In Maryland Sanctuary County Unaccompanied Minors Arrested on Murder Charges

So much for the sob stories about the ‘unaccompanied minors’ (sometimes referred to as unaccompanied alien children) who enter the US without Mommy or Daddy and end up in the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement.  Here at least four of this MS-13 gang once held that status.

If you are an MS-13 gang member, Montgomery County, Maryland is your home away from home!

From the Washington Post:

Sixth suspect arrested in Montgomery homicide involving MS-13, police say

Police arrested and charged a sixth suspect in a May 26 homicide that Montgomery County police said involved members of the MS-13 gang.

Think about it! Four of these little darlings were once ‘unaccompanied minors’ in the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement. From left: Carlos Andres Orellana, Daniel E. Huezo Landaverde, Oscar Effrain Zavala-Urrea, Romeo Almengor Oxlaj-Lopez and Victor Alfonso Cruz-Orellana.

Jose Luis Lainez-Martinez, 26, is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge. No attorney was listed for him in court records.

According to court documents, the homicide occurred when Francisco Medrano-Campos, a painter, left his Wheaton apartment and was ambushed by MS-13 gang members who had watched his movements and knew what time he left for work. He was shot multiple times at 7:06 a.m. and died on the scene, police said.

Weeks before the incident, Medrano-Campos had gotten into an argument with one of the suspects who had broken into his apartment and stolen $3,000 in cash and two video-game systems, court documents allege. Medrano-Campos reportedly fought back, demanding the suspect return what he stole and beating him with a lead pipe, the documents state.

“By all accounts, he was a hard-working guy who was headed to work that morning,” said Capt. Edward Pallas, director of the major crimes division at the Montgomery County Police Department, of Medrano-Campos.

Monday’s arrest of Lainez-Martinez is the latest related to the killing. On June 10, police arrested and charged five suspects — ages 19 to 21 — with one count each of first-degree murder. All were accused of playing different roles in the slaying, from lookouts to shooters, according to court documents. The suspects, Carlos Andres Orellana, 21, Daniel E. Huezo Landaverde, 19, Oscar Effrain Zavala-Urrea, 19, Romeo Almengor Oxlaj-Lopez, 20, and Victor Alfonso Cruz-Orellana, 21, are all being held without bond.

Four of the suspects — Orellana, Zavala-Urrea, Oxlaj-Lopez and Cruz-Orellana — entered the country illegally from Central America as unaccompanied minors and were transferred to the custody of the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman previously told The Washington Post. ICE asked Montgomery jail officials to notify the agency if any of the four will be released from custody, a process known as a detainer that can lead to deportation.

Deportation!  It is more likely they will get years behind bars and you will be paying for their care with your tax dollars!

I once lived in this county that is a sanctuary for scum like this.  So glad I got out when I did!

“Islamophobia” and “Racism” Behind Excessive Prosecution of Molotov-tossing Attorneys

Not surprisingly a whole bunch of Islamic groups are crying foul with the federal government’s decision to go for the maximum punishment for the pair of alleged bombers we told you about here and here recently.

From Religion News Service:

Muslim groups decry ‘excessive’ prosecution of lawyers charged with torching police car

Lawyers Urooj Rahman and Colinford Mattis

(RNS) — Dozens of Muslim rights groups have joined a chorus of support for two Brooklyn human rights attorneys facing possible life sentences over charges of torching an empty police vehicle.

Lawyers Urooj Rahman and Colinford Mattis stand accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail through the broken window of an abandoned police cruiser during Brooklyn racial justice protests on May 30. The device burned part of the empty cruiser’s dashboard, prosecutors allege. Nobody was injured during the incident.

“No rational human being can ever believe that hurling firebombs at police officers and vehicles is justified,” Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Richard Donoghue said.

The two have both pleaded not guilty to several arson and federal explosives charges. If convicted, they face a 45-year mandatory minimum sentence, with the possibility of life in prison. The attorneys are being held without bail at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center.

In a statement, a coalition of 35 Muslim, South Asian and Arab civil rights and advocacy groups*** argue the treatment is disproportionately harsh and likely linked in part to the lawyers’ racial and ethnic backgrounds. Rahman, 31, is a Pakistani American Muslim woman. Mattis, 32, is the son of Jamaican immigrants.

“These excessive charges targeting Colin and Urooj set a dangerous precedent, and function to instill fear and stifle protest by Black, South Asian, and Muslim protestors at a moment where millions take to the streets worldwide to demand justice,” the statement reads.

“This prosecution is also rooted in a longstanding history of anti-Black racism and structural Islamophobia in the United States.”

The coalition, led by the American Muslim Bar Association, Believers Bail Out and Justice For Muslims Collective, claims the pair is being targeted “for their solidarity with those murdered by state violence.”

More here.

***I wanted to see the whole list of 35 groups coming to their defense, but couldn’t find it (I was too lazy to look for too long), but here is the American Muslim Bar Association’s statement.

Jihad Watch has more, but I’m still not seeing the whole list!

President of Libertarian Think Tank Supports the Mob

Taylor

Jerry Taylor, President of the Washington, DC Niskanen Center which is often described as left-libertarian (promoting an “open society”) tweeted in support of the mob in the case of the St. Louis homeowners who protected their home and property earlier this week from an Antifa mob that broke into a gated community headed to the home of St. Louis mayor Lyda Krewson.

