ISIS to its Followers: Cause the West Pain by Setting Forests Ablaze

This news from Fox News yesterday reminded me of a reader at Refugee Resettlement Watch who sent me information and stories to post for probably a year or so.

She (I think the tipster was a she!) told me how important fire is as a weapon of jihad as she often found stories about mysterious fires, not just forest fires, that she identified as linked to an Islamic imperative—to wage jihad.

I haven’t heard from her for about five years, but her admonitions about fire jihad stuck with me.

Here is Fox News:

ISIS encouraging followers to set wildfires in forests, fields of US, Europe

The Islamic State terror group may have recently lost its leader, but a media outlet affiliated with the group is urging followers to continue to literally set ablaze new paths of terror and destruction.

At least four propaganda posters have appeared in recent months from the pro-ISIS media outlet Quraysh Media that have encouraged followers to “ignite fires” of their own, literally setting wildfires in the U.S. and Europe as a means of “waging jihad,” according to the Middle East Media Research Institute.

MEMRI, which tracks communications of radical groups, said the first poster in the series was published in April.

“Oh monotheists [followers of ISIS], ignite fires in the forests and fields, and we are addressing especially those who live in Europe and America, for they are painful to them,” the poster read, according to MEMRI.

[….]

“Ignite fires in the forests of America, France, Britain and Germany, for they are painful to them,” the text reads, according to MEMRI.

It would be pretty darn easy!  And, even if authorities suspected that type of arson, they would likely keep it from us and blame global warming instead.

Connecticut: Syrian National Stalks Wife Gets Two Years in Prison, No Deportation

And, then WTH! he will be out and free in America. He had earlier been the subject of a deportation order.

This is the kind of news that ticks me off!  First, there is no mention of how he and his family came to be living in New Haven, CT.  Were they refugees resettled in 2016 during Obama’s big movement of Syrian refugees to Anytown, USA, or did they get here through another legal or illegal avenue?

Why are we never told?

Since there is no pic of the Syrian stalker, we’ll use the face of US Attorney John Durham who announced the light sentence that puts the Syrian back on the streets in two years!

And, of course there is no photo.  Stories like this one are dressed-up with pictures of court houses and gavels because even if a photo could be used for a foreign criminal, it rarely is!

But, of most concern in this case is the lack of any discussion about why the guilty stalker was ordered to be deported, but now gets only a couple of years in the slammer.

What is his wife going to do to protect herself in two short years?

This Justice Department press release from Tuesday is not one of their better releases. Could that be because it is written in a Connecticut DOJ office?

Syrian National Sentenced for Stalking Offense

John H. Durham, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that ALAA HASAN QALB ALLOUZ, 34, a citizen of Syria last residing in New Haven, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer in New Haven to 24 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for stalking in violation of a protective order.

According to court documents and statements made in court, in July 2016, Allouz, his wife and their children emigrated from Syria and settled in New Haven. In April 2017, Allouz’s wife filed a petition for dissolution of marriage, after incidents of domestic violence and Allouz’s state arrests for risk of injury, assault, breach of peace, and violation of a protective order offenses. In July 2017, Allouz’s wife obtained a Standing Criminal Protective Order ordering Allouz not to contact his wife. In August 2017, after Allouz threatened his wife, Allouz’s wife withdrew her petition for dissolution of marriage.

Deportation ordered in 2018, so why wasn’t he deported!

On February 2, 2018, Allouz was taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on a federal arrest warrant and order of deportation, and he was transferred from a Connecticut state prison to a detention center in Massachusetts.

While in detention, he continued to threaten his wife!

While he was detained in ICE custody, Allouz made multiple phone calls to his wife during which he repeatedly harassed, threatened and intimidated her. He also made calls to other individuals during which he threatened to harm his wife and her family members. Allouz also threatened his wife and her family members in letters and e-mails.

I repeat: So why wasn’t he deported?

