Plastic Surgeon Charged with Drugging/Raping Women on Camera

I don’t know if you can call him an Ohio man (or a Michigan man either), looks like another ‘New American’ doctor taking advantage of women and America!

This sicko is in big trouble!  Complaint filed with the medical board said he “had been drugging and raping women for years.”

Is he one of those immigrant entrepreneurs that Michael Bloomberg’s New American Economy is always raving about?

Ohio plastic surgeon charged with drugging, raping women on camera

A plastic surgeon primarily based in Ohio was arrested Friday by the FBI for allegedly drugging multiple women to the point of unconsciousness and raping them on camera.

Dr. Manish Gupta, 49, is charged with illegally dispensing controlled substances, aggravated sexual abuse and sex trafficking, Toledo’s WTVG reported. He was booked into Lucas County Corrections Center in Toledo Friday afternoon after a federal search warrant on his phone, residence, personal vehicle and two offices in Lucas County uncovered sex toys, camera equipment, SD cards and vials of Diazepam and Ketamine, which are controlled substances not used in his medical practice, according to WTVG.

While visiting Los Angeles in 2016 to attend a plastic surgery convention, Gupta allegedly arranged for sex with a high-end escort, drugged her to the point of unconsciousness and raped her, according to a court filing in the U.S. District Court in Toledo.

The woman did not file a police report at the time. She took an at-home drug test that showed she had signs of benzodiazepine, a type of medication known as a tranquilizer, in her system, Toledo’s WTOL reported, citing the court filing. She later visited the Rape Treatment Center at the UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica, where she had a rape kit exam performed, WTVG reported.

The woman researched Gupta in an online database used by sex workers to make others aware of possibly dangerous individuals, according to the filing. She said she found multiple other women had reported a man either matching Gupta’s name or description, claiming he drugged, raped and possibly recorded them without their consent, WTOL reported.

Gupta is a board-certified plastic surgeon and medical doctor licensed in both Ohio and Michigan. He owns Artisan Cosmetic Surgery, which has two offices in Ohio and one in Michigan, WTVG reported.

The FBI launched an investigation into the claims against Gupta in January 2019. The investigation revealed that in 2014, an employee working for Gupta found multiple SDs with videos showing the plastic surgeon performing sex acts on motionless women who appeared to be unconscious. In February of this year, the State of Ohio Medical Board received a complaint claiming Gupta had been drugging and raping women for years.

BTW, I found a photo on line of Gupta and his female staffers although his social media accounts have been removed from on-line.  I was going to post the photo, but chose not to because when you read more about the case you will see that some of his staff participated in bringing him to justice. I wouldn’t want there to be any reprisals against them.

Texas: Somali Cleric Arrested on Charges of Sexually Assaulting Children

The first question I have is:  Is he a refugee since the vast majority of Somalis in the US are refugees, but I am seeing no definitive answer on that, so I figured this news would be best reported at ‘Frauds and Crooks’ rather than at my other blog, ‘Refugee Resettlement Watch.’ 

Although let me say that there are many of my RRW stories that could just as easily be reported here especially those stories involving the nine anti-Trump federal refugee contractors masquerading as ‘religious’ non-profits! See today’s post at RRW!

Islamic religious teacher arrested for alleged sex crimes against children

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an Islamic religious teacher for alleged sex crimes against children. Mohamed Omar Ali, 59, was charged with one count of sexual assault of a child and three counts of sexual indecency of a child following his Jan. 3 arrest.

At a press conference Monday morning, Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls said that all four victims were children under the age of 14. Ali is a Somalian national who was living in the U.S. illegally, acording to Nehls. The bail for Ali was set at $125,000, but due to his illegal status, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement put a detainer on Ali, and he is being held at the Fort Bend County jail, Nehls said.

Mohamed Omar Ali, 59, is reportedly in the US illegally.

According to Detective Michael Alexander of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, Ali gained access to his alleged victims by gaining the trust of the victim’s families, who invited him into their homes to teach the Quran to their children.