First, if you haven’t seen at least a brief minute of the clip that came to Tucker Carlson’s attention last night (Carlson says the couple will be on his show tonight), here it is.

By the way it took a few minutes to find a clip that didn’t have a leftwing moral lesson attached.

What is the Niskanen Center (named after an adviser to Ronald Reagan)?

Well, by a funny coincidence I wrote about it here on Saturday at RRW as they are just one more swamp dwelling think tank, a spin-off of the Cato Institute, that is promoting ever more immigration and increased refugee resettlement, but not from the ‘humanitarian’ side, instead their primary motivation is from the business community’s perspective—give us more cheap labor.  When do we want it? Now!

One of my primary reasons for writing about them was to point out that Washington is filled with groups like this….

From the Swamp: Libertarian Think Tank Bemoans Loss of Refugee Laborers

So what exactly did Mr. Taylor, who pulls down a quarter of a million dollar salary as President of the non-profit “moderate” Niskanen Center (which touts Republican Linda Chavez as one of its board members), say on Twitter?

The Federalist has a detailed accounting of the whole exchange, here.

Trump Tweets FBI Wanted Poster for Washington, DC Vandals

More of this is needed in my opinion.  Where is a poster for every city in America that is suffering from the actions of illegal rioting/destructive punks?

From the New York Post, in case you aren’t hanging around twitter on a regular basis.

Trump tweets FBI wanted poster for protesters who tried to topple Andrew Jackson statue

President Trump on Friday tweeted out an FBI wanted poster picturing 15 unidentified suspects wanted in connection with the attempted toppling of a statue of Andrew Jackson in the capital — along with a stern warning.

“MANY people in custody, with many others being sought for Vandalization of Federal Property in Lafayette Park. 10 year prison sentences!” the commander-in-chief tweeted.

[….]

“The FBI’s Washington Field Office’s Violent Crimes Task Force, in conjunction with the United States Park Police, is interested in identifying several individuals who are responsible for vandalizing federal property in Lafayette Square,” the poster says, referring to the statue, which is a stone’s throw from the White House.

The feds ask anyone with information to contact the task force or their local FBI office.

This reminded me that I once downloaded an FBI poster of Most Wanted Islamic Terrorists, so I went to the FBI website and found that, yes, you can still download FBI posters like the one above.

Go here for the ‘Vandalization of Federal Property’ poster and see the many other posters you can get.  You can get a little better look at the creeps!

Texas: Investigation and Trial of Alleged Serial Murderer, Billy Chemirmir, Delayed

Delayed due to the Chinese Virus says the Dallas Morning News,

Pandemic causes delay in investigation, trial of serial murder suspect Billy Chemirmir

Over two years after Billy Chemirmir’s arrest, families who say their elderly loved ones were killed by the serial murder suspect are wondering what’s taking so long for county officials to declare the deaths homicides.

Kenyan Billy Chemirmir with some of the seniors it is believed he smothered to death to steal their jewelry. (The only man so far identified as a possible victim was found in a pool of blood.)

Dallas County Medical Examiner Jeffery Barnard said Wednesday that the coronavirus pandemic has slowed the process of amending those death certificates but that he will work to clear the cases by the end of July.

The death certificate revisions aren’t the only part of the investigation into Chemirmir that has been slowed by the pandemic. His attorney, Phillip Hayes, said Thursday that the virus also will delay his criminal trial.

Chemirmir, 47, has been indicted in the deaths of 14 elderly people in Dallas and Collin counties, and civil lawsuits name him as a suspect in the deaths of eight others. A Kenyan immigrant with permanent resident status in the U.S., he is in the Dallas County Jail in lieu of $11.6 million bail.

The number of potential victims could make Chemirmir among the most prolific serial killers in Texas history. He maintains he is innocent.

Some of the victims’ family members are strongly voicing their objections to further delay by the Medical Examiners office.

See my post: Their mothers were murdered where I have published a list of previous posts. https://fraudscrookscriminals.com/2019/12/07/texas-their-mothers-were-murdered/

Secure Our Seniors Safety, a nonprofit founded last year by the daughters of four of Chemirmir’s alleged victims, says that at least five cases are awaiting amendment from “natural causes” or “old age” to homicide.

Throughout 2018, nearly two dozen families in North Texas received the shocking news that police were re-investigating their loved ones’ deaths as possible murders. The calls came as much as two years after their loved ones died at luxury senior living communities and private homes in Dallas, Richardson, Plano and Frisco.

The families had no choice but to wait for the causes of death to be amended and the cases to be presented to a grand jury.

For some, the wait lasted just a few weeks. Others waited months. Some are still waiting.

I highly recommend that you read the whole story

The Dallas Morning News is the only larger media outlet to report on the gruesome story since it first broke in the spring of 2019.

Nobody says this, but you know it…..

Frankly, if the killer was white and the victims black senior citizens this would be news trumpeted across the world on a regular basis. CNN  and the New York Times would have reporters camped in Dallas to report every detail of the story.

Heck, the Antifa rioters would likely have torn the jail down by now!

See my Billy Chemirmir (the Kenyan Killer) archive.  (There are some stories in the archive in which I just reference him in relation to other criminal cases.)
