Turn Off Fox News and Read

I am overwhelmed, as I guess you are too!   I could turn this whole blog over to posts on election fraud, if I didn’t want to have a life!   But thankfully there are some excellent sources of news on the subject after you have turned off Fox News!***

70 Million Americans gagged when they saw this screen. Biden is not the next President until the vote is certified a month from now.  The Constitution doesn’t give Fox News or any of the other mainstream media mouthpieces the right to decide the election.

 

Many America Firsters are calling their cable companies to find out if they can get Newsmax and One America News.

A reader sent me a link for a news aggregation site geared entirely to the 2020 Election Fraud issue.  Update!  Looks like this site might not be going anywhere—no new stories posted today.

And Clarice Feldman writing at American Thinker gives readers some important facts about the potential illegal activity happening in key states and what the Constitution prescribes for election certification in a post published yesterday.

A Little Civics Lesson

On Saturday, when rallies were scheduled to take place in key battleground areas to demand only legal votes were counted, the major networks announced Biden-Harris were the winners. Apparently, they are under the impression that they decide election results. They don’t. On December 14, electors chosen by state legislators cast their votes. No one else but the state legislators have that right. (Article II, Sec. 1,§2 of the Constitution). Certainly not the press, nor state boards of elections, secretaries of state, governors, or courts.

If they have reason to believe the elections in their states were unlawfully conducted and the results fraudulent, they can act to override them. (You can see a detailed history of this section of the Constitution in this fine article by Daniel Horowitz.) The Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, and Pennsylvania  legislatures are majority Republican. At first glance these states — particularly the precincts in Milwaukee, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia — are the most suspect.  [Not Atlanta?—ed]

Is there ample evidence of fraud sufficient to have altered the will of the legal voters in these states? It sure looks that way.

Facebook “Integrity” Chief was Biden Advisor on Ukraine

Every day it gets worse.  And, for anyone considering voting for good ol’ Joe thinking the country might calm down for awhile afterward, forget it!

There will be years of investigations into the Biden crime family and their circle of beneficiaries and apologists.

Yesterday ‘Sundance’ at the Conservative Tree House informed us that Anna (Anya Adeola ) Makanju, Facebooks Election Integrity Watch dog, formerly worked as an adviser to Veep Joe Biden!  Hat tip: Cathy.

She advised him on Europe and Eurasia apparently along with her role as a senior adviser to eeek! Samantha Power.

(If you have forgotten the foreign-born George Soros protege Power, see my many posts on her at RRW where she, Hillary and Susan Rice had been dubbed the “Humanitarian Vulcans” in the Obama White House. Those peace-loving humanitarians conspired to violently bring down the Libyan government which of course ultimately precipitated a massive wave of migrants that are still flowing to Europe.)

She is a public policy and legal expert working at Facebook, where she leads efforts to ensure election integrity on the platform. Previously, she was the special policy adviser for Europe and Eurasia to former US Vice President Joe Biden, senior policy adviser to Ambassador Samantha Power at the United States Mission to the United Nations.

She was a Paul and Daisy Soros New Americans Fellowship recipient with another bio here, which included this: “She also was the Director for Russia at the National Security Council.”  (Paul Soros was George Soros’ older brother.)

You know that people like Samantha Power and Anna/Anya Makanju are waiting in the wings to return to the seat of power should Harris/Biden (with Facebook’s help) be triumphant in November or December or whenever this election from hell ends.

Texas Admits that 95,000 Non-citizens are Registered to Vote in the State

I believe it, but I want to know why they haven’t caught and prosecuted more of them!

Texas says it found 95,000 non-citizens on voter rolls; 58,000 have voted

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Friday that the state has discovered 95,000 non-citizens on the voter rolls going back to 1996, 58,000 of whom have voted in at least one Texas election — an announcement likely to raise fresh concerns about the prospect of voter fraud.

Only 33 were nabbed last year. If I lived in Texas I would want to know why they haven’t prosecuted more of the “new American” cheaters!

Texas has some of the toughest voter ID laws in the nation and has been one of the main battlegrounds in the Republican-led fight against alleged voter fraud. The office, in a statement, said that 33 people were prosecuted for voter fraud last year, and 97 were prosecuted between 2005-17.

