of you who read my work at both blogs and special thanks for your kind words of support and encouragement. Donations that have helped defray the cost of recovering Refugee Resettlement Watch were very much appreciated.

And, thanks too for news tips which I use whenever I can.  Apologies to all who write to me. I wish I was a better correspondent, but there aren’t enough hours in my blogging day to keep up with everything.

Happy New Year and off to work to keep America Great!

P.S. I almost forgot!  I said I would tally-up the posts from certain states that seem to have the most frauds, crooks and killers (at least those reported on these pages).  I feel sure that Florida and Michigan are a close first and second.

But maybe if you have the time search here for Florida and here for Michigan (or using the search window find any other state you think might have extensively graced the pages of ‘Frauds and Crooks’ over the past year) and let me know who wins!

Memory Lane: Somali Refugee Planned to Bomb Oregon Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Editor:  Sorry I have been remiss in getting things posted here at ‘Frauds and Crooks’ this last week, but the issue of the President’s initiative to slow the flow of refugees to America has really heated up and I’ve been buried under breaking news at Refugee Resettlement Watch.

Thanks to all of you who have e-mailed with stories for ‘Frauds and Crooks’ that I’ve been forced to ignore for now (not enough hours in my day!).  I’ll try to do better in the days ahead!

I don’t know how many of you are interested in refugee issues, but there is no shortage of refugee criminals and terrorist wannabees that are ignored by the refugee industry working against the President.

Because the FBI foiled a 2010 plot to bomb Portland’s Christmas tree lighting ceremony, these Americans enjoyed the festive event.

One such story (completely swept under the rug) is from 2010.

(Thank goodness RRW was recovered after the speech police got it removed from the internet so I can find the older stories like this one.)

Speaking of that, go here to see that I was on a panel on big tech censorship in October to explain what happened to me.

This morning the ‘Religious Left’ got me particularly fired up as they have written to 15 governors and imply refugees are pure as the driven snow—no crooks, no criminals, no murderers and no terrorists, they suggest with their cleverly-worded letter.

See that post here.

And, since it’s the Christmas season I thought readers might be interested in revisiting one of the terrorism stories the Leftwing ‘Christians’ clamoring for more Africans, Asians and Middle Easterners have carefully swept under the rug.

From Oregon Live in 2010:

FBI thwarts terrorist bombing attempt at Portland holiday tree lighting, authorities say

The FBI thwarted an attempted terrorist bombing in Portland’s Pioneer Courthouse Square before the city’s annual tree-lighting Friday night, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Oregon.

Mohamed Osman Mohamud is a refugee (you raised to adulthood with your tax dollars) who told an FBI undercover operative that it was a “sin” for him and his family to live in the US. So he figured he might blow up some Americans as a jihadist? https://www.kunc.org/post/alleged-christmas-tree-bomber-thought-living-us-was-sin#stream/0

A Corvallis man, thinking he was going to ignite a bomb, drove a van to the corner of the square at Southwest Yamhill Street and Sixth Avenue and attempted to detonate it.

However, the supposed explosive was a dummy that FBI operatives supplied to him.

[….]

Mohamed Osman Mohamud,19, a Somali-born U.S. citizen, was arrested at 5:42 p.m., 18 minutes before the tree lighting was to occur, on an accusation of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. The felony charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison and a $250,000 fine.

The arrest was the culmination of a long-term undercover operation, during which Mohamud had been monitored for months as his alleged bomb plot developed.

More here.

See one of many posts on Mohamud at RRW.  He was a refugee, but apparently for the Lefty Christians an attempt at an Islamic terrorist attack doesn’t count.

KATE BROWN: 1ST OPENLY LGBT AMERICAN ELECTED GOVERNOR (OREGON) http://www.leizey.com/blog/2016/11/12/seven-times-women-cracked-the-glass-ceiling-this-week

And, for a chuckle, see that Oregon’s Governor Kate Brown is planning to tell the President that Oregon will take more Somalis.

She didn’t say Somalis, but she can’t choose which religious or ethnic groups Oregon taxpayers will ‘welcome.’

She has not yet transmitted her official letter to the US State Department.

See the official list out yesterday, here.

Shame on You if You Don’t Take 15 Minutes to Do This!

All US Counties are in Play as Refugee Resettlement Sites! Do you care?

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1621579719/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i0

Yesterday Michelle Malkin penned an excellent piece published here at TownHall about an opportunity that President Donald Trump has given all of you—your city/county elected government must approve in writing if yours will be a community that will take on the financial burden of hosting more poverty from the third world.

(Your governor must also approve resettlement in writing. See a side bar at RRW with a list of seven governors who have already indicated that their state is open for MORE refugees.)

For nearly 40 years all decisions about resettlement sites were made at the US State Department and driven by nine unelected refugee resettlement contractors*** with no consideration given to the citizens of the communities chosen.

Needless to say, those nine want to continue to be paid by federal taxpayers and continue to decide if your town is theirs to change forever.

This is a bit of what Michelle Malkin reported yesterday:

Citizen Revolt: Resist Refugee Resettlement Dumps

Should U.S. citizens have input into whether their neighborhoods are fundamentally and permanently transformed into United Nations refugee camps full of welfare dependents and tax burdens?

Government-funded charities that profit mightily from the federal refugee resettlement program say: “Hell, no!”

But President Donald Trump and growing numbers of informed Americans across the heartland are raising their voices to say: “Heavens, yes!”

This week, an extraordinary revolt took place in Bismarck, North Dakota, where an overflow crowd of residents braved subzero temperatures to register their opposition to allowing the Lutheran Social Services to dump any new refugees in their backyard.

