Naval Academy Midshipman Convicted of Three Sex Crimes, Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison

A midshipman at the U.S Naval Academy was sentenced on two counts of sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, burglary and obstruction of justice Wednesday, crimes that occurred in 2018 and 2019 and which targeted female classmates at the Naval Academy.
Midshipman Nixon Keago was sentenced to 25 years confinement, which will likely be served within the federal prison system.

A psychologist who testified in the trial proceedings emphasized that she believes Keago has a “low rehabilitation potential.”The midshipman was convicted of one attempted home invasion sexual assault after being initially charged with sex crimes, suggesting a psychological propensity to commit the crimes.

Prosecutors convicted Keago of breaking into the rooms of three female midshipmen who were intoxicated, and sexually assaulting them when they were asleep. He attempted the same crime against a third victim.
Keago recounted during the trial immigrating to the United States from Kenya as a child. He previously served as an enlisted US Marine before being admitted to the Naval Academy.
BTW, we will likely never know how he got here from Kenya as a child placed with an adoptive family. Was the family Kenyan too? I’m curious, but not curious enough to spend time searching, so if you find something let me know!

There have been rumblings of a new civil war for several years now, as the political divide in this country has broadened.
Many on the right consider it a bit of a joke, as there are more gun owners on the left than there are on the right. Rioters are making demands of people, businesses, and governments, attempting to force them to bow their knee to the rioters’ demands. Like the demonstrations which have happened on various college campuses, they think that their demanding something should be enough to force everyone to go along and give them what they want.
This is, by definition, terrorism, using violence to cause political change.

While the riots we are seeing in this country have been birthed out of the Black Lives Matter movement, they have nothing to do with saving black lives. Rather, it is a Marxist revolution, intended to bring down the current order of things and replace it with socialism/communism. We can see this from the types of things that the left is demanding, such as defunding the police, tearing down monuments, changing names to just about anything that connects us with our past, and demanding redistribution of wealth.
Quite literally, this war will be about keeping America or losing it. If it is won by the revolutionaries, it will no longer be the land of the free and home of the brave. It will be a socialist or communist country, descending into poverty.

Without any obvious uniform differences or geographic boundaries, it’s hard to tell how this war will go. Most likely it will be a war limited to urban areas, especially the larger cities. What we’re looking at is long-term battles for the streets of our cities. Without clearly defined armies and boundaries, it will be hard to win any battle. Rather, there will just be ongoing battles every night, which could go on for years.
This is the future I see, one in which constant battles are being fought across our land. It will be urban guerrilla warfare of the worst kind.

If you have been wondering why some of the hardcore Leftists in the Democrat party seem to be so blasé about supporting Joe Biden (past history as a warmonger with a bad record on civil rights) as their leader, maybe it is because his electoral loss will give them their most prized opportunity—civil war. (Duh! My smart readers probably figured that out long ago!)

I am sure the media and Texas officials who dropped the ball are hoping that the case involving the creep from Kenya who allegedly murdered nearly two dozen helpless seniors (almost all women smothered with pillows), in either assisted living facilities or in their own homes in order to steal their jewelry and valuables, disappears down the memory hole.
Correction:One of the daughters tells me that they were not assisted living facilities but “active living establishments with the promise of “monitored surveillance security and cameras throughout””.
The victims’ daughters aren’t going to let that happen as they report regularly at the website they created in hopes of keeping the case alive and to urge elected officials in Texas to place more regulations on facilities for seniors so that someone like Chemirmir won’t have access to vulnerable loved ones ever again.
Update: Glenna Day’s cause of death (October 15, 2016) has been amended to homicide. This is the 5th homicide at The Tradition Prestonwood between July 18 and October 29, 2016.
We are adding Dr. Catherine Probst Sinclair to our victim timeline. Her family was suspicious of her death in April of 2018 as reported in the news.
This news story was the last we heard publicly about Dr. Sinclair. We have privately continued to support the Probst family as they work to seek justice for their beloved Aunt Cathie.