Other Members of the Islamic community are distancing themselves from Ali:

Shariq Abdul Ghani, Director of the Minaret Foundation and representative of the Muslim community, added that Ali was not an employee or official volunteer of any particular mosque, but he traveled to different mosques and schools in the area, establishing himself as a defacto religious leader.

In a phone interview on Monday afternoon, Ghani also said that leaders within the Houston Muslim community were unfamiliar with Ghani. Ali lives in the Houston area of Fort Bend County, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.

Surveillance of Ali began in September of 2019, after victims reported the abuse to the FBI, but investigators believe the alleged crimes date back to 2013. Investigators said they believe there are many more victims who have not spoken up, and the sheriff’s office urges those victims to come forward.

“Virginia Man” Gets 12 Years in Child Sex Crime Case

Editor:  Sorry I am behind in posting here at ‘Frauds and Crooks,‘ but the Refugee Industry has gone into full mobilization against the President as they prepare for the day they hope is coming soon when they regain the White House and can open the refugee spigot wide, and so I’ve been posting extensively at Refugee Resettlement Watch in recent days.

As Virginia turns blue with its large influx of immigrants we sure are seeing an overabundance of cases where ‘new Americans’ are responsible for some pretty ugly criminal behavior in the Old Dominion.

I’m reminded of one of the first stories I posted here in the earliest days of ‘Frauds and Crooks’ about the ‘new American’ who set up cameras in mall dressing rooms to spy on women as they tried on clothing.  And, then there was that horrible case where the illegal alien raped and murdered a Muslim teen when everyone was expecting the killer to be an Islamophobic rightwinger.

Now here is the latest story about the joys that diversity is bringing to the state.

Former elementary school assistant sentenced to over 12 years in prison for sex abuse crimes

A Virginia man who worked as a substitute teacher and teacher’s assistant at a local elementary school in Fairfax County was sentenced to 150 months in prison and 20 years of supervised release on Friday for the attempted coercion and enticement of a minor and distribution of child pornography, according to a release by the Justice Department.

As usual no mention in any news accounts I saw of his immigration status or nationality. However, Irfan is an Arabic name so you have some clue.

Monis Irfan, 21, pleaded guilty on July 19 after an undercover police sting found that he communicated online with a Fairfax County police detective posing as the father of a 7-year-old child, who wasn’t real.

“Irfan repeatedly told the detective that he was sexually interested in and active with children, and discussed his desire to perform graphic sexual acts on the detective’s fictitious child,” the release said.

“After several days of sending sexually explicit messages and images, Irfan drove to a predetermined location to meet the undercover detective and engage in sexual acts with the child.”

He was arrested after meeting face to face with the detective.

The investigation found that Irfan also received and distributed child pornography that depicted the sexual abuse of an infant over encrypted messaging apps on his phone.

The release stated that he also recorded a video of himself engaging in sexually explicit acts with a 5-year-old.

And, here is the Justice Department release from April when he was indicted.  Sure sounds like he got a lesser sentence than he could have received.

Texas: New American sees Medical License Suspended, WTH Took so Long?

Geez, he allegedly stalked at least one underage girl, clearly harassing her even after a court order told him to stay away, and it wasn’t even his first run-in with the law.  He was arrested in 2017 for stalking another woman.

Although no story mentions his nationality, I’m betting on the ‘N-word’—Nigerian.  And, I wonder if he is a student visa overstay, but of course there is no mention of his immigration status.

His mental fitness to practice medicine is being questioned, but how about questioning why he is in the US in the first place!

Frisco doctor banned from practicing medicine after allegedly stalking underage girl

A Frisco doctor who is accused of stalking an underage high school student has been barred from practicing medicine in Texas.

The state’s medical board suspended Uchenna Okechukwu Aduba’s medical license this week after a panel found that his practice “would constitute a continuing threat to the public welfare.”