“Every single instance of illegal voting threatens democracy in our state and deprives individual Texans of their voice,” Paxton said in a statement.
The New York Times reported that the findings were a result of of an 11-month investigation into records at the Texas Department of Public Safety. Gov. Greg Abbott praised the findings and hinted at future legislation to crack down on voter fraud.

The revelation is likely to have national consequences and stir debate and the role of voter fraud. President Trump created a commission in 2017 to investigate allegations of voter fraud in the 2016 election. But it was eventually dismantled by Trump after the group faced lawsuits, opposition from states and in-fighting among its members.
Trump said at the time that Democrats refused to hand over data “because they know that many people are voting illegally.” Democrats have dismissed claims of voter fraud and accused Republicans of trying to disenfranchise minority voters with tight voter ID laws.

 
We all know this is happening most likely everywhere!

North Carolina: A Non-citizen Who Voted in Three Elections Gets a Small Fine

The judge in the case said the Election Board officials who registered her “don’t know what they are doing.”  Or do they?
I’ve had this story for a few days (thanks to reader Nancy), but am just getting to it because of the more pressing news from Nevada, Ohio and Virginia.
From Newsweek (I am actually surprised it is even being reported nationally!):

GREEN CARD HOLDER, 70, AVOIDS JAIL TIME AFTER VOTING ILLEGALLY THREE TIMES IN NORTH CAROLINA

A permanent resident of North Carolina will not face prison time after she was illegally allowed to vote in three separate elections.
voted stickersHyo Suk George, 70, was charged with illegal voting by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security after she reportedly voted in 2008, 2010 and 2016 in Columbus County. Instead of sentencing George to six months in prison, U.S. District Judge Terrence Boyle fined George $100.
George arrived in the United States from South Korea in 1989. She got a green card in 1995 and has worked in housekeeping and the fast-food industry, her federal public defender Sherri Alspaugh said. She registered to vote “next to the senior center” after taking the advice of a town council member, according to the News & Observer. [They should be naming the town council member!]
Alspaugh said her client did not remember whether she registered at the county board or a library, but said there were likely volunteers working registration.
judge boyleIn his ruling, Boyle also expressed frustration toward the election board in Whiteville, North Carolina, because it allowed George to register to vote using her green card, Social Security number and driver’s license, the News & Observer reported.
“So they see a green card and say, ‘That’s OK’ because they don’t know what they’re doing,” the judge said. “They ought to be a little smarter than that.”
Boyle added that the same amount of attention that is placed on voters should be placed on educating election officials. Green cards give immigrants permanent residency in the United States but not citizenship. Only U.S. citizens are allowed to vote.
An investigation by the North Carolina Board of Elections found that 508 voters who cast ballots in the 2016 election were ineligible to vote. Of those, 441 voters were individuals serving active felony sentences. Only convicted felons who have completed their sentences are allowed to vote in North Carolina.
The election board also found that 41 noncitizens voted and 24 voters cast ballots twice. Two individuals reportedly voted using the names of family members who had recently died, the News & Observer reported at the time.

Election Integrity Project: Learn about Judicial Watch's Successful Legal Challenge against Los Angeles County

judicial-watch-logoIf you thought Judicial Watch was only doing Freedom of Information Act requests to get the federal government’s deepest secrets divulged, you would be wrong.
Last week the Washington, DC based conservative legal watchdog announced it had won a federal lawsuit that now forces Los Angeles County to clean up its voter rolls.
From Judicial Watch (hat tip: Chris):

Judicial Watch announced on January 3 that it signed a settlement agreement with the State of California and County of Los Angeles under which they will begin the process of removing from their voter registration rolls as many as 1.5 million inactive registered names that may be invalid. These removals are required by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
The NVRA is a federal law requiring the removal of inactive registrations from the voter rolls after two general federal elections (encompassing from 2 to 4 years). Inactive voter registrations belong, for the most part, to voters who have moved to another county or state or have passed away.
Los Angeles County has over 10 million residents, more than the populations of 41 of the 50 United States. California is America’s largest state, with almost 40 million residents.

In its lawsuit, Judicial Watch alleged:

~Los Angeles County has more voter registrations on its voter rolls than it has citizens who are old enough to register. Specifically, according to data provided to and published by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, Los Angeles County has a registration rate of 112 percent of its adult citizen population.

~The entire State of California has a registration rate of about 101 percent of its age-eligible citizenry.

~Eleven of California’s 58 counties have registration rates exceeding 100 percent of the age-eligible citizenry.