We Did Not Know We Needed to Raise the Roof – We Are Raising It Now
Dr. Jeffrey Barnard, Dallas County Medical Examiner told the Dallas Morning News that “If it was my parent, I’d be raising the roof.”
We did not know May 2016 to March 2018 we needed to “raise the roof” about lack of security, lack of sharing information where our loved ones lived, and they were murdered. We have learned a lot in the last years and we are not staying quiet any longer.
Dr. Barnard stated in the same article that the Chemirmir cases are “on the back burner” and he would work to clear the cases by the end of July.
Dr. Barnard’s investigation should be timely and thorough. Our loved ones’ cases deserve the truth. There are at least four cases where families are waiting to hear if their loved one was murdered. We have been told the police investigations have been closed. There is no new information. The families are waiting for the Dallas County Medical Examiner to amend the cause of death if it was murder. The families with cases that result in homicide amendments get to join other families awaiting trial.
Pre-COVID, the trial was scheduled to begin early April 2021. The Texas Supreme Court has issued an emergency order stating no jury proceedings may be held before October 1 with few exceptions. This is not the first delay mandated by the Texas Supreme Court. Jury trials in Dallas County have been suspended for 6 months as of this writing. Logically, this would delay the murderer’s trial to October 2021. If there are more delays, we may be looking at a 2022 trial date.
When we inquired about a trial date in late 2019, we were told we had to be patient and wait our turn. This is the way the justice system works in Dallas County. The trial date (April 2021) was scheduled in January 2020. We want to be clear. We will work within the boundaries of the system. But we will not be put on the back burner.
This is a capital murder case by one of the most prolific serial killers in Texas history. He targeted a vulnerable population that we all hope to safely be a part of – our beloved elderly, trusting, loving family members.
Other states have started jury trials carefully with guidelines to protect citizens from COVID. Texas needs to work to do the same.
We recognize these are turbulent times with COVID, economic challenges and social unrest. None of these will go away soon. We want to work for justice for our loved ones as solutions are sought for the other issues.
Notice in the timeline the daughters have posted that Chemimir had spent a short time behind bars in 2016 for trespassing at one of the murder scenes, but went right back to his gruesome work with a vengeance a week after his release. He simply chose a facility other than the one where he was caught trespassing.
Dallas police arrested him June 28, 2016 for trespassing at Edgemere. He was given a 70-day sentence and served time at Dallas County Jail. He was released early, 14 days later, on July 11, 2016. One can only imagine that some of those murdered during a period he should have been behind bars might still be alive and enjoying their families today.

Convicted Terrorist Arrested in California on Meth Charges
RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA (AP) — A man who served years in prison for conspiracy to commit terrorism has been arrested in Southern California on suspicion of selling large quantities of methamphetamine, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.
Ahmed Binyamin Alasiri, also known as Kevin Lamar James, faces two counts of distribution of meth, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s office. It wasn’t immediately known if the 44-year-old Garden Grove resident has an attorney.
Alasiri was on supervised release following a 2009 conviction for conspiracy to levy war against the United States through terrorism, prosecutors said. Alasiri’s co-conspirators committed armed robberies of gas stations to raise money for attacks Alasari had planned on U.S. military operations and Israeli and Jewish facilities in Southern California, prosecutors said. [Meanwhile “Black Lives Matter” say 600 Jewish groups in full page NYT ad.]
Alasiri completed his prison sentence in September 2019.
He’s been ordered detained pending the outcome of the narcotics case. Arraignment is scheduled for September 14.”

Years from now when criminologists write their textbooks on American terrorism, the name Kevin Lamar James may appear alongside such infamous figures as Timothy McVeigh, Ramzi Yousef and Osama bin Laden.
I remember the horrific story well. It happened in 2008, only a year after I began to investigate the US Refugee Admissions Program and its connection to Islam. It was a pivotal event in my understanding of what had been unleashed in America.
Two beautiful teenage girls were becoming too Americanized, so allegedly their father had to shoot them to death in what can only be characterized as an honor killing.
Amina and Sarah have been dead for 12 years. They were found shot to death in their father’s cab. He must have had many accomplices who kept him hidden all this time right there in Texas when it was assumed he had left the country.