Aduba faces felony charges in Collin County because of allegations that he stalked a high school student, even following her into a classroom. He’s also faced accusations of harassment at an elementary school, Collin College campuses and in his northeast Frisco neighborhood.

It’s unclear whether Aduba was practicing medicine in Frisco, a Texas Medical Board spokesman said. He received his Texas medical license while he was a resident at Houston’s UT Health hospital in 2017, and records show he also held a medical license in California from May 2015 to October 2016.

Since June 2016, Aduba has been evaluated nine times by physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists and counselors, according to Texas Medical Board documents. He has been diagnosed with “serious mental health conditions that affect his ability to practice medicine safely.”

The board temporarily suspended Aduba’s medical license Oct. 10. It will remain suspended until the board takes further action either in a settlement with Aduba or through a hearing during which Aduba can defend himself against the accusations.

What took so long?

The stalking charge is scheduled to go to trial in early November.

He also is accused of stalking a high school student who lived in his neighborhood, according to the documents. He tried sending messages to her through the Nextdoor app, knocking on her door and sliding a photo of himself under her door with his telephone number written on it.

Aduba followed the high school student in his car while she was on her way to class, according to the documents. He made it into her classroom before the school’s staff detained him. [Imagine how scary this was for the victim!—ed]

At the time he told a Frisco police officer he was a Collin College student who was there to observe the class, and he provided a fake student ID number, according to the documents.

On Nov. 3, 2017, he was arrested on a felony stalking charge. As part of the arraignment on that charge, a protective order was imposed on Aduba to prevent him from coming within 2,000 feet of the girl.

Four days later, he was arrested for violating that protective order after he drove past the girl’s home.

No! I haven’t renamed this blog—it is not ‘Nigerian Frauds and Crooks’ (yet!).

However, just take a look at all the Nigerian frauds, crooks and murderers I’ve written about just since January!

Jacksonville, FL: Citizen of Nepal Arrested for Soliciting Underage Girl for Sex

I suppose there is nothing unusual about this case.  It likely goes on across America on a daily basis, but I thought it might be instructive for a couple of reasons.

First, although the FBI makes it clear that the arrested man is not a US citizen, we are never told (as usual!) how he came to be living in America.

Did he come illegally or did he come as a refugee, a diversity visa lottery winner, or on some other visa for work or school?  If law enforcement never tells us that information how can we make a judgement about which legal programs are failing us?

The news is very brief (below), but more interesting and worth a few minutes of your time is the criminal complaint which shows how the feds got this alleged sexual predator, Sanjay Lama (aka Awesome_Jack) talking via phone and internet discussions that were being taped.

From the US Justice Department (at least the feds are telling us the man is not a US citizen right in the headline for a change).

LOL! the headline doesn’t begin with “Jacksonville man.”

Nepalese Citizen Arrested And Charged With Attempting To Entice And Meet A 12-Year-Old Child To Engage In Sexual Activity

Jacksonville, Florida – Sanjay Lama (29, Jacksonville) has been arrested and charged with using the internet to attempt to entice a 12-year-old child to engage in sexual activity. Lama is a citizen of Nepal who is legally residing in Jacksonville. If convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years, and up to life, in federal prison and a potential life term of supervised release. Lama has been detained pending a detention hearing scheduled for October 1, 2019.

According to court documents, on September 25, 2019, an undercover FBI agent, who was posing online as a 12-year-old child, was contacted by the user “Awesome_Jack,” who was later identified as Lama. On that day, during an online conversation between Lama and the undercover agent, Lama expressed his desire to meet the “child” to engage in sexual activity. Lama further provided the undercover agent with details about the sexual acts that he wished to perform on the “child.” Later that day, Lama rode his motorcycle to a prearranged location in Jacksonville to meet the “child” and was arrested by FBI agents.

It is another case brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Cases like this should be widely distributed, but it won’t be because once again the PC media isn’t eager to report on immigrant criminal activity. It doesn’t fit the meme that they are all here working hard and seeking a better life.

A wide distribution of news like this might just save some young girls from exploitation as well!
