Is Your Community One of 13 Recognized for its Welcome to New Americans?

When I wrote my post welcoming readers to my new blog, I told you I was writing to attempt to balance the news because you will be bombarded by stories over the next two years about how immigrants (New Americans is the preferred word) financially and culturally benefit your community.
Sure they may bring some benefits but also some problems and it is the problems that Open Borders pushers like the New American Economy (NAE) and Welcoming America NEVER mention.

The chief propagandists behind the New American Economy.  Does anyone think they have the best interests of average Americans at heart? Or is it all about cheap labor?

Someone has to do it—tell the rest of the story—and I’m hoping Frauds and Crooks will be a one-stop shop for cataloging stories about frauds and crimes that cost you and me both financially and from a security standpoint so that you can best decide where you stand on the issue of our time—migration.
We are in a tough battle because the Open Borders Left has joined with global giants to push more and more immigration down our throats.

I saw a story this morning from Bowling Green, KY, a huge refugee resettlement site that I wrote about often at Refugee Resettlement Watch.
It’s about how the Chamber of Commerce and local government are working with NAE and their Gateways for Growth initiative to improve employment prospects for the “New Americans” living there.
You can read the story yourself, here.
Bowling Green is one of thirteen localities which have been awarded grants for 2019 to boost the immigrant population—to get them working and voting.
From NAE’s website:

Thirteen Communities Across the United States Make a Commitment to Welcome New Americans

Launched in December 2015, the Gateways for Growth Challenge is a competitive opportunity for local communities to receive direct technical assistance from New American Economy and Welcoming America to develop multi-sector plans for welcoming and integrating immigrants.

Here are the locations awarded grants for 2019:

Bowling Green, Kentucky
Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Charlotte, North Carolina
Flint, Michigan
Grand Rapids, Michigan
Lexington, Kentucky
Lowell, Massachusetts
Memphis, Tennessee
Northern Kentucky
Roanoke, Virginia
San Antonio, Texas
Toledo-Lucas County, Ohio
Wayne County, Michigan

Learn more here.
You know the grants themselves are really not that great, but they buy media because every location on this list will likely generate warm and fuzzy local media coverage just like the story at the Bowling Green Daily News.
Has Bowling Green already forgotten that it is the location where two Iraqi refugee terrorists were arrested only a few years ago?  Has that news been swept under the rug? Sure looks like it.
question markAre you seeing news in a local paper or on local TV about one of the other twelve locations, if so, send me a link!
Update:  Thanks to Robin here is the puff-piece from Lexington, KY local news.

  1. Thanks Ann for your great coverage of the plague of Islam in America.

  2. Can u please create a facebook page where you share these updates? Can be shared exponentially more that way.
    Thank you.

    1. I did have a facebook page for my Refugee news and it is still up with someone else posting there. HOWEVER, in order for me to post there facebook is requiring that I send them a screenshot of my Drivers License and I refuse to do that. Instead of finding all the Russian frauds they want to make my personal information available to the world!

      1. Strange, that request, I have a facebook page and was not asked that. Is it your larger media profile and their hope to doc you should you upset their real ownership? I wish this were conspiratorial but it is not.

        1. It is my facebook page for RRW, not my personal one. I think once a page gets to a certain size they do ask administrators for their drivers’s licenses. It has 49,000 likes. I see just now that I can post there, supposedly, but not as RRW just as me. I’m going to try it now! I also have a page called Diversity’s Dark Side.

  3. Oh no! I live in Northern KY! I had no idea. Although, I will say my daughter works at Walgreens next to the local university NKU. She talks about how there’s one apartment complex that has mainly Muslims in it. She knows because they come into the store all the time. I have seen a couple of women in burkas at the grocery late in the evening with their husbands (of course) and their children. It’s such a shock to see that in this mostly rural conservative area. Disturbing.

    1. Kentucky is a leading refugee resettlement site…think meatpackers, chicken processing etc.

      1. Massive exploitation of their labor. No wonder the Koch brothers are among Trump’s largest enemies. Yet our dull normal NPC progressives go on to battle Trump on behalf of their corporate masters.

  4. It is about getting low pay workers and receiving a grant from the government to take care of them. I read an old book, 1975 by Buck Newsome, who was a border patrol agent for 40 years and he tells that in the 1960’s big business owners were coming to the border and picking up bus loads and plane loads of Mexican citizens and flying them to somewhere in the US to work for them. As an agent he was told to ignore what was going on. Also, he said that Mexico will overtake all of the southern borders “with their peckers.” And I believe he is correct about this also. The book is called “Shod With Iron.”

  5. Ann- this is spectacular coincidence. I, in an earlier comment wrote that I wanted to send you something via email (one on this site) and this exact post was the major part of what I was to write you about- with the list of the welcoming cities, which I have open in a pdf file featuring this “thing”. We must be on the same wavelength. One other thing I know you and many of your readers are aware is the hidden refugee “armies”- thousands upon thousands that are employed in the giant global-economy driven plants, that is manufacturing, fulfillment centers and food processing centers. Think Amazon or Walmart.com fulfillment centers. I suspect Walmart.com’s gargantuan online fulfillment centers employees on the “assembly line” of packaging for shipment to customers are virtually all FOBs (slang for Fresh Off Boat) as anyone who’s ever received an online order from them would imagine. The only organism capable of making such disastrous packaging flubs would be animals. Americans have no idea how many refugees are here, unless they live among them in cities like ones in MN with the Somalis.

    1. WE must be on the same wavelength! Did you happen to see Tucker Carlson’s segment on Artificial Intelligence last night. His guest says that in 15 years there will be so much automation we won’t need all the workers—then what will we do with the millions of low skilled people being brought in now????

  7. North Carolina Republican Senator Thomas Tillis plans to vote against the President’s national emergency. He held a series of meetings with The New American economy people a few years back , and has betrayed his constituents by supporting amnesty since he was in office. Praying for a primary challenger to get him out of office in 2020!