Allouz has been detained, first in state and then federal custody, since January 10, 2017. On February 5, 2019, a federal grand jury in New Haven returned an indictment charging him with one count of stalking in violation of a protective order. He pleaded guilty to the offense on May 15, 2019.

He gets two years behind bars at taxpayers’ expense and then will be on supervised release for three years! Who is going to protect the wife when he walks free?

Moving Gang Wars from the Middle East, Africa, Central America to Your American City

That is the issue raised by Daniel Horowitz at Conservative Review yesterday, thanks to reader Stephen for bringing it to my attention.

Horowitz raises a troubling subject that surely you have become aware of, and if not, you should pay attention now!

Headlined, “Importing both sides of Middle East gang wars into OUR communities,”  Horowitz features Somali gangs in Minneapolis.

(Somalis are from Africa, but we won’t quibble over geography especially as we are also bringing all of the Islamic fighting factions of the ME here as well! I’m digressing but where is the wisdom in bringing Iraqi Sunnis and Iraqi Shiites, which have been killing each other for centuries, and placing them in the same US cities?)

Mahad Ali charged in the murder of Mustafa Ali in “Little Mogadishu” Minnesota. https://www.fox9.com/news/18-year-old-charged-after-gang-feud-turns-deadly-in-minneapolis

And, consider that mass migration isn’t just adding violence to OUR neighborhoods, but every one of these crimes costs us enormous amounts of money for law enforcement, lawyers, courts, interpreters and incarcerations of the ‘new American’ criminals.

Here is just a bit of the post, read it all for more information and to follow links:

“Prosecutors have charged a teenager in the shooting death of 25-year-old Mustafa Ali last week, in the latest sign that an ongoing conflict between rival East African gangs is spilling into north Minneapolis.”

Those are the words of a Star Tribune article from last week describing the latest gang-on-gang attacks within the Somali community in Minneapolis. Unfortunately, gang-on-gang violence is not exactly a newsworthy story in America, but what should concern us is that we are importing both sides of pre-existing gang wars from half way around the world. All those who are promoting mass migration and refugee resettlement from every war-torn Middle Eastern country don’t want you to study what has already happened in our own communities as a result of their policies.

In the case of the aforementioned homicide of Mustafa Ali, it’s believed to have stemmed from a fight between the “Somali Outlaws” and “1627 Boys” gangs. Unfortunately, this is nothing new for the Minneapolis area, at least not since it became Little Mogadishu beginning in the 1990s.

[….]

We’ve brought in roughly 130,000 Somalis since 1993, most of them through the refugee program. At least 30,000 initially settled in the Minneapolis area, and their population is now close to 74,000. They have turned out to be one of the most problematic immigration groups we’ve admitted in recent years, with the local U.S. attorney and a federal judge observing a pervasive terror recruiting problem in the greater Minneapolis area with “its tentacles spread out.”

[….]

Americans wake up every day thankful not to live in other countries that are plagued by violence and poverty. Unfortunately, over time, thanks to irresponsible mass migration, the vices of those countries are brought in to live in their own neighborhoods without their say in the matter.

More here.

I could just as well have posted this news at Refugee Resettlement Watch because the vast majority of Somalis in the US came as ‘refugees’ thanks to the UN, the US State Department and its resettlement contractors, but RRW hasn’t recovered its readership since the speech police removed it from the internet this summer, so I figured more of you would see it here at ‘Frauds and Crooks.’

Please check RRW every day because, refusing to be censored and not to be intimidated, I am writing there on most days!

By the way, we do thank the President for trying to give local people a say in the refugee resettlement process, but we must be honest and tell readers that the recent Executive Order mentioned by Trump at a rally in Minnesota, won’t do that.

Somali Terrorist Trial to Begin in Canada; Many Questions that Likely Will Never be Asked

This morning I happened to catch a bit of a news story at Fox News, maybe you saw it!

Fox may end up being the only US major media outlet to cover the shocking news about the global travels of a Somali extremist that ended with him being arrested in Canada for an Islamic terrorist attack as a ‘new Canadian.’