Thanks to an executive order signed by Trump in September, local communities now have explicit opt-in rights to stem the lucrative tide of refugees coming largely from Third World countries and jihadist breeding grounds.

Open borders legal groups are, of course, challenging the order in court. These zealots object to states and localities exercising self-determination when it comes to rejecting refugees because it would undermine “national immigration policy,” yet they promote illegal immigrant sanctuary policies in states and localities that create uncontrollable criminal anarchy.

On Monday, a large crowd showed up at a North Dakota County Commissoners meeting to oppose more resettlement in the Bismarck area. https://refugeeresettlementwatch.org/2019/12/03/north-dakota-cass-county-caves-to-lutheran-refugee-contractor-votes-for-more-refugees/

While GOP Gov. Doug Burgum signaled his support for increased importation of refugees, Brian Bitner, chairman of the Burleigh County Commission, echoed the concerns of his constituents. “North Dakota is already the highest per capita state for refugee resettlement in terms of number of citizens, so in the absence of any sort of number, there’s no way we could know the cost to the state or the county, and I simply can’t support that,” Bitner told local media at the Bismarck protest.

More here.

The President has given you all a say for the first time in nearly 40 years about whether your town/city/county will host hundreds/thousands of third world refugees entering America.

Will you take a few minutes to make your voices heard?

Please see my post today at Refugee Resettlement Watch to find out what to do.

Shame on You if You Don’t Take 15 Minutes to Do This!

My apologies to readers.  I’ve been so busy at RRW this last week or so, I haven’t been able to keep up with all of your e-mails and story ideas for ‘Frauds and Crooks,‘ but I must direct my time at the moment to helping to advance the President’s agenda on refugees.

If you are concerned about the US Refugee Admissions Program, please see RRW every day!

The Lefts’ Massive Mobilization Plans to Thwart Trump Refugee Reform Revealed

I’m being swamped with news I must post at Refugee Resettlement Watch as a critical deadline approaches for the President’s September Executive Order in which the President is seeking to give you, citizens and taxpayers, some say about refugees being placed in your towns and cities.

The President wants you to have a say in the number and placement of refugees in your states and cities. Will you help him by getting involved? He cannot do this alone!

For decades the decision to change your town’s demographic make up and to foist local and state taxpayers with the bill for arriving refugees’ care has been made from the US State Department with the ‘help’ of nine federally funded resettlement contractors.

Trump wants to change that and of course they are mobilizing to defeat him both in the courts and through grassroots organizing.

So, my time is naturally being spent at RRW these days.

I urge you to visit this morning’s posts here and here.

That second post is especially important because I have published the Refugee Council USA’s “toolkit” the contractors are using to mobilize their people during the first weeks of December.  You can use it too!

When I began writing ‘Frauds and Crook’s’  back in January my aim was to balance the news.

The mainstream media publishes ten mushy emotion-packed stories about immigrants to every one where the immigrant/refugee is a fraud, crook or criminal.  I wanted to point out that for every immigrant that goes to Harvard, a dozen more are criminals.

So the stories I’ve posted are often shocking (or fun to read), but the bottomline at this point in time, is that Trump cannot do this alone and you need to do more than whatever you have been doing to tell your local elected officials (and governors) what you think about MORE refugees being placed in your communities.

Turn off the impeachment news and….

Go here and follow the Left’s blueprint for action!  You only have until the week before Christmas to get it done!

The President’s Executive Order might not be perfect, but the Open Borders agitators are using it to demonstrate their power, so you need to be punching back by demanding that you have a say about whether you want your community changed forever!

Endnote:  See if you are already near an existing refugee resettlement site.  They can place refugees within a hundred miles of the site!

Michael Bloomberg’s Ready-Made Network of Cities in Support of His Open Borders Agenda

Bloomberg this week: US needs many more immigrants, not less as battle shapes up with Trump over major issue of our time! https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/472218-bloomberg-calls-for-more-immigrants-rather-than-less

In 2010, the forward-thinking mayor of New York created the National Partnership for a New American Economy.  I say forward-thinking because now 9 years later, he has what amounts to a local government network of cities that favor more immigration as he launches his bid to defeat Donald Trump in 2020.

Bloomberg’s pals: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Partnership_for_a_New_American_Economy#cite_note-NYC.gov-1

He and his cohorts have been awarding prizes, including grants and cataloging cities by their willingness to welcome an ever increasing number of immigrants with his special desire to legalize more of the illegals.

Really what you see here is a list of (bipartisan) corporations that say they can’t live without immigrant laborers.

In between your turkey and stuffing and parade watching, take a look at the extensive website and operation Bloomberg has put in place.

I don’t see anything like this kind of organization anywhere in the immigration control movement.  Well, maybe NumbersUSA could come close on the other side of the argument about workers.

It really is a no-brainer, too many foreign workers depress wages of Americans including African Americans, but for moneybags like Bloomberg there is no such thing as too many low skilled and low wage immigrants!

Here, earlier this month, Bloomberg’s gang is chortling about bringing Midwestern cities into the light of their understanding.

New ranking of top 100 cities shows Midwestern cities are becoming more welcoming to immigrants

(You can read it yourself).

And, since we are talking about mayors and city leaders falling in line, don’t miss RRW today and see if your mayor is one of 88 telling the President that they want 100,000 refugees and want the feds (with their taxpayer funded contractors) to continue to decide which lucky cities will welcome the stranger.

Oh….and lest I forget….

…..Happy Thanksgiving from me to you!