The Center for Immigration Studies has been dogging the case and created a very cool map that tracks the alleged terrorists movement from Africa to South America, then to our US border and on into (diversity is our strength!) Canada.

How did he do it (surely he was helped along the way!), and for me the vital question seemingly never asked, so therefore never answered—where did he get the money for his movement across the globe?

From CIS (author Todd Bensman was on Fox this morning):

Many who have professionally worried, as did former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, that violent jihadists might illegally cross the United States’ southern border are often challenged with this: “Name a single U.S. border-crossing immigrant asylum-seeker who ever committed a terrorist attack.”

Introducing Abdulahi Hasan Sharif of Somalia.

In 2011, Sharif had himself smuggled from Somalia through Brazil and Central America. Then he entered the United States over the Mexico-California border and claimed asylum. Sharif went on to Canada, where he allegedly conducted a double vehicle-ramming and stabbing rampage in 2017 in Edmonton, Alberta, that severely injured a police officer and four other people. He was carrying an Islamic State flag in one of the ramming vehicles.

That border-crossing Sharif is now on trial in Canada. Not a single corporate American media outlet has written a story about him, either on his trial, his unique place in history as a terrorist who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border, or what America needs to learn about this case to improve border security.

Read it all here.

I’ve said this many times, but the President should be specifically highlighting cases like this one that demonstrate our dangerous southern border when he speaks to his huge rally audiences.

Below is a screenshot showing Sharif’s travel from Somalia to Canada—half way around the world!  See the interactive map by clicking here.

Sharif entered the US during the Obama Administration in 2011 and was released. He entered Canada in 2012 and was granted refugee status.

Utah: Robbery Victim Pulls Gun Fires after Departing Thieves

Rest easy! Authorities say the man will not be charged with trying to stop fleeing robbers.

It appears the robber is a ‘new American’ but there is no mention (as usual) of his nationality or immigration status.

Buk Mawut Buk

Utah is a refugee-welcoming state so I wouldn’t be surprised if the alleged crook is from a refugee family, maybe from the Sudan.

If anyone finds out, let me know!

Thanks to a reader for spotting the story from Idaho’s KSL East Idaho News:

Police: Utah men rob father and daughter at gunpoint, then father pulls his gun on them

SALT LAKE CITY — Two cousins robbed a girl and her father at gunpoint when the four met up to sell a phone in Salt Lake City on Saturday. Then, the father pulled out his own gun and fired at the cousins as they ran away, jail records show.

One of the cousins, 20-year-old Buk Mawut Buk, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail later that day on suspicion of two counts of aggravated robbery and intentionally giving false information to an officer, according to a police affidavit. Buk’s cousin was a juvenile and his name will not be released, police said.

The girl’s father will not face charges, according to Unified Police Sgt. Melody Gray.

Earlier on Saturday, the girl found an iPhone on a classifieds site and began messaging the seller, who identified himself as “Lil,” jail records state. The girl and the seller agreed that she would pay $290 for the iPhone and planned to meet at 3400 W. 5620 South in Salt Lake later that day.

The girl and her father withdrew the agreed-upon amount in cash from an ATM, then drove to the address the seller had provided about 6:15 p.m., according to a police affidavit. But when they knocked on the door, they didn’t get an answer.

As they returned to their car, two men approached them, brandishing a knife and gun. The two demanded the money, as well as a phone that was sitting on the center console of the father’s car, jail records show. The girl and her father handed over the money and phone, and the pair fled.

As the two ran away, the girl’s father pulled out his own gun and fired three rounds at them because he “was in fear for others’ lives, knowing they had a gun,” according to jail records.

More here.  See how he was caught. You will also see that this isn’t Buk’s first run-in with the law.

This story from May demonstrates more of the Buk family’s tendencies toward violence.

I’m just guessing Sudanese ethnicity for this dangerous man, so I wanted to see if Salt Lake City ‘welcomed’ Sudanese refugees and sure enough the city got 350 from the Sudan over the last ten (mostly Obama) years.
